Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of fintech as a mediator in the influence of economic literacy on impulsive buying behavior among consumers. Economic literacy is considered an important factor that can influence consumer purchasing behavior, especially in making wise financial decisions. However, technological advances in the financial sector, especially fintech, have also played a role in facilitating impulse buying behavior through the ease of digital transactions and quick access to financial services. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 250 respondents. The data was analyzed using a path analysis model to evaluate the direct influence of economic literacy on impulse buying, as well as the mediation role played by fintech. The results show that economic literacy has a negative influence on impulsive buying behavior, but fintech plays a significant role as a mediator that strengthens impulse buying tendencies, even though individuals have good economic literacy. These findings have implications for the development of financial literacy policies and fintech regulations to reduce the risk of consumptive behavior in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the role of the village head in empowering farmers in Kota Bangun Ilir Village, Kota Bangun District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency and to identify the inhibiting factors. This type of research uses qualitative research and data collection by means of interviews, observation and documentation, while the informant technique uses a purposive sampling technique as resource persons, namely the Head of Service, staff, community or visitors. The data analysis used is an interactive model developed by Milles and Huberman. The results showed that the role of the Village Head of Kota Bangun Ilir had been carried out well, which was identified from the awareness stage, the socialization carried out by the Village Head such as training on giving vitamins to farmers' plants was effective. The community transformation stage is given an understanding through the Village Head program to broaden horizons and provide basic skills regarding rice farming so that they can take a role in society through rice farming. Through the improvement stage, the village head has provided appropriate programs such as honing community skills and skills through outreach so that innovative initiatives and capabilities are formed to deliver independence. The inhibiting factors for the village head's role in empowering farmers are the lack of community participation and budget constraints.

Abstract

Climate change is an urgent global challenge demanding local adaptation and mitigation. This research focuses on evaluating the sustainability of the Climate Village Program ProKlim in Kampung Airport, Teluknaga Village, Tangerang Regency. Although this location achieved national "ProKlim Utama" status in 2022, initial observations revealed a significant decline in program implementation. Identified issues include neglected facilities, suboptimal institutional management, decreased community participation, and regulatory gaps. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design, applying Leo Agustino’s policy evaluation model. Data was collected through interviews with relevant informants, direct field observations, and document analysis. The data analysis followed the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, with source and technique triangulation ensuring the findings' credibility. The research indicates that despite initial competence and positive characteristics of ProKlim managers, several factors hinder its sustainability. These include human resource capabilities technical skills and limited personnel, institutional management lack of formal structure and inconsistent monitoring, infrastructure maintenance damaged facilities and insufficient operational budget, and inadequate understanding of regulations. The long-term success of ProKlim in Kampung Airport is threatened by a lack of strong institutionalization, consistent resource allocation, and sustained multi-stakeholder involvement beyond the initial certification momentum.
