Abstract

The Faedah Micro Loan at Bank Syariah Indonesia is a program that is certainly an advantage for the customer and the bank as well. For this reason, an assessment is needed as a material for consideration or selection of prospective customers who are entitled to receive these loans through various predetermined criteria. Given the risk of uncollectible loans to customers is quite large. So to help determine someone who is entitled to receive a loan, a decision support system is needed. To calculate the feasibility of each prospective customer, the method used for the decision support system is the Technique for Orders Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The TOPSIS method has a simple and easy-to-understand concept, this simplicity can be seen from the less complicated process flow. In this study, a search case will be discussed for each of the best alternative prospective customers who are entitled to receive a loan based on the criteria that have been determined using the TOPSIS method. The criteria used in the study were administrative completeness, marital status, savings books, guarantees and business income, then the weight values ​​of all these criteria were calculated. The results of the study indicate that the fifth alternative is the highest alternative with a value of 0.873.

Abstract

Televisi merupakan salah satu teknologi atau media informasi yang menampilkan gambar dan suara secara sinkron, baik berwarna hitam putih maupun penuh warna. Televisi bisa diartikan sebagai alat yang digunakan untuk komunikasi jarak jauh yang menggunakan media visual (penglihatan). Banyaknya stasiun televisi saat ini membuat persaingan antar statiun televisi semakin ketat, persaingan ini membuat stasiun televisi semakin giat untuk membuat suatu program acara, ada yang bersaing dalam hal inovasi, edukasi dan ada juga yang bersaing hanya untuk menarik perhatian masyarakat luas agar program stasiun televisi tersebut mendapat rating yang tinggi sehingga itu menjadi keuntungan tersendiri bagi stasiun televisi tersebut. Sehingga, banyaknya program acara yang ditampilkan di stasiun - statiun televisi membuat kita sulit untuk mencari tontonan yang layak dan yang mengedukasi kita sebagai penonton. Karena, sering kali stasiun televisi yang ingin mendapatkan rating yang tinggi kurang memperdulikan kualitas dari suatu program acara yang ditayangkan. Metode Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assesment (WASPAS) dan Rank Order Centroid (ROC) dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantuk untuk mentukan kualitas suatu stasiun televisi dalam menampilkan program siaran yang ditampilkannya. Kriteria penilaian didasarkan pada nilai – nilai yang ada seperti nilai menghormati terhadap suku, agama, ras dan antar golongan, nilai kemanusiaan, mengasah penalaran, tidak mengandung kekerasan dan pornografi dari masing – masing statiun televisi. Hasil analisa metode WASPAS ini dapat membantu masyarakat luas untuk menentukan tontonan terbaik sebagai konsumsi publik yang menampilkan informasi, pengetahuan dan hiburan. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan diketahui bahwa A1 alternatif dari siaran TVRI memiliki prioritas yang tertinggi dengan nilai yang mencapai 0,958.

Abstract

Human physical crimes are unlawful acts and prohibited by the rule of law, which can harm or damage the body of others. This study aims to examine the number of groupings of types of crimes against human physique in 2019 to 2020 in all areas of East Nusa Tenggara province. To do this, we use the K-Means Clustering method to group the types of physical crimes against humans. The data used came from the Central Statistics Agency of East Nusa Tenggara province. The K-Means method is one of the non-hierarchical data clustering methods that seeks to partition data into the form of one or more clusters/groups. After the application of the K-Means algorithm in the grouping of types of crimes against human bodies in 2019 to 2020 in the East Nusa Tenggara region, there are 3 centroids, C1 for areas with low crimes, C2 for areas with moderate crimes and C3 for areas with high crimes. The initial centroid value is determined randomly and then for the next centroid is adjusted to the result of the calculation of the closest distance (minimum). The final results obtained are areas with low crime totaling 13 regions, namely East Sumba, Lembata, Sikka, Ende, Ngada, Manggarai, Rote Ndao, West Manggarai, Central Sumba, Southwest Sumba, Nagekeo, East Manggarai, and Sabu Raijua. There are 7 areas with moderate crimes, namely West Sumba, Kupang, South Central Timor, North Central Timor, Belu, Alor, and East Flores. As for the area with high crime, there is 1 area, namely Kupang City.

Abstract

The first step in thesis preparation involves titling and selecting a supervisor. Choosing the best supervisors aims to enhance both lecturers' enthusiasm and the quality of student guidance. To identify the most suitable lecturer, thorough consideration and a decision-support system are essential. In this research, the authors employed the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method as a technique integrated into the decision support system. This method aids in determining attribute weight values and the ranking process, ultimately selecting the most favorable supervisor from various available options. Abstract

Tourism is an activity or activity carried out by humans in order to find pleasure or provide space for themselves to rest themselves from daily fatigue. The word tourism describes the expression of pleasure for someone who will enjoy a holiday by going somewhere. Many beaches in Indonesia in various regions make people confused in choosing which place to visit while on vacation. To assist visitors in choosing which beaches should be visited, a system is needed. A good system used in this problem is a decision support system. A decision support system is a system that has the same working procedures as a computer system. DSS requires a method. The method used in this study is the EXPORM II method. The EXPORM II method is a modified method of the PROMITHE II method. Where the EXPORM II method is easier than the PROMITHE II method. However, it has the same accurate results as the PROMITHE ll method. The results of this study are that the best alternative is Cemara Kembar Beach as an alternative to A7 with a value of 0.69889 which in the end is suggested to be the best beach resort.
