Abstract

B’line Desain” merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang desain, pelaksana dan properti (interior dan eksteriror). Kantor nya yang berada di Godean saat ini sedang dalam tahap renovasi. Pemilik kantor berencana melakukan penambahan lahan yang akan digunakan sebagai area workshop dan melakukan penyelesaian fasad. Desain pada kantor ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kesan nyaman bagi pengguna dari segi penempatan furniture yang diperhatikan atau disesuaikan dengan luasan bangunan eksisting sehingga tidak menyulitkan akses pergerakan para pengguna, serta memiliki estetika dengan menyeimbangkan desain fasad bagian eksterior dan interior. Pengumpulan data terkait desain bangunan dikumpulkan melalui data primer yaitu observasi, dokumentasi serta pengukuran dan data sekunder berasal dari literatur dimana data dapat berupa jurnal atau buku terkait perancangan. Penyelesaian desain bangunan menggunakan konsep modern minimalis menyesuaikan karakter dari klien. Konsep tersebut dapat dilihat dari penerapan penggunaan warna putih pada bangunan yang dapat memberikan kesan tertentu pada ruangan maupun perabot, serta pendimensian perabot termasuk dalam faktor yang mempengaruhi kenyamanan fisik karyawan dan desain ini diharapkan dapat mendukung aktivitas yang ada di dalam bangunan. Selain itu, konsep ini merupakan konsep yang paling sesuai dari segi desain yang simple serta fungsional, dimana konsep modern minimalis lebih mengutamakan fungsi dan efektifitas penggunaan sehingga berdampak pada desainnya yang hampir atau bahkan tidak menggunakan ornamen hiasan.

Abstract

This research takes a case study of traditional architecture in Lampung Province with the material and method used is descriptive qualitative by taking data and analyzing it deductively. The data was obtained from secondary data in the form of books, journals, and other sources related to the traditional architecture of Lampung. The analytical technique used is descriptive exploratory with the results of the analysis of the Kenali traditional house showing a broad understanding of space and adaptation to the environment. The form and system that supports the building are one of the community's efforts to complement and explore its natural and cultural potential. In terms of structure, construction, and connection system, this traditional house also has local wisdom that can be developed and can be used as an alternative for construction completion and natural disaster management to date.

Abstract

There is a shift in tourist interest in an environmentally friendly tour, including interest in educational tourism. Tourists are more interested in natural scenery and the lack of interest in historical tourism is an obstacle for Sambisari Temple, especially if it is seen as a site of historical and cultural value, Sambisari Temple has the potential to be developed into educational tourism. This study aims to recommend educational tourism development strategies in educational tourism of Sambisari Temple. Data analysis was carried out with descriptive techniques on the potential of Sambisari Temple. In the next stage, a SWOT analysis is carried out. The result is that the development strategy can be carried out by conducting periodic checks on buildings and areas around the temple, especially during the rainy season, involving tourists in the learning process in making tour packages, providing space for tourists to explore attractions accompanied by a tour guide, promoting temple educational tours through websites or social media, establishing more intensive cooperation and collaboration with the government,  improve the quality and quantity of visitor facilities, create a mini museum and other supporting facilities such as ATMs in the Sambisari Temple complex.
