Abstract

The background of this research is about the case of students at the Roudlotul Mustofa Al Banjari Islamic Boarding School who feel uncomfortable due to several tasks both at the boarding school and at school, generally unable to manage their time, which affects their life at the Islamic boarding school. Focus research on the reality therapy process for students' self-adjustment process and the results of reality therapy for students' self-adjustment process at the Roudlotul Mustofa Al Banjari Amuntai Islamic boarding school, South Kalimantan. Qualitative research method, with a descriptive approach and case study research type. Data collection techniques; observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis techniques, namely by describing the process of reality therapy counseling services and the results comparing the students' feelings before therapy and after receiving therapy services at the Islamic boarding school. Research results 1) The reality therapy process for the students' self-adjustment process at the Roudlotul Mustofa Al Banjari Amuntai Islamic Boarding School, South Kalimantan is the first stage by identifying the problem, then the second stage is carrying out therapy and the last stage or third stage is the evaluation stage where we evaluate about whether the desired things are in accordance with what the consli has done. 2) The results of reality therapy for students' self-adjustment at the Roudlotul Mustofa Al Banjari Amuntai Islamic Boarding School, South Kalimantan were successful, seeing that the condition of the students was better than before.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling is an activity of providing assistance to other people to help them solve a problem they have. Darullughah Wadda'wah Islamic Boarding School is an Islamic educational institution that has thousands of students, To carry out supervision on each individual student is not an easy thing, then a section (qism) was formed called the supervisory section (qismu ri'ayah) which aims to carry out supervision through a "ro'i" (management) who is responsible for several "roiyyah" (students) in helping to solve problems and directing them. to become a better individual. The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of Islamic guidance and counseling at the Darullughah Wadda'wah Islamic boarding school which is carried out by Qismu Ri'ayah. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of research, namely case study. The results of the research concluded that the implementation of guidance and counseling for students at the Darullughah Wadda'wah Islamic boarding school was carried out through ri'ayah activities by Ro'I (management) to Roiyyah (students) with responsive services on the personal, social, learning and career aspects of the students

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of counseling guidance on student moral development in Muhammdiyah 5 Lekok Middle School. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of research on case studies. The results of the study concluded that: (1) the implementation of counseling guidance programs on student moral development by providing group counseling, collecting student problems, evaluating activities; (2) Supporting factors for the implementation of counseling guidance include adequate facilities, cooperation between all parties, as well as counselors' duties are held by people who are experts in the field of counseling; (3) obstacles to the implementation of counseling guidance include, among others, lack of synergistic between counseling guidance teachers and several parties, lack of cooperation from parents of students, the principle of honesty that has not been fulfilled, the negative views of children about counseling guidance; (4) Student personality after getting counseling guidance services experiences moral development for the better, such as learning and worship problems, school rules, polite and more diligent and use free time to learn.

Abstract

This research was aims to determine individual counseling based on a behavioristic approach, student discipline after the implementation of individual counseling based on a behavioristic approach, the effect of individual counseling based on a behavioristic approach on the discipline of 7th grade MTs students. Bustanul Huda Dawuhan, Talang District, Tegal Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach, this type of research is experimental research, the research design is a single group pretest-posttest experimental design. The results of the study show that the success of individual counseling based on a behavioristic approach is that students are very enthusiastic in participating in the process of individual counseling services based on a behavioristic approach, actively participating in individual counseling service activities based on a behavioristic approach, and counseling teachers are happy to make observations on students. as well as researchers. Student discipline before individual counseling services based on a behavioristic approach was in the low category, and after the individual counseling services based on a behavioristic approach were carried out it was in the high category.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of Islamic guidance and counseling services to overcome feelings of stress among students due to self-isolation and how Islamic guidance and counseling is implemented. The research method is qualitative, with a descriptive approach and using a case study type of research. Data collection techniques; observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses comparative descriptive analysis techniques, namely by comparing the counseling service process between theory and the field. The results compared students' feelings of stress before and after receiving services at the Islamic boarding school. In conclusion, the process of Islamic guidance and counseling services at the Qomaruddin Islamic boarding school includes an orientation service called Masa Taaruf Santri Baru, placement services that are applied to extracurricular activities, and individual counseling services. As a result, there was a change in stress messages among students for the better and this was proven by the absence of students returning home during the isolation period

Abstract

Background: Career planning is an important aspect of students' personal and professional development. Understanding the current level of students' career planning can help educators and counselors provide targeted guidance. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of students' career planning levels at SMA Negeri 11 Bandung. Method: The research used a quantitative approach and was conducted at SMA Negeri 11 Bandung in 2022. The sample consisted of 90 students. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, observation, and documentation studies. Result: The findings indicate that (1) the majority of the sample were female students; (2) third-grade students demonstrated a higher level of career planning compared to first- and second-grade students; (3) the most common level of career planning among students was in the 'Moderate' category. Conclusion: The study concluded that the majority of students at SMA Negeri 11 Bandung have a 'Moderate' level of career planning. Contribution: These results can serve as a consideration and an alternative strategy for developing effective career planning programs for students.
