Abstract

Background: The incidence of shivering and hypotension in cesarean delivery is frequent. The incidence of shivering due to spinal anesthesia is reported to reach 50-65%. While hypotension after spinal anesthesia in sectio caesarea can occur up to 80%. Fluid coloading is done to reduce shivering and overcome hypotension in mothers who have cesarean delivery. Purpose: the study was to determine the description of the incidence of shivering and blood pressure before and after fluid coloading in sectio caesarea patients at RSI Banjarnegara. Method: The design of this study was descriptive with a cross-sectional approach. The study was conducted in June 2023. The sample of this study was 44 respondents with purposive sampling techniques. Results: The showed that the incidence of shivering was experienced by many respondents after being given coloading, which was 37 respondents (84.1%) compared to before coloading there were only 5 respondents (11.4%). While in blood pressure, before coloading the majority experienced hypotension events as many as 37 respondents (84.1%) and after coloading most of the blood pressure became normal as many as 41 respondents (93.2%). Conclusions: It can be concluded that fluid coloading is less effective for shivering treatment, but fluid coloading is effective in maintaining blood pressure in mothers undergoing sectio caesarea after spinal anesthesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of economic openness, inflation, FDI, and government spending on economic growth in six ASEAN countries, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, and the Philippines, from 2009 to 2021. The analysis method used in this study uses panel data analysis using a random effect model (REM) approach. This research shows that economic openness has a significant positive effect, inflation and government spending do not significantly affect economic growth, and FDI has a significant adverse effect on economic growth in six ASEAN countries. This research implies that the government must improve the domestic economy’s performance (producers) through import substitution policies and improved export governance with accommodative policies such as reducing export duties and VAT rates of 0 percent for producers who have just entered export activities. The government needs to improve the availability of market facilities and infrastructure and reduce barriers in exchanges between countries; this is so that there are more market choices for domestic producers to export and market choices for imports at competitive prices and lower costs due to good infrastructure. The limitations of this study are that it only examines the problems of the influence of economic openness, inflation, FDI, and government spending.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the thrid largest rice producers after India and China, but Indonesia still imports to other countries because Indonesia's population countinues to increase. This study aims to determine the influience of harvested land area, pupulation, rice production, rice consumption, local rice prices, national rice reserves and cassava prices on rice imports in Indonesia. Hypotesis testing with multiple linear regression with help of eviews 12. The data used is a time series between 1980-2022 for 43 years. Research data is sourced from the Food Agriculture Organization (FAO), the Ministry of Trade, BPS, scientific journals and various other websites. The results showed that the area of harvested land, population, rice production, rice comsumtion, local rice prices, national rice reserves and cassava prices simultaneously have a significant influence on rice imports. Partially, the varibeles of harvested land area, national rice reserves, population, local rice prices, and cassava prices have a significant effect on rice imports in Indonesia. Variable rice production and comsumtion have an insignificant influence on rice imports in Indonesia. The implication of this study is that with the renewal of years and variables of rice subtitution goods, it is hoped that the goverment can apply effectively and effeciently, this is because it will have an impact on reducing imports, so that Indonesia does not continue to depend on other countries
