Abstract

Pendahulian: Angka kejadian bayi lahir prematur dengan berat badan lahir rendah (BBLR) di Indonesia masih tinggi. Prevalensinya sekitar 10,2% dari jumlah kelahiran, bahkan beberapa daerah mencapai 17%. Angka ini lebih besar bila dibandingkan pada negara berkembang sekitar 5-9%. Pada Bayi prematur lebih berisiko mengalami masalah kesehatan pada awal kehidupannya. Terapi musik merupakan terapi komplementer di ruangan intensif neonatologi, digunakan untuk meningkatkan perkembangan dan promotif maturasi pada bayi prematur. Terapi komplementer yang seringkali digunakan pada bayi prematur adalah terapi pijat dan terapi musik. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur sejauh mana efektifitas terapi musik terhadap peningkatan kestabilan pernapasan bayi prematur. Metode: Penelitian ini dengan desain literature review. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti terdahulu yang jurnal penelitiannya sudah terpublikasi yang relevan dengan topik, mulai dari tahun 2017 hingga tahun 2022. Hasil: Hasil dari 10 jurnal yang telah di riview peneliti bahwa terapi musik lullaby adalah salah satu terapi non farmakologis yang efektif untuk dilakukan pada bayi prematur dalam meningkatkan berat badan dan kestabilan respirasi di ruang neonatal intensive care unit. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah di riview, bahwa Terapi musik lullaby adalah salah satu terapi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kestabilan respirasi pada bayi prematur dalam.

Abstract

Nutrients have strong relationship with health and intelligence as well as development of the children. If the dietary habit is not reached perfectly, it can disturb the future growth. This study was aimed to determine the relationship between dietary habits to the nutritional status of pre-school children in PAUD Tunas Mulya Claket Village Pacet Mojokerto.This study was used correlation analytic design with cross sectional approach. The populations were all mothers and preschool children in PAUD Tunas MulyaClaket Village Pacet Mojokerto as amount 17 children. The sampling technique was used total sampling. The results of this study were suggested that most of preschoolers had good dietary habits those were11 children (64.7% of respondents), and almost all preschool children had normal nutritional status those were13 children (76.4% of respondents).From 6 respondentswho had not good dietary habits, no one (0%) had overweight nutritional status, and9 respondents (81.8%) had good dietaryhabits, they had normal nutritional status.The data analysis was used Spearman's rho test with ρ value (0.038) <α (0.05) so that H0 rejected and H1 accepted means that there was relationship between dietary habits and nutritional status of preschool children in PAUD Tunas Mulya Claket Village Pacet Mojokerto. Nutritional status was determined by the adequacy of the food and the ability of the body that contain the nutrients necessary for health so that needed good diet to get the normal nutritional status. Health workers must monitor children's nutrition through IHC.

Abstract

The nutritional status of toddlers is an important thing that every parent must know and the need for more attention to growth and development at the age of toddlers is based on the fact that malnutrition that occurs in toddlers is irreversible (cannot be recovered) Marimba, 2010. According to Andi Nurlinda, 2012 Nutritional status is one indicator in determining the health status of children. Good nutritional status can help the growth and development of children to reach optimal maturity. Touch and massage therapy for babies has many benefits for the baby's physiological changes, especially if the baby's mother does it herself. Mother is the closest parent to the baby, and the massage of the mother to her baby is a gentle stroke of binding the fabric of affection. The mother's skin is the skin that the baby recognizes first (Aminati, 2013). Massage is one of the complementary therapies that many parents choose. According to Roesli (2013), touch therapy (massage) can have a positive physical effect, including weight gain. Tui Na massage is a more specific massage technique to overcome eating difficulties in toddlers by improving blood circulation in the spleen and digestion (Sukanta, 2010). This research is a literature review design. The data used is secondary data obtained from the results of research that has been carried out by previous researchers whose research journals have been published that are relevant to the topic, starting from 2015 to 2021 which are accessed in full text. Yuni's research results, 2019 that there is an effect of tui na massage on weight gain. The results of the study by Titik, 2017 that Tui Na Massage is effective in increasing the weight of toddlers. The results of Happy's research, 2019 that there is an effect of massage on increasing the appetite of toddlers aged 1 year. There is an effect of massage on the increase in appetite for toddlers aged 1 year. Based on the results of the research above, the child's appetite and weight after being given tui na massage treatment, the average growth of weight gain increased and appetite increased above the average baby who did not get massage treatment.
