Abstract

Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah untuk mengkonstruksi model SEIRS pada penyebaran Covid-19 di Kabupaten Bulukumba dengan mempertimbangkan penerapan protocol kesehatan. Analisis model menggunakan matriks next generasi untuk memperoleh bilangan reproduksi dasar dan kestabilan dari titik ekuilibrium model. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa penerapan protocol kesehatan yang efektif, yaitu lebih dari 21%, akan dapat menghambat laju penularan Covid-19 di Kabupaten Bulukumba.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan agar dapat diketahuinya pengaruh yang diberikan dari motivasi dan lingkungan kerja pada kinerja yang dimiliki oleh karyawan PT Fastfood Indonesia. Metode pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam melakukan analisis terhadap variabel dan dilakukan pengumpulan data secara parsial dan simultan agar mendapatkan data yang selaras dengan kebutuhan dan penelitian. Kemudian dilakukannya penetapan sampel sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan oleh peneliti. Dalam hal adanya sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh berjumlah 14 data dari responden dan 25 data hasil dari analisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda tujuannya agar dapat dilakukannya pengujian berkaitan dengan pengaruh kerja baik positif atau negatif pada kinerja serta lingkungan yang menjadi faktor penambah kinerja. Dengan adanya kedua variabel secara simultan dapat membuat kinerja mengalami peningkatan motivasi dengan memberikan insentif dan perhatian pada lingkungan kerja agar mendapatkan kenyamanan serta terciptanya kinerja karyawan yang baik. Dengan penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi sebuah acuan bagi perusahaan agar dapat memperbaiki aspek yang berpengaruh tersebut. Sehingga terciptanya kinerja karyawan yang baik dan memberikan pengaruh pada produktivitas perusahaan yang lebih baik juga karena adanya kenyamanan dan motivasi untuk bekerja lebih baik lagi untuk perusahaan.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effectiveness of @gerakanbds as a boycott campaign medium against products affiliated with Israel, in the context of solidarity with Palestine. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach by analyzing the content of Instagram posts and public responses through engagement metrics, such as the number of likes, comments, and shares. Using the Ostergaard campaign model, this study evaluates the content of the posts, user responses, and their impact on public awareness. The results show that the campaign succeeded in attracting attention and encouraging public participation to boycott products affiliated with Israel, as evidenced by the high social media interaction and economic impact on several brands included in the boycott list.

Abstract

Leadership roles serve as a critical lens for examining program implementation within Islamic boarding schools (pesantren), particularly through the perspectives of key stakeholders including leaders, administrators, and students. This study investigates the leadership role of KH. Tatang Astarudin in implementing entrepreneurship programs at his institution. Drawing on Henry Mintzberg's theoretical framework, leadership roles are categorized into three dimensions: First, interpersonal roles encompassing figurehead, leader, and liaison functions. Second, informational roles including monitor, disseminator, and spokesperson responsibilities. Third, decisional roles comprising entrepreneur, disturbance handler, and negotiator capacities. The research findings at Pondok Pesantren Mahasiswa Universal demonstrate that KH. Tatang Astarudin effectively fulfills all aspects of Mintzberg's leadership role theory. In his interpersonal capacity, he successfully serves as an exemplary figure for both students and teaching staff. Regarding his informational role, he adeptly manages communications with external parties while maintaining institutional integrity. In his decisional capacity, he exhibits strong entrepreneurial initiative by generating innovative ideas that have significantly advanced the institution's entrepreneurship programs. Furthermore, he demonstrates competence in problem-solving and establishing productive partnerships with external organizations, thereby creating sustainable pathways for institutional development and student entrepreneurial growth.
