Abstract : Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, Blood Pressure, Gymnastics Diabetes. Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic metabolic disease or disorder with multiple etiologies is characterized by high blood sugar levels. World Health Organitation (WHO) said Indonesia ranks the seventh in the world as a country with the number of people with diabetes mellitus. More than 50% of patients with type 2 diabetes have hypertension (Sweetman, 2009). Management of diabetes disease that has been known there are three ways, namely arranging food, exercise, and medication. Exercise can cause the growth of new capillary blood vessels so as to reduce the blockage in the blood vessels which means it can lower blood pressure. The Objective of the research is to explain the influence of diabetes mellitus exercise to changes in blood pressure in patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus in Persadia Hospital Dr. Moewardi Surakarta 2015. This type of research is quasy exsperiment to design one group pre and post test design, and data analysis used is frequency distribution univariate and bivariate test with paired samples t-test. Results of this study had a effect of diabetes mellitus exercise to changes in blood pressure in patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus in Persadia Hospital Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. This is evidenced by paired sample t-test which obtained p value systole 0.01 and diastole 0.018 (p <0.05).The conclusion of the research there is the influence of diabetes mellitus exercise to changes in blood pressure in patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus in Persadia Hospital Dr. Moewardi Surakarta.

Abstract In Indonesia, the number of cases involving LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, And Transgender) individuals continues to rise. It is anticipated that parental role will prevent children from engaging in sexual behavior. From the perspective of the Qur'an, this article presents descriptive analytic methods for illustrating how interpersonal communication between parents and children can help prevent LGBT. According to the review, interpersonal communication between parents and children is crucial to preventing LGBT behavior. Preventing LGBT behavior through interpersonal communication between parents and children. Before explaining the dangers of LGBT behavior, the Koran's perspective can be started with openness, empathy, support, equality, and a positive attitude. It is hoped that parents will be better able to encourage their children to express what is on their minds so that they can communicate effectively through honesty and openness. Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, LGBT, Al-Qur'an Perspective Abstrak Di Indonesia, jumlah kasus yang melibatkan individu LGBT (lesbian, gay, biseksual, dan transgender) terus meningkat. Peran orang tua diharapkan akan mencegah anak-anak untuk melakukan perilaku seksual. Dari perspektif Al-Qur'an, artikel ini menyajikan metode analisis deskriptif untuk menggambarkan bagaimana komunikasi interpersonal antara orang tua dan anak dapat membantu mencegah LGBT. Menurut review, komunikasi interpersonal antara orang tua dan anak sangat penting untuk mencegah perilaku LGBT. Mencegah perilaku LGBT melalui komunikasi interpersonal antara orang tua dan anak. Sebelum menjelaskan bahaya perilaku LGBT, perspektif Alquran bisa dimulai dengan keterbukaan, empati, dukungan, kesetaraan, dan sikap positif. Diharapkan para orang tua lebih mampu mendorong anaknya untuk mengungkapkan apa yang ada di pikirannya sehingga dapat berkomunikasi secara efektif melalui kejujuran dan keterbukaan. Setiap negara memiliki kebudayaan secara material maupun non material, memiliki ciri khas dan keunikan masing-masing. Terkadang budaya lintas negara memiliki barang dagangan, salah satunya budaya menunduk di Jepang yang disebut ojigi, dengan suku Jawa, Indonesia. keindahannya dalam dilihat secara fisik maupun artinya. Hal ini dapat dikaji dalam komunikasi antarbudaya dengan menggunakan pendekatan dialog kultural. Pendekatan tekanan ini tidak hanya mengenai antarbudaya akan tetapi antarbangsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana budaya menunduk di antara dua negara ini. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metodologi penelitian studi literatur.Hasil dari penelitian ini kebudayaan Jepang dan Jawa, Indonesia memiliki kesamaan dalam kebudayaan non material akan tetapi memiliki istilah yang berbeda. Budaya menunduk ini baik digunakan dikehidupan sehari-hari karena memiliki nilai filosofis yang tinggi.

Many preachers today do not comply with the applicable code of ethics and violate the rules, so that the message of preaching is difficult for listeners to accept. Surah Thā-Hā (Surah 20) from the Qur'an contains very valuable lessons about the code of ethics and procedures for preaching. In verses 40-46, Allah SWT ordered Prophet Musa AS to go to Pharaoh, who was known as one of the unjust rulers of his time. The aim of this research is to find out the code of ethics for preachers contained in Surah Thā-Hā Verses 40-46. The research method used in this research uses qualitative research with a library research approach. The analysis used is content analysis and historical analysis. The data source for this research is primary data in the form of the Koran Surah Thā-Hā Verses 40-46, while the secondary data source is from various related previous writings, both from books and articles that are appropriate to the discussion. The results of this research show that there are several things in the code of ethics contained in Surah Thā-Hā Verses 40-46. The first is brave, the second is patient, the third is gentle, the fourth is always obedient to Allah SWT.

Tiktok media is audio-visual media that presents various creative and interesting content and information for users. This media has become a popular application that is widely used and downloaded throughout the world. The high rate of use of TikTok media is like two sides of a coin which has an impact on various vulnerable ages, especially children. Children are an age that is vulnerable to being exposed to the impact of TikTok media in the era of the tsunami of content that is increasingly emerging, especially regarding their religious behavior. This article aims to determine the strengthening of da'wah amidst the high use of media among children in Ntobo Village, Raba District, Bima City. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data was obtained through observations, interviews and documentation. Based on this research, it is known that the high use of TikTok media tends to have a negative impact on children's religious behavior which can be seen from various forms of deviation from religious law, a decrease in moral values and politeness and an increasing sense of shame. In this case, strengthening the value of da'wah is a solution to stem the tsunami of TikTok media content which is supported by parental supervision and social control.

This research examines cyberbullying in the movie “Budi Pekerti” from a Qur'anic perspective. Social media, despite its many benefits, is often misused to commit negative acts such as cyberbullying which has significant psychological and social impacts. The movie “Budi Pekerti” tells the story of Mrs. Prani and her family becoming victims of cyberbullying due to a misinterpreted viral video and facing various forms of online harassment. Bu Prani, as a teacher who upholds honesty and integrity, refuses to lie in order to save her reputation, in accordance with the teachings of the Qur'an. Analysis shows that the movie highlights the values of honesty, integrity and introspection in the face of cyberbullying, in line with the teachings of the Qur'an. Some scenes show the importance of upholding truth and justice, telling the truth, and educating with wisdom. In conclusion, “Budi Pekerti” serves as a medium of reflection and education, inviting the audience to reflect on ethical values that are often overlooked in the digital era.

Elections are a place to find and choose leaders who are honest, trustworthy and have good quality and integrity, able to provide equitable prosperity to the community. But people as voters are often wrong in choosing leaders, voters choose not really based on good comparison and knowledge of their potential leaders. So that mistakes in choosing the ideal leader often occur in the election process. Islamic political communication becomes important to be a bridge in educating politics for the public or voters, this is all done by candidates or party political actors by actively educating the importance of choosing a quality leader for the welfare of the community. The purpose of this research is to know about the messages of Islamic political communication Anies Rasyid Baswedan which are conveyed to voters in choosing a leader. Two important points conveyed by Anies Rasyid Baswedan. That is how to choose based on a track record then compare between candidate candidates, both see the vision and mission of each candidate. This research method uses Content Analysis with a qualitative approach that explains a message of Islamic political communication Anies Rasyid Baswedan in a video titled How to Choose a Leader? On Anies Baswedan's You Tube Account.

This study analyzes the effectiveness of @gerakanbds as a boycott campaign medium against products affiliated with Israel, in the context of solidarity with Palestine. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach by analyzing the content of Instagram posts and public responses through engagement metrics, such as the number of likes, comments, and shares. Using the Ostergaard campaign model, this study evaluates the content of the posts, user responses, and their impact on public awareness. The results show that the campaign succeeded in attracting attention and encouraging public participation to boycott products affiliated with Israel, as evidenced by the high social media interaction and economic impact on several brands included in the boycott list.
