Abstract

Dragon fruit (Hylocereus spp.) is a tropical fruit that is rich in antioxidants such as vitamin C, polyphenols, flavonoids and betacyanins which have positive effects on human health. However, fresh dragon fruit has a short shelf life and can be damaged during storage and distribution. The aim of tecnology application is to increase the shelf life of dragon fruit by processing it into a powdered drink using the caramelization method. Caramelization is a heating technique that can improve the taste, stability and extend the shelf life of the product without reducing its nutritional value. In this project dragon fruit was heated until it caramelized, producing a more complex taste and aroma. After the caramelization process, the dragon fruit is dried and air-dried to produce powder. This process successfully improves the quality of the product, with a richer natural sweet taste. This project confirms that the caramelization method is effective in extending the shelf life of dragon fruit and maintaining its quality. The resulting dragon fruit powder drink provides an innovative solution in the storage and distribution of dragon fruit. This discovery opens up opportunities for the development of more efficient and healthier functional foods.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has changed many aspects of life, including in the field of education. One of its implementations is the use of e-learning systems as a means of distance learning. E-learning offers flexibility and ease of access for students, so that more and more educational institutions are implementing it. Bina Darma University, as one of the higher education institutions in Indonesia, has also developed an e-learning system known as E-learning2 Bina Darma. This system is an important tool for lecturers and students in carrying out the online teaching and learning process. The success of e-learning implementation is not only determined by the availability of adequate features and content, but also depends on the design and usability of a good user interface. An easy-to-use and intuitive user interface will improve the user experience and motivate students to actively participate in e-learning. Therefore, it is very important to assess and improve the user interface to ensure that the e-learning system can be used optimally. One effective method for assessing the usability of a user interface is heuristic evaluation. This method involves examining the user interface based on a set of established heuristic principles, as proposed by Jakob Nielsen. Heuristic evaluation can identify problems and weaknesses in the user interface, and provide recommendations for improvements that can improve the user experience and overall usability of the system. This study aims to analyze the user interface of the E-learning2 Bina Darma website using the heuristic evaluation method. The results of this study are expected to provide useful input for Bina Darma University in improving the quality and usability of the e-learning2 system, so that it can support a more effective and interesting learning process for students.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of mastering tajweed in improving the quality of Qur'anic recitation, while there are still many students who have not been able to read according to the rules of tajweed so that it affects the understanding of the meaning of the verse. This study aims to determine the implementation of Hidayatush Shibyan classical book learning in improving the quality of tahfizh students' Qur'an reading at Assafinah Islamic Boarding School in Bogor, analyze the quality of students' reading, and identify supporting and inhibiting factors in the learning process. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation, while data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that book learning is carried out regularly once a week with sorogan and bandongan methods. Of the 15 tahfizh students, 12 experienced a significant improvement in understanding the laws of tajweed, were more aware of reading errors, and actively corrected them, while 3 students still needed guidance in the aspects of makhraj, mad reading laws, and ghunnah. The success of learning is supported by learning motivation, teacher quality, easy-to-understand material, and a conducive boarding school environment. The main obstacles lie in the differences in the initial abilities of the students and the limited learning time. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya penguasaan ilmu tajwid dalam meningkatkan kualitas bacaan Al-Qur’an, sementara masih banyak santri yang belum mampu membaca sesuai kaidah tajwid sehingga berpengaruh pada pemahaman makna ayat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pembelajaran kitab klasik Hidayatush Shibyan dalam meningkatkan kualitas bacaan Al-Qur’an santri tahfizh di Pondok Pesantren Assafinah Bogor, menganalisis kualitas bacaan santri, serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kitab dilaksanakan rutin seminggu sekali dengan metode sorogan dan bandongan. Dari 15 santri tahfizh, sebanyak 12 orang mengalami peningkatan signifikan dalam memahami hukum tajwid, lebih sadar terhadap kesalahan bacaan, serta aktif memperbaikinya, sementara 3 santri masih membutuhkan bimbingan dalam aspek makhraj, hukum bacaan mad, dan ghunnah. Keberhasilan pembelajaran ditunjang oleh motivasi belajar, kualitas guru, materi yang mudah dipahami, dan lingkungan pondok yang kondusif. Adapun hambatan utama terletak pada perbedaan kemampuan awal santri dan keterbatasan waktu pembelajaran.

Abstract

Legal politics in the formation of a draft law into law requires a mechanism with a process that is not simple. The process of forming statutory regulations is regulated in Law Number 15 of 2019 concerning the Formation of Legislative Regulations. The planning and preparation stage begins with the National Legislation Program (Prolegnas). In the Prolegnas, it is planned and prepared an agenda for any bills which will be the task of the House of Representatives to be discussed for the next 1 (one) to 5 (five) years and are only valid during the term of office of the DPR in that period. Therefore, a mechanism for "inheriting" the bill from the previous period to the next period is needed to ensure the continuity of the bill discussion process or it can be called a " carry-over " mechanism which basically has the main objective of continuing the discussion of the bill so that it reaches the enactment stage. raised in this paper is "What is the process of forming legislation with a carry-over mechanism and its relationship to the general principles of good governance?" The research method used in this journal is normative legal research method, which refers to legal norms contained in laws and court decisions, as well as legal norms prevailing in society. The results of this research show that Prolegnas, as the first step in determining what bills can be drafted using the carry over concept , is a form of legal politics in the formation of laws. It is hoped that the formation of laws through the carry-over concept can perfect the process of forming laws and regulations that pay attention to the effectiveness and sustainability of development planning and are in accordance with the formation of good laws and regulations.
