Abstract

Everyone lives with a variety of presumptions that are not always to their liking, this allows a person to experience tremendous pressure and will foster a prolonged new problem. Post-power syndrome is a phenomenon that occurs in an elderly person who is not ready for old age, motivated by job loss and decreased function of certain organs. Researchers used qualitative research methods through case studies and observations of primary subjects. In this study apply reinforcement work or reinforcement in helping sufferers towards healing, in the form of positive reinforcement on daily good behavior. The results of this study showed that this reinforcement technique has an effect on the healing of post-power syndrome, while involving the participation of the family and the surrounding environment to bring out the meaning in the subject.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisa Pengelolaan pengembangan Bahasa arab santri di Annuqayah dengan model RLA melalui lima tahap yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, memberi perintah, koordinasi dan pengendalian. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah ketua pengurus, ketua lembaga RLA, devisi pendidikan, devisi penerbitan, dan devisi keamanan yang dipilih dengan cara purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana yaitu kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengelolaan pengembangan Bahasa arab santri di Annuqayah dengan model RLA di awali dengan perencanaan yang meliputi pemilihan dan penetapan tujuan, menentukan program serta menentukan strategi dan kebijakan. Kemudian pengorganisasian yang meliputi pembagian kewenangan, pembagian kerja serta kesatuan perintah. Kemudian memberi perintah yang meliputi memberikan petunjuk dan arahan kepada para anggota, memastikan kerjasama efektif untuk mencapai tujuan lembaga. Dengan kata lain commading adalah pelaksanaan dari apa yang sudah direncanakan serta di organisasikan. Kemudian koordinasi yang meliputi pemahaman tujuan bersama, komunikasi efektif serta partisipasi dan kolaborasi serta yang terakhir pengendalian atau evalusi yang meliputi monitoring kehadiran, evaluasi pelaksanaan program dan monitoring materi pembelajaran.

Abstract

Educational financial management is a process of activities that have been prepared and will be carried out and attempted periodically against school operational costs so that educational activities are more effective and efficient in achieving educational goals. Financial management at the Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Tarbiyatus Syarifah school is able to apply the concept of transparency so it is interesting to study. This study aims to find out how the Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Tarbiyatus Syarifah school management manages school finances. The research approach used in this research is qualitative research or commonly called descriptive research where the data collection is taken from interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses Mod Miles and Huberman which begins with data collection, data presentation and finally draws conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: 1). Financial management that is implemented at MI Tarbiyatus Syarifah starting from Budgeting, Bookkeeping and Examination 2) there are supporting and inhibiting factors for MI Tarbiyatus Syarifah's financial management, the existence of these supporting factors is characterized by sufficient technology, adequate supervision and auditing independence and so on.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Management of English Area Learning in the Teachers' Environment of MTs Al Muttaqin and to find out the barriers to English Area learning in the teachers' environment of MTs Al-Muttaqin and the supporting factors of English Area in the teachers' environment of MTs Al-Muttaqin. This research uses qualitative research methods or field research located at MTs Al Muttaqin Surabaya. The research data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data sources. Primary data sources were obtained from interviews with MTs Al Muttaqin teachers. Secondary data sources are obtained from the results of documentation in the form of a description of the research location and a brief history, organisational structure, and teacher conditions. The results of research in English Area learning management in the environment of MTs Al-Muttaqin Surabaya teachers are quite good because they have carried out activities which include pre-test speaking, English learning and learning evaluation.Learning inhibiting factors are teachers who are still teaching in the classroom. The supporting factor is the enthusiasm of teachers to follow English learning and the principal who supports the English learning programme. In conclusion, learning management is carried out with stages: learning planning, organising, directing and evaluating. In these activities, English Area learning management in the environment of MTs Al-Muttaqin teachers has carried it out well and in accordance with the theory of indicators that researchers use. So that the teaching and learning process runs effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze school principals' strategies in implementing Islamic-based education management through strategy formulation, strategy implementation, strategy evaluation, this research approach uses qualitative research with descriptive research type. The subjects of this research were school principals and heads of curriculum who were selected using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles, Huberman and Saldana model, namely data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the research show that: 1) the principal's strategy in implementing Islamic-based education management is through strategy formulation which begins with formulating a vision and mission, SWOT analysis, determining a strategy then implementing it in the form of a superior program and conducting an evaluation. they use inputs, processes and benchmarks. output. 2) The supporting factors for implementing the principal's strategy are in the form of support for infrastructure, while the inhibiting factors are financial aspects and lack of student discipline.

Abstract

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar pada sekolah SMA Negeri 1 Batang serta kendala kesenjangan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar pada sekolah SMA Negeri 1 Batang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif yang berfokus pada mendeskripsikan suatu pristiwa dan kejadian yang teah terjadi pada penelitian yang dilakukan itu. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan ahwa dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka belajara pada sekolah SMA Negeri 1 Batang, dimulai dari Sistem pembelajaran, manajerial pembelajaran yang mencakup dari perencanaan, Menyusun KOSP (Kurikulum Oprasional Satuan Pendidikan), pembuatam modul ajar, pelaksanaan pembelajaran projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian berikut adanya kendala dan kesenjagan dari iplementasi kruikulum merdeka belaajr pada SMA N 1 Batang yakni kurangnya manajemen waktu pembelajaran dan kurangnya referensi terutama dalam tenaga pengajar (guru) dan menerapkan pembelajaran di kurikulum merdeka belajar ini. Abstract

This research is motivated by the differences that exist at MA Darul Fikri, each student has a different background and characteristics, with these differences, MA Darul Fikri implements self-development activities to express the talents and interests of students whose activities aim to improve student character. This research uses qualitative research, the main subject in the research is the principal of the MA Darul Fikri school, to collect data through observation, interviews and documentation, the data that has been obtained is then analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and data conclusions. The results of research on the implementation of student management in improving student character through the global leadership program at MA Darul Fikri are quite long, starting from accepting students at MA Darul Fikri to being able to run the leadership program. This program is a program created by the school to create students with leadership skills who are disciplined, tough and have a global outlook. The students' character has improved after the implementation of the program, although the improvement has not occurred completely, but the improvement has been there
