Abstract

Abstract— The development of the world of health and medicine is very rapid, so the competition between the clinic becomes increasingly tight and competitive. Clinical ability to meet the patient's wishes is a very important thing. It is also influenced by the level of satisfaction provided by the clinic to the patient which includes satisfactory service and the completeness of the method of treatment. The higher the level of service provided by the clinic to the patient, the higher the level of fulfillment of the patient's need which is usually expressed by the level of patient satisfaction.The problems that often occur in the clinic is in the processing of patient registration data, to the preparation of reports in print manually, so that in the process of registration of patients to the preparation of reports such as patient data reports, patient registration registration reports, reports data visit a lot of mistakes and process Which is long enough.To overcome these problems the application of computerization at the clinic is necessary so that in handling the problem of patient registration and reporting using a computer through a website-based program becomes easier, faster and accurate. Intisari— Perkembangan dunia kesehatan dan pengobatan sangatlah pesat, sehingga persaingan antara klinik menjadi semakin ketat dan kompetitif. Kemampuan klinik dalam memenuhi keinginan pasien merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat penting. Hal tersebut juga dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kepuasan yang diberikan oleh klinik kepada pasien yang meliputi pelayanan yang memuaskan dan kelengkapan metode pengobatan. Semakin tinggi tingkat pelayanan yang diberikan klinik kepada pasien, maka akan semakin tinggi pula tingkat terpenuhinya kebutuhan pasien yang biasa dinyatakan oleh tingkat kepuasan para pasien.Masalah yang sering terjadi pada klinik adalah dalam hal pengolahan data pendaftaran pasien, sampai pembuatan laporan yang di cetak secara manual, sehingga dalam proses pendaftaran pasien sampai pembuatan laporan seperti, laporan data pasien, laporan registrasi kunjungan pasien, laporan data kunjungan banyak terjadi kesalahan dan proses yang cukup lama.Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut penerapan komputerisasi pada klinik sangatlah diperlukan sehingga dalam menangani masalah pendaftaran pasien serta pembuatan laporan dengan menggunakan komputer melalui sebuah program berbasis website menjadi lebih mudah, cepat dan akurat. Abstract

Providing scholarships is an important step to support the nation's best sons and daughters in pursuing education up to the tertiary level. Many agencies and companies provide scholarships as a form of assistance to ensure the sustainability of the nation's next generation in the future. Nevertheless, the implementation of scholarships at the senior high school level still raises questions regarding conformity with the targets and criteria that have been set. This study aims to apply the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method in determining scholarship recipients for high school students. By using the SMART method, it is hoped that the selection process for scholarship recipients can be more effective and fair with the criteria used such as class ranking scores, parents' income, number of dependents on parents, and non-academic achievements. The end result of applying the SMART method is in the form of student rankings indicating their chances of getting a scholarship. The higher the ranking obtained, the greater the opportunity for students to receive scholarships, the highest ranking was achieved by student number 19 with an acquisition value of 97, indicating that this student is entitled to a scholarship. This study shows that the SMART method can be implemented in a decision support system to determine scholarship recipients for high school students.
