Abstract

In the competition of the business world today, we are required to always develop business in order to always be successful in competition. Fachry PropertyLand is one of the business fields engaged in the sale of homes. Everywhere this shop must meet the needs of customers who are currently trending. On Land Fachry Property Around the issue that always appears regarding sales. Where many employees do not meet their sales targets. Based on this, it is expected to facilitate the Land Fachry Property in assessing the appropriateness of its employees in determining employees who have met the target, has not met the target and does not meet the target, in the grouping process, the grouping method will be used using the K-Me Clustering Algorithm as a method of manual replacement and in its implementation the Data Mining software uses RapidMiner Studio version 9.2. With the application of Rapid Miner Studio, it is expected that the owner of Fachry Propertyland can see the results of the grouping that meets the target, does not meet the target and does not meet the target. It is expected that the owner of Fachry Propertyland can take action on these employees.

Abstract

During this time the performance appraisal of PT. Injep Inti Cemerlang has not been implemented optimally, especially in employee performance appraisal. Performance appraisal so far  is only determined from the results, there are no clear appraisal criteria. Based on this reason, a decision support system is needed to help find the best alternative for the employees selection. In this research a decision support system for employee performance appraisal will be developed based on Attitude, Responsibility, Attendance, Discipline and Collaboration. This research aims to design a decision support system for employee performance appraisal using data collection methods by observation, interviews and giving questionnaires to employees of PT. Injep Inti Cemerlang. The data collected is carried out the process of analyzing data and looking for weighting values using the AHP method and for ranking using the TOPSIS method, where each criterion is appraisal factors and alternatives in this case employees are compared the criteria that have been weighted through the process of calculating the AHP and TOPSIS method starting from giving the weighting of criteria by calculating with Ms. Excel and calculating with Expert Choice software. The results have been obtained from weighting the next ranking by the TOPSIS method. thus providing a value output that results in a system that employees appraisal. This decision support system helps the employee performance apprasial at PT. Injep Inti Cemerlang in determining the employee who has the best performance

Abstract

Bagi para pengguna iphone, salah satu tempat untuk mengunduh ratusan ribu aplikasi android adalah App Store. Aplikasi-aplikasi iOS di bagi menjadi ketegori-ketegori yang unik. Di dalam aplikasi iOS ini terdapat aplikasi-aplikasi yang berbayar dan gratis. Dengan kategori tersebut pengguna bisa dengan mudah mencari aplikasi yang dibutuhkannya. Pada penelitian ini kami menggunakan metode K-Means untuk melihat ciri-ciri dari atribut yang ada. Dataset App Store diambil dari website resmi kaggle. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa hasil cluster dari K-Means. Hasil dari penelitian adalah adanya sebuah cluster yang memiliki ciri-ciri aplikasi yang ideal, yaitu nilai user rating tinggi, harga yang cukup lumayan dan memiliki ukuran aplikasi yang rendah.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract Business competition between coffee shops in Tangerang is getting stronger as the number of coffee shops in Tangerang increases. So, to survive in this competition, coffee shops are required to have their own characteristics and provide unique services to make it more memorable and enjoyable. In the design of the desktop program ordering Mororgana coffee shop using the waterfall method which consists of analysis, design, coding and testing and entity relationship diagrams in designing databases. The results of this study are allowing customers to view and order menus independently. Customers can order directly without going through a waiter and automatically provide notification to the barista to print the order form. Employees can use the report feature when the owner requests a sales report based on a certain period so that management performance becomes efficient. Keywords: waterfall, information system, ordering program Abstrak Persaingan bisnis antara coffee shop di Tangerang semakin kuat seiring bertambahnya jumlah coffee shop di tangerang. Jadi, untuk tetap bertahan di kompetisi ini, coffe shop dituntut untuk memiliki ciri khas sendiri dan memberikan pelayanan yang unik untuk membuatnya lebih berkesan dan menyenangkan.Dalam perancangan program desktop pemesanan kedai kopi morgana menggunakan metode waterfall yang terdiri dari analisis, desain, pengkodean dan pengujian serta entity relationship diagram dalam merancang database. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah memungkinkan pelanggan untuk melihat dan memesan menu secara mandiri. Pelanggan dapat memesan langsung tanpa melalui pelayan dan secara otomatis menyediakan pemberitahuan ke barista untuk mencetak formulir pemesanan. Pegawai dapat menggunakan fitur laporan saat pemilik meminta laporan penjualan didasarkan pada periode tertentu sehingga kinerja manajemen menjadi efisien. Abstract

ABSTRAK            Pada saat ini sudah banyak para peneliti yang sukses mengimplementasikan algoritma regresi di berbagai bidang. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan perbandingan algoritma regresi dengan penggabungan algoritma regresi dan PSO Search serta Linear Forward Selection untuk membandingkan apakah hasil optimasi lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Pada algoritma regresi menggunakan 5 algortima, yaitu Linear Regression, K-NN, Decision Tree, Support Vector Regression dan Multi Layer Perseptron. Metode optimasi yang digunakan adalah PSO Search dan Linear Forward Selection.  Dataset yang digunakan adalah data publik untuk rekayasa perangkat lunak diantaranya Albrecht, China, Cocomo81, COCOMO Nasa V1, COCOMO Nasa 2, Desharnais, kemerer, Kitchenham, Maxwell dan Miyazaki. Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan algoritma linear regression, K-NN dan Support Vector Regression mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik dibandingkan sebelum optimasi, algoritma Decision Tree mendapatkan hasil tidak baik dibanding sebelum optimasi dan algoritma Multi Layer Perseptron mendapatkan hasil baik hanya pada linear forward selectionKata Kunci : Optimasi; PSO Search; Linear Forward Selection; Algoritma Regresi; RMSE ABSTRACTNowadays many researchers have successfully implemented regression algorithms in various fields. In this study, a comparison of the regression algorithm was carried out by combining the regression algorithm and PSO Search and Linear Forward Selection to compare whether the optimization results were better than before. The regression algorithm uses 5 algorithms, namely Linear Regression, K-NN, Decision Tree, Support Vector Regression and Multi Layer Perseptron. The optimization method used is PSO Search and Linear Forward Selection. The dataset used is public data for software engineering including Albrecht, China, Cocomo81, COCOMO Nasa V1, COCOMO Nasa 2, Desharnais, Kemerer, Kitchenham, Maxwell and Miyazaki. Based on tests that have been done, the K-NN linear regression algorithm and Support Vector Regression get good results, the Decision Tree algorithm gets bad results and the Multi Layer Perseptron algorithm gets good results on linear forward selection only.Keyword : Optimization; PSO Search; Linear Forward Selection; Regression Algorithm; RMSE

Abstract

Video games are one of the industries that are growing very rapidly every year. And in a video game industry, there are many types/genres of games that have been widely circulated in the community. One of them is a type of game where players interact a little while the game is running, namely idle games. Even though gaming is one of the industries that is growing very rapidly, based on the report of Diana Paskarina (COO of game loka nutmeg) the contribution of the creative game industry is still very small to state revenue. However, regardless of the existing constraints, there are opportunities/opportunities that can be utilized to improve the country's economy through idle games. This refers to the results of the Sensor Tower survey which shows that the income of the idle game genre in Q3 2016 to Q2 2018 has increased very rapidly. Therefore, researchers try to make a positive contribution by developing game applications with the idle game genre using the Agile Game Development method.

Abstract

Abstract – The rapid advancement in technology makes it easier for the company to carry out its operational activities. The benefits of information technology in assisting the processing of financial data in an organization or company are efficiency, time and cost savings and storage space. With the large number of transaction data that occurs, if the data collection is done manually, a lot of time is wasted for processing financial data. Because there are many steps that must be done to be able to produce financial reports. The resulting data is not necessarily accurate and appropriate. Accounting applications have been created to make it easier to make decisions about the business being run. With the Zahir Accounting accounting application, companies can manage the financial information of each of their businesses easily, quickly and efficiently. Based on the research conducted by the author on PT Satwa Medika Utama, this company uses an ERP system to carry out all operational processes of each division. However, in using the system, several weaknesses were found. With this, the author will use the Zahir Accounting version 5.1 software for financial transaction management at PT Satwa Medika Utama. Based on the various types of data required, and the availability of data sources that allow extracting information, the authors determine the appropriate data collection method. The method that I use is the Observation Method, the Interview Method and the Library Method.Keywords: zahir accounting version 5.1, accounting data processing Abstrak - Kemajuan pesat dalam teknologi memberikan kemudahan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan operasional perusahaan. Manfaat teknologi informasi dalam membantu pengolahan data keuangan pada suatu organisasi atau perusahaan adalah efisiensi, penghematan waktu dan biaya serta ruang penyimpanan. Dengan banyaknya data transaksi yang terjadi, jika pendataan dilakukan secara manual banyak waktu yang terbuang untuk pengolahan data keuangan. Karena banyak tahap yang harus dikerjakan untuk dapat menghasilkan laporan keuangan. Data yang dihasilkan pun belum tentu akurat dan sesuai.aplikasi akuntansi telah diciptakan untuk memudahkan dalam mengambil keputusan atas bisnis yang dijalankan. Dengan adanya aplikasi akuntansi Zahir Accounting perusahaan dapat memanajemen informasi keuangan setiap bisnis mereka dengan mudah, cepat dan efisien. Berdasarkan riset yang penulis lakukan terhadap PT Satwa Medika Utama, perusahaan ini menggunakan system ERP untuk menjalankan segala proses operasional dari setiap divisi. Namun dalam penggunaan system tersebut, ditemukan beberapa kelemahan. Dengan adanya hal tersebut, maka penulis akan menggunakan software Zahir Accounting Ver. 5.1 untuk manajemen transaksi keuangan pada PT Satwa Medika Utama. Berdasarkan berbagai jenis data yang dibutuhkan, dan ketersediaan sumber data yang memungkinkan penggalian informasi, maka penulis menentukan metode pengumpulan data yang tepat. Metode yang penulis gunakan ialah Metode Observasi, Metode Wawancara dan Metode Studi Pustaka (Library Method).Kata Kunci : zahir accounting versi 5.1, pengolahan data akuntansi

Abstract

Humans are social beings who need interaction and communication with others. One of the social media that is often used today is Tiktok. The positive impact on social media includes facilitating user communication throughout the world who use communication tools in social media. Several previous studies examining the factors that drive the use of a system show that the UTAUT model is proven to be able to explain the acceptance of a technology. From the results of Habbit research, Performance Expetancy, and Social Influence have a positive effect on BI or interest in using the tiktok application and affect the use of the tiktok application. These three variables have significant values ​​that are different from Performance Expetancy and Habit which have a fairly high significant value for interest in using the tiktok application.

Abstract

kegagalan peralatan atau mesin dari suatu proses manufaktur sering mengakibatkan kerugian finansial yang besar bagi bisnis. Berdasarkan tingkat jenis kegagalan mesin, model dengan penurunan kinerja adalah sama untuk berbagai jenis tetapi akan berbeda untuk faktor manusia, mesin dan lingkungan. Dengan mengevaluasi efek dan penanganan yang berbeda, menjadi sangat penting untuk dapat memprediksi faktor – faktor yang menentukan jenis kegagalan mesin. Dengan memanfaatkan model machine learning, pengklasifikasi diharapkan mampu memprediksi suatu jenis kegagalan dari mesin. Pada penelitian ini, memaksimalkan untuk mendapatkan hasil model dengan memanfaatkan hyerparameter yang di tuning pada algoritma Support Vector Machine dan Logistic Regression. Metode penanganan data seperti teknik Smote dan data preprocessing lainnya digunakan. Model menghasilkan perbedaan tingkat akurasi yang cukup besar yaitu 23%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan model dengan menggunakan algoritma SVM bisa lebih baik dalam memprediksi jenis kegagalan mesin pada tingkat keakuratan sebesar 90% dibandingkan dengan model menggunakan algoritma Logistic Regression yang hanya menghasilkan keakuratan sebesar 67%.
