Abstract

This study aims to identify and obtain information on the implementation of E-learning ang the constrains of online teaching and learning process at home due to the existence of a pandemic covid-19. This study uses an exploratory case study method and its research approach uses a qualitative case study method that is used tonobtain information related to the constraints and consequances resulting from the pandemic covid19 on theaching and learning activities in several schools in Medan City. In this study, respondens who ware asked to conduct interview ware as many as 5 teacher in several schools in Medan City. For confidentiality purposes, respondents are given the initials R1,R2,R3,R4 and R5. This research uses interview method through social media by asking a number of questions which are arranged to be developed based on related literature. The results of this study are hare, are some obstacles experienced by students, teachers and parents in online teaching and learning activities, namely the mastery of technology is still lacking, additiona internet quota costs increase, there is assisting children learning, communication and socialization between students, teachers and parents are reduced and working hours become unlimited for teachers because they have to communicate and coordinate with parents, other techers and school principals. And from the negative side also causes children to be too spoiled with gadgets so that social values and behavior are less affective because the religious theaching process that has been given is not optimally carried out. Abstract

AbstractË—Ë— Many chemical production companies are competing to continue producing mainly Hydrated Lime chemicals. Hydrated Lime is used to mix paper making one of them. The development of paper marketing is now progressing rapidly, hence the company makes a great opportunity in the production of Hydrated Lime chemicals. An increase in the number of paper mills not accompanied by the supply of Hydrated Lime chemicals may result in scarcity. In this case will encourage the company continues to increase its production volume to meet growing consumer demand. Prediction is a source of information that can be used by companies to prepare themselves in determining the strategy for the future better. In this study, predicted sales of Hydrated Lime with Neural Network method and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) optimization to predict time series data, so as to minimize RMSE value. From the test results obtained the average mean Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) Neural Network based Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) with 7 neurons of 1.279. Intisari- Banyak perusahaan produksi bahan kimia yang bersaing untuk terus memproduksi bahan kimia terutama Hydrated Lime. Hydrated Lime digunakan untuk campuran pembuatan kertas salah satunya. Perkembangan pemasaran kertas saat ini semakin maju pesat, maka dari itu perusahan menjadikan suatu peluang yang besar dalam produksi bahan kimia Hydrated Lime. Pertambahan jumlah pabrik kertas yang tidak disertai dengan supply bahan kimia Hydrated Lime sehingga bisa terjadi kelangkaan. Dalam hal ini akan mendorong perusahaan terus meningkatkan volume produksinya untuk memenuhi permintaan konsumen yang semakin hari semakin besar. Prediksi merupakan sumber informasi yang dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk mempersiapkan diri dalam menentukan strategi ke depan yang lebih baik. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan prediksi penjualan Hydrated Lime dengan metode Neural Network dan optimasi Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) untuk memprediksi data time series, sehingga dapat meminimalkan nilai RMSE. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan nilai rata-rata Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) terkecil Neural Network berbasis Particle Swarm Optimization (Pso) dengan 7 neuron sebesar 1.279. Abstract

Sistem informasi keuangan memainkan peran penting dalam pengelolaan keuangan yang efektif dan efisien di kebun sawit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi keuangan yang dapat meningkatkan pengelolaan keuangan di kebun sawit dengan fokus pada pengumpulan, pemrosesan, dan analisis data keuangan yang terkait dengan kegiatan di kebun sawit. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dan analisis kebutuhan pengguna sistem informasi keuangan kebun sawit. Dalam tahap pengembangan, sistem informasi keuangan dirancang dan dikembangkan dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan pengguna, seperti pencatatan transaksi, pembuatan laporan keuangan, analisis kinerja, pengelolaan persediaan, dan pemantauan anggaran. Sistem Informasi Keuangan Kebun Sawit berfungsi untuk memberikan informasi keuangan yang akurat dan berguna bagi manajemen kebun sawit dalam mengambil keputusan yang baik dan efisien.

Abstract

Industrial Work Practice (PRAKERIN) is a way of providing vocational education and training, especially in Vocational High Schools (SMK). SMK Negeri 6 Tangerang Regency is one of the vocational high schools that carry out internship activities for its students. Choosing the right place for students to take part in PRACTICES is a good step so that the criteria needed by the school can be met properly. Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) is a method to support decision-making. Based on the results of data analysis, the recommended order of prakerin places was obtained with the final results obtained where there were three (3) largest values that became a reference place for students of SMK Negeri 6 Tangerang Regency, namely alternative A1 (Ahass Abdi Jaya), A2 (Ahass Ardian 4), and A20 (Ardian II) with a final score of 8. So the school will find it easy to determine the place for internships for students.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi telah mendorong kemajuan pesat dalam berbagai sektor, termasuk pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merancang user interface (UI) dan user experience (UX) untuk aplikasi pembayaran sekolah berbasis payment gateway dengan menggunakan metode Design Thinking di startup APPSO. APPSO adalah aplikasi yang berfokus pada pengelolaan pembayaran sekolah secara online, yang mencakup fitur cetak bukti pembayaran, laporan transaksi, notifikasi email, dan monitoring orang tua. Metode Design Thinking digunakan untuk memahami kebutuhan pengguna melalui wawancara, menentukan permasalahan, ideasi solusi, perancangan prototipe, dan pengujian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan utama pengguna adalah antarmuka yang mudah digunakan dan mendukung berbagai metode pembayaran seperti virtual account, e-wallet, dan QRIS. Pengujian usability menunjukkan bahwa prototipe yang dirancang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna dan memiliki desain yang menarik dan mudah digunakan. Dengan menggunakan perpaduan metode waterfall dan Design Thinking, penelitian ini menghasilkan prototipe aplikasi yang efisien dan memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna.
