Abstract

SMS from these various considerations is feasible to use. The level of ownership of cellular phones and affordable costs are considerations that support the adoption of this technology to be widely applied for the application of information system development in the present and in the future.Distance and long time are no longer a problem that can hinder obtaining information about the exam schedule, the SMS received does not come directly from the sender, but comes from the SMS Center. So, before the SMS reaches the recipient, the SMS actually enters the SMS Center first,The PDU contains not only the message, but also a lot of information about the sender. Starting from the sender's number, the sender's SMSC number, the validity time of the SMS, and so on. Everything is built in the form of hexadecimal numbers. SMS-based student exam scheduling using AT Command GSM which is used as a command in communication with the serial port. Scheduling with the AT command technique is very effective as information for students.

Abstract

Dapoer Mama Ana is one of the home industries carried out by Mrs. Mariana Harahap in the city of Medan, Kelurahan Gedung Johor, Medan Johor District, North Sumatra Province, the Dapoer Mama Ana home industry produces a variety of frozen food, namely variants of dim sum skin, kebab skin, risol , dimsum, batagor, meatballs and nuggets. Dapoer Mama Ana has several problems, namely in the marketing management section, product packaging and business management. Based on the problems faced by the owner of Dapoer Mama Ana, we as a team limit the problems that exist with Dapoer Mama Ana, namely problems in marketing management. An example of a part of marketing is promotion, which is an activity that focuses on the efforts of entrepreneurs as a whole in increasing sales of products or services as well as in introducing their innovations. When the promotion is carried out, determining the promotional media is a very important aspect. All forms of promotional media must be able to accommodate the objectives of the promotion, both as an effort to increase sales results and as an effort to develop a business brand image. Therefore, this Community Service will focus on the use of online promotional media in the form of branding on Dapoer Mama Ana.

Abstract

The Maysara Hijab shop is one of the businesses located in Binjai City, precisely on Jl. Tuanku Imam Bonjol. The Maysara Hijab shop does not only sell hijabs, but also clothes for women. In the sales process, the owner of the Maysara Hijab shop only sells offline, namely waiting for customers to come to the store. So there is no container used to promote online. This is because the owner does not know how to carry out promotions and create a marketplace for promotional containers in selling their products. With these problems, we, as the PKM team, assisted in creating a marketplace at Shopee and assisted in promotion on social media. This partnership activity starts with registering to create an account for shop owners at Shopee, then creating a shop and entering product data and registering a free shipping shop. When the Maysara Hijab Shop was finished, the PKM Team assisted in training on using the Shopee Marketplace from entering new products, accepting orders and shipping products and disbursing funds from product sales. As a result of this PKM activity, it is hoped that the owner can independently manage his marketplace and be able to use the marketplace
