Abstract

The online communication media used by the directorate general of taxation to facilitate the need for communication facilities between graduates of the study assignment program and the admin is by using whatsapp and telegram platform. the purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the effectiveness of telegrams as a medium of information in solving administrative management problems for graduates of study assignment program within the directorate general of taxation. The concept used in this research is to compare the level of effectiveness of whatsapp and telegram in the management of graduates of the study assignment program within the Directorate General of Taxes using a mixed methods approach, namely a research method that combines quantitative research methods with explanatory evaluation survey methods and qualitative research methods with a qualitative research approach. phenomenology. the results of the study stated that telegrams were still unfamiliar and rarely used by employees (Table 4.1) The study assignment module on Telegram has been accessed and provides the information needed by study assignment employees (Table 4.2) , then based on the results of other studies where telegrams are quitely helpful as a center of media information for employees. The Suggestions for this research is to carry out socialization regarding the use of telegram as a means of communication between graduates of the study assignment program and admins within the Directorate General of Taxes.

Abstract

Achieving sustainable economic growth while reducing environmental damage presents a significant challenge in the era of globalization and technological advancements. As primary contributors to greenhouse gas emissions, industries hold a pivotal position in advancing global initiatives aimed at meeting Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This study investigates the influence of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) and Employee Engagement on Corporate Sustainability, with Green Innovation serving as a mediating variable on PT GHP. In this study, the researcher used a quantitative research type. The research model was analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with the Smart-PLS software, based on a sample of 56 respondents. The findings of this study reveal that GHRM and Employee Engagement have a positive and significant influence on Corporate Sustainability and Green Innovation. Furthermore, Green Innovation mediates the relationship between GHRM and Corporate Sustainability, while its mediating role on Employee Engagement is not statistically significant.

Abstract

The Public Relations Division of the Metro Jaya Police is facing a decline in organizational performance with a decrease in counter opinion activities by 63.5% in 2024, indicating problems in human resource management related to discipline, motivation, and work culture of personnel. This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work culture on sustainable performance with work discipline as a mediating variable. The research method used a quantitative approach with causal design through the analysis of Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) on 60 personnel respondents using a five-level Likert scale questionnaire. The results showed that work motivation and work culture had a significant positive effect on work discipline with t-statistics of 3.913 and 3.177, the three predictor variables had a significant effect on sustainable performance, and work discipline was proven to mediate the relationship between work motivation (t-statistic: 2.923) and work culture (t-statistic: 2.175) on sustainable performance with a Goodness of Fit of 0.471. In conclusion, increased motivation and work culture will be more effective in improving sustainable performance when mediated by strong work discipline. It is suggested that the implementation of integrated programs includes a transparent reward system and strengthening a culture of professionalism.

Abstract

Purpose – This research aimed to find out the direct impact of Affective Commitment on OCB, Work Engagement, and Knowledge Sharing and indirectly between Affective Commitment and OCB mediated by Work Engagement and Knowledge Sharing. Methodology/approach – The research is causal quantitative with the population are the millennial employees in one of Indonesia’s construction companies, with a sample of 287 employees. The research uses SEM PLS data analysis by SmartPLS 3.0. Findings – The results show a positive impact and significant from the direct effect between Affective Commitment and OCB, Affective Commitment and Work Engagement, Affective Commitment and Knowledge Sharing, Work Engagement and OCB, also Knowledge Sharing and OCB. Then, the indirect effect between Affective Commitment to OCB mediated by work engagement and knowledge sharing also has a positive impact and significan, with the mediating effect provided being complimentary. Novelty/value – Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that these two mediating constructs succeeded in mediating the relationship between Affective Commitment to OCB. Although Work Engagement has a stronger mediating effect than Knowledge Sharing, these two mediating constructs have succeeded in providing complementary effects
