Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perencanaan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi pegawai Lembaga Sandi Negara dengan pengembangan karir sebagai variable mediasi. Obyek penelitiannya adalah karyawan Lembaga Sandi Negara dengan jumlah sampel 215 orang dengan periode pengamatan 2016 – 2017. Variabel independen adalah perencanaan karir  sedangkan variabel dependennya kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi, serta variabel mediasi adalah pengembangan karier.  Analisis data yang digunakan Statistik Deskriptif menggunakan SPSS dan metode analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan tehnik statistika multivarian berbasis varian dengan menggunakan PLS.      Hasil penilitian ini menunjukan bahwa Perencanaan Karir berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Perencanaan karier berpengaruh langsung terhadap komitmen organisasi, Perencanaan karir berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan karir,             Pengembangan Karier berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Pengembangan Karier berpengaruh terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, Perencanaan Karier berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap  Kepuasan Kerja Dimediasi Pengembangan Karier, Pengembangan karier tidak memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung Perencanaan karier terhadap komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

AbstractExchange is  a useful  framework for conceptualization in marketing behavior. The recent objective marketing is not only creating in selling products or services and customer satisfaction needing but also the objective has been moving to creating and integrating customer value. Satisfaction, trust and commitment attributes have been used as attributes for creating customers value. Drawing on insight from extant literature this article purpose analysis of evolusion exchange in  marketing strategy. The qualitative research is used in this study by using several literatures. The author found that there was a change in  exchange paradigm from transactional to relational exchange. The moving of paradigm as parallel with the development of world economy especially in the post industry era.Keywords: relationship marketing, longlife customers value, relational exchange

Abstract

AbstractThe marketing strategy in service industry is very important since the growing rapidly service industry in the recent years. The development the marketing strategy in service industry has changed from year to year. Drawing on insight from extant literature this article purpose analysis of the development marketing strategy in service industry. The qualitative research is used in this study by using several literatures. The author found that there was a change in  marketing strategy in service industry. The triangle model of marketing service has changed to become triangle model with technology as know as  self service technology.Keywords: services strategy, self services technology, service industryAbstrakStrategi pemasaran dalam industry jasa sangat berperan penting sejak bertumbuhnya industry jasa belakangan ini. Pengembangan strategi pemasaran industry jasa telah berubah dari tahun ke tahun. Dengan menggunakan kajian beberapa beberapa literature artikel ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap perkembangan strategi pemasaran di dalam industry jasa. Penelitian kualitatif digunakan pada studi ini dengan menggunakan literature-literatur ilmiah. Penulis menemukan bahwa telah terjadi pergeseran strategi pemasaran di dalam industry jasa. Model “triangle” dalam industry jasa telah berubah menjadi model “triangle” dengan menggunakan teknologi yang kita kenal dengan teknologo pelayanan sendiri.Kata kunci: strategi pelayanan, teknologi pelayanan, service industri

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kompetensi terhadap komitmen organisasi serta implikasinya pada produktivitas kerja organisasi di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Perkumpulan Strada Jakarta, dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Dalam penelitian ini, populasi yang digunakan adalah para pendidik di SMP Perkumpulan Strada Jakarta, dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 273 responden. Lingkup penelitian pada variabel motivasi dan kompetensi sebagai variabel independen, komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi, dan variabel produktivitas kerja organisasi sebagai variabel dependen. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan SPSS dan metode analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan tehnik statistika multivarian berbasis varian dengan menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penilitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: motivasi berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi, kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi, motivasi berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja organisasi, kompetensi tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja organisasi, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja organisasi, komitmen organisasi memediasi pengaruh antara motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi memediasi pengaruh antara kompetensi terhadap produktivitas kerja organisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence employee turnover intention at Hotel XYZ. The population of this study is all employees at Hotel XYZ with a total sample of 184 employees with an observation period of 2019-2021. The endogenous variables used are job satisfaction and turnover intention, while the exogenous variables used are work environment and work stress. The data analysis method used Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of the study stated that the work environment and work stress had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; the work environment has no effect on turnover intention; work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention; job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on turnover intention; Job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between work environment and work stress on turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the job satisfaction of employees of the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Trade. The population of this study was all employees of the Directorate General of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Trade with a total sample of 162 employees with an observation period of 2022. The endogenous variables used were work motivation and job satisfaction, while the exogenous variables used were organizational commitment and work environment. The data analysis method used Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that organizational commitment and work environment had a positive and significant effect on work motivation; organizational commitment and work environment have no significant effect on job satisfaction; work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; work motivation can mediate the effect of organizational commitment and work environment on job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment, career path on job satisfaction and turnover intention as a mediating variable in the employment bpjs. This study uses quantitative research methods, the population in this study are employees at the BPJS Employment Regional Office of Sumbarriau with a total population of 300 people. The sampling technique in this study used random sampling, and the number of samples in this study were 172 samples. The data collection method of this research is a questionnaire and literature study, and the data analysis methods used in this research are Descriptive Analysis, SEM-PLS, Outer Model, Inner Model, and Hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that there is a negative and significant effect of work environment on turnover intention at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. there is no effect of career path on turnover intention at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. there is a positive and significant effect of work environment on job satisfaction, there is a positive and significant effect of career path on job satisfaction, there is no positive effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention, there is no positive effect of work environment mediated by job satisfaction on turnover intention, and there is no positive effect of career path mediated by job satisfaction on turnover intention.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a measure of a positive feeling about work resulting from an analysis of the characteristics in a person. Based on job satisfaction assessment data, it was found that the phenomenon of employee job satisfaction at PT. Indesso Culinoma International is quite low, so it needs to be researched. Theapurpose of this study was to examine the effect of leadershipoand compensation on job satisfaction with motivation as a moderating variable at PT. Indesso Culinoma International. The technique used in this study is a survey method in the form of a questionnaire with a sample of all employees of PT. Indesso Culinoma International. The research design used associative and the data analysis technique used was path analyze using the smartPLS application. The results showed that leadership and compensation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Indesso Culinoma International. In addition, motivational variables can also mediate the influence of leadership and compensation on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of organizational culture and leadership style on the performance and job satisfaction of employees at PTPN IV Medan. To determine the relationship between employee job satisfaction and the performance of PTPN IV Medan. To assess the effect of organizationaI cuIture and Ieadership styIe on empIoyee performance as measured by job satisfaction at PTPN IV Medan. This research method uses a quantitative approach with 600 employees from PTPN IV in Medan, North Sumatra, which is the population for the study. The sampling method used was probabiIity sampIing, and the sampling technique was simple random sampling so 254 respondents were taken as samples in this study. The data analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of the SmartPLS version 3.2.9 program. The findings of this study indicate that organizationaI cuIture and Ieadership styIe has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PTPN IV Medan. Positive and significant influence of organizational culture, leadership style, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PTPN IV Medan. The infIuence of organizationaI cuIture and Ieadership styIe on empIoyee performance at PTPN IV Medan can be mediated by job satisfaction.

Abstract

Business competition has become very tight and marketing is the main key for a business to run well. This causes many business people to do their marketing via the internet and generate sales, hence the emergence of online stores (electronic commerce). Shopee is one of the most used and visited e-commerce sites in Indonesia. In the first quarter of 2023, Shopee e-commerce was ranked first among the first visitors compared to other e-commerce. In this regard, researchers are interested in conducting research with the title The Mediating Role of Customer Satisfaction in the Relationship between Brand Image and Product Quality and Customer Loyalty (Case Study of Shopee e-commerce). The type of research used is research with a conclusive design, namely a type of inferential research which aims to test a certain hypothesis, either through in-depth research into a problem (descriptive) or looking for relationships between variables (correlative) between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The research results show that brand image has a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. Brand image has a positive and insignificant effect on customer loyalty. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on customer loyalty. Brand image has a positive and insignificant indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Product quality has a positive and insignificant indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.
