Abstract

Home and the residential environment are one of the risk factors for stunting. The level of knowledge determines residents' behavior, and knowledge is influenced by the exposure to information that a person receives. The purpose of community service activities is counseling about healthy homes and healthy behavior to Baduta mothers (children under two years) in the stunting locus, Langensari village, Pandeglang district. Extension activities were carried out on September 20, 2019, in Langensari village, Saketi District, Pandeglang Regency. Before the activity was carried out, the team carried out advocacy and licensing at the Saketi District Health Center and the Langensari Village Head. The method used in this activity is advocacy and socialization of activities and activities using extension media using posters and brochures. The target of the counseling is the Baduta mother. Participants will be assessed whether there is increased knowledge about healthy homes and healthy behavior before and after counseling (pre-post-test). The result of the educational activity was that the extension participants consisted of 39 Baduta mothers. The difference in the mean score of the pre-post-test was 0.821, and the extension activities could increase the participants' knowledge before and after counseling (p = 0.018).

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model bahan ajar menulis iklan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri H Wukirsari. Jenis penelitiannya adalah Research and Development. Sampel kelas VIII.b yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian yaitu wawancara, kuesioner/angket, dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan skala likert, uji validitas, dan uji reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan yaitu validasi desain tergolong dalam kategori baik dengan persentase 80,77%. Hasil validasi kebahasaan tergolong dalam kategori baik dengan persentase 75,00%. Hasil validasi materi kategori sangat baik dengan persentase 95,83%. Secara keseluruhan hasil dari analisis dan perhitungan nilai angket dari tim ahli, modul menulis teks iklan berbasis kontekstual tergolong dalam kategori sangat baik dengan pesersetansi 84.03%, artinya modul menulis teks iklan berbasis kontekstual telah valid dan bisa digunakan

Abstract

Given the intensified number of online learning activities and having inadequate knowledge to identify the details of how it was organized within increased students’ language learning ability; this study focused on identifying the students’ perceptions of learning in two different situations. This study investigated how students perceived working in a new learning mode (online learning activity) compared to the traditional or face-to-face learning mode (offline learning activity) in regards to the learning frameworks, including the depth and comprehensiveness of learning, appropriate length for learning, comfortability of learning, and flexibility of learning. Ten students were selected to be the participants of the current study; all of whom were sixth and eighth semester students at the Department of English Language Education of Universitas Islam Negeri Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. They were served by several questions related to their experiences working on two different learning modes. The findings revealed that working in offline learning mode was still the common preference among the students and only a few of them preferred online learning. Even more interesting was the finding of one or two students who perceived no differences between participating in offline and online class learning activities. In addition, the findings also indicated that interaction between the course instructors and students still becomes a prominent element on the students’ satisfaction and comfort of learning. The students also suggested that the keys to their satisfactory learning experiences are access to learning materials and to their class instructors. To conclude, this study also provides new insights on what matters the most to the students’ learning experiences with respect to the current online learning trend.

Abstract

Balanced Scorecard adalah sebuah sistem manajemen yang membantu organisasi memperjelas visi dan strateginya serta mengubahnya menjadi tindakan nyata. Saat ini, Balanced Scorecard banyak digunakan karena kesederhanaan dan kemudahan penerapannya. Pengukuran kinerja di sektor publik dengan menggunakan instrumen Balanced Scorecard berfungsi untuk mengevaluasi pencapaian kinerja dalam mewujudkan akuntabilitas instansi pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguraikan bagaimana proses penerapan Balanced Scorecard pada instansi pemerintah dan kemudian menilai pengaruh masing-masing komponen Balanced Scorecard terhadap kinerja organisasi berdasarkan arah dan besarnya perubahan masing-masing komponen Balanced Scorecard. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi dokumentasi dan penelitian pustaka. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kanwil DJP Jawa Barat III, dengan fokus pada Indikator Kinerja Utama eselon II dan unit-unit di bawahnya, yaitu unit eselon III, unit eselon IV, serta Kelompok Jabatan Fungsional, dengan periode pengamatan dari tahun 2017 hingga 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Balanced Scorecard dengan beberapa modifikasi, sepenuhnya berlaku untuk instansi pemerintah dan sebagian besar komponennya berpengaruh terhadap capaian kinerja organisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to develop mathematics teaching materials assisted by Microsoft Mathematics applications in class XI students. The research and development method used is the 4D model proposed by Thiagarajan which consists of 4 stages: (1) define; (2) design; (3) develop and (4) disseminate. Researchers used qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. This study uses data collection techniques namely questionnaire (questionnaire) in the form of a Likert scale for students responses. The results of the study are media in the form of mathematics teaching materials assisted by Microsoft Mathematics applications that are suitable to be used as learning media to improve student learning motivation. The feasibility of learning media produced from material experts and media experts is valid and is suitable for use as a learning medium. The response of students to the learning media obtained in the small group test is very interesting with an average score of 83%. In field testing, the criteria for attractiveness are very interesting with an average score of 87%.
