Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penguasaan kompetensi profesional guru dalam memanfaatkan alat peraga untuk kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan angket pada 8 guru SD Negeri 1 Potrobangsan di Kota Magelang. Hasil penelitian dari penggunaan alat peraga untuk proses belajar mengajar oleh guru menunjukkan 50% guru sering menggunakan alat peraga sesuai materi pelajaran. Kemudian 62,5% guru kadang-kadang menggunakan alat peraga buatan sendiri dan 37,5% sering menggunakan alat peraga yang disediakan dari pihak sekolah. Kemampuan guru dalam membuat alat peraga menunjukkan bahwa 50% guru sering membuat alat peraga yang relevan dengan materi pembelajaran. Kemudian 62,5% guru sering mengembangkan alat peraga pembelajaran untuk mengoptimalkan pembelajaran. Lalu sebesar 75% guru sering membuat alat peraga yang menarik minat belajar peserta didik dan sering membuat alat peraga yang berasal dari bahan sederhana. Penggunaan alat peraga menjadi penting untuk menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran. Sehingga peserta didik dapat menerima pelajaran dengan lebih mudah.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the feasibility of teaching tool based on local wisdom from used stuff to improve the professionalism of teachers in SD N 1 Potrobangsan, Magelang. This research was qualitative research. The research subjects were eight elementary schools teachers. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique was the scale method with modified Likert scale. The product is teaching tool which contain the elements of the local wisdom and made from used stuff. The visual aids that we made were volcanic eruption simulation of Mount Merapi which made from used cardboard containing elements of the local wisdom of the Magelang. The results of the data analysis concluded that the teaching tool based on local wisdom from used stuff are suitable to be used as teaching tool as a means of increasing teacher professionalism. This can be seen from the average value of the indicator of good teaching tool of 87.14%.

Abstract

The independent campus policy has yet to be prepared thoroughly and correctly as the system is still partial, making it difficult for universities to implement. The Student Development course needs a digital book that integrates the team-based learning model in the era of Society 5.0. This development research aims to create a digital book for student development courses based on Team-based learning in the era of Society 5.0. The stages in this development research are based on the Borg & Gall model. The research subjects were 1st-semester students taking student development courses. The data collection techniques used were tests and non-tests. Qualitative and quantitative analysis were used in the data analysis. This research and development resulted in the digital book used in the Student Development course based on Team-based learning in the era of Society 5.0 being included in the valid category with an average learning device validation score of 0.8. This research concludes that this learning tool is suitable for testing students during lectures. This research implies that digital book media, which integrates the team-based learning mode, can support the lecture process and provide students with skills.
