Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dilakukan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra tentang praktik jual beli di masa pandemi Covid-19, menambah pengetahuan tentang tata cara pemasaran produk yang baik dan benar pada e-commerce. Sejak Covid-19 merebak ke seluruh sektor kehidupan, banyak pelaku usaha yang mengalihkan usahanya dengan menggunakan media e-commerce. Dalam dunia bisnis, menjamurnya e-commerce menyebabkan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang pesat. Untuk mengimbanginya diketahui tentang hak dan kewajiban bagi pelaku usaha sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik. Solusi permasalahannya adalah bagaimana seharusnya yang dilakukan dalam praktik jual beli online pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan media online dan offline bergantung pada kesiapan kelompok sasaran dalam memberikan umpan balik. Sehingga pengabdi akan melakukan pendampingan dari awal dan sampai pelaku usaha dapat menjalankan usahanya dengan baik pada media e-commerce. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan dimana dari 10 peserta yang mengikuti, sebelumya dilakukan pretest terlebih dahulu mengukur sejauh mana mereka memahami menjadi penjual yang baik sesuai dengan aturan hukum yang berlaku. Hasil test tersebut ada di angka 30% dan setelah kegiatan selesai, dilakukan melalui posttest dengan mengisi kuesioner menggunakan media google form dengan hasil posttest dengan pengetahuan di angka 90%, terdapat selisih 60%, yang menjelaskan bahwa ada peningkatan pengetahuan setelah diberikannya edukasi oleh pengabdi. Abstract: The purpose of this activity is to increase partner knowledge about buying and selling practices during the Covid-19 pandemic, increasing knowledge about good and correct product marketing procedures in e-commerce. Since Covid-19 has spread to all sectors of life, many business actors have shifted their business to using e-commerce media. In the business world, the proliferation of e-commerce has led to rapid economic growth. To compensate for this, it is known about the rights and obligations of business actors in accordance with the Law on Information and Electronic Transactions. The solution to the problem is how should be done in the practice of buying and selling online during the Covid-19 pandemic. This activity is carried out using online and offline media depending on the readiness of the target group to provide feedback. So that the servant will provide assistance from the beginning and until the business actor can run his business well on e-commerce media. The results of the service showed an increase where out of 10 participants who took part, a pretest was carried out before measuring the extent to which they understood being a good seller in accordance with applicable legal rules. The test results are at 30% and after the activity is completed, it is carried out through a posttest by filling out a questionnaire using google form media with posttest results with knowledge at 90%, there is a difference of 60%, which explains that there is an increase in knowledge after education is given by the servant.

Abstract

The practice of prostitution is a practice that is contrary to the principles of norms and ethics. It is often considered a practice that disrupts public order. This study aims to examine more deeply the development of prostitution in Indonesia and how to criminalize prostitution service users in Indonesia. This paper uses a normative legal research method, with a statutory approach, a conceptual approach, and a case approach. The results of the study show that increasingly sophisticated information and communication technology encourages the emergence of various new modus operandi in the practice of prostitution. Actors who previously had to do it face-to-face and meet in person at certain places when transacting can now do so by utilizing the features and various social media platforms available on smartphones. A large number of social media users encourages the increasing number of cases of prostitution in Indonesia. What's more, not everyone involved in this practice can be convicted, even if it's easy for users of prostitution services to escape the law, it's not a strange thing. This condition is caused by the absence of clear and firm regulations against prostitution service users, therefore, it is necessary to criminalize prostitution service users in the positive legal system in Indonesia to provide fear and deterrent effect for the perpetrators.
