Abstract

Employee job satisfaction can be improved if there is justice in work. Achieving job satisfaction can improve productivity and company performance. Career development is an effort in increasing employee job satisfaction. The results show acceptance H0, proves that career development has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The career development orientation by companies that are not balanced with the expectations of employees cause employee job satisfaction is not going well.

Abstract

The research objective is to investigate and analyze the influence of current ratio and return on equity on the price earning ratio at the Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, either partially and simultaneously. The study used survey methods in an attempt to gather more field data assisted with research instruments adapted to the characteristics of descriptive qualitative research, in this case the researcher provides financial ratios are adjusted to the dimensions of the study variables. This research resulted that current ratio and return on equity simultaneously affected significantly to price earning ratio. While partially, only return on equity that has affected price earning ratio while current ratio not significance.

Abstract

Work stress is a condition of tension that creates a physical and psychic imbalance that affects emotions, thinking processes, and the condition of an employee.Stress jobs can be interpreted as the perceived pressure of an employee because job assignments cannot be filled. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of working pressure on the performance of employees at the palm oil plant PT. WKN Bengkayang.The analytic tools used were to use multiple linear regression, classical ASUSMI tests and coefficesian significance tests. This means that stress arises when an employee is not able to meet the demands of the job. From the research results obtained the magnitude of the stress effect of the working variable (X) on the performance variable (Y) 15.9%. The significant value of the stress variable is 0.000 < 0.05 (smaller than the probability value), which means the variable stress affects the performance variable. Then the t-count for the 3.762 variable stress is greater than the t-table which is 1.992 and physical regression in the direction of positive values of 0.395. This suggests that the stress is positive and significant in performance

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan salah satu bagian terpenting dalam sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuannya. Guna memperoleh Sumber Daya Manusia yang berkualitas dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan maka dibutuhkan proses rekrutmen dan seleksi yang baik dan benar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsian proses rekrutmen dan seleski karyawan PT.Pancara Belantara Indah. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara. Penentuan informasi menggunakan metode Purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa proses rekrutmen karyawan menggunakan metode rekrutmen internal dan eksternal. Metode rekrutmen internal berasal dari referensi karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan saat ini, sedangkan metode ekternal menggunakan brosur. Terkait dengan proses seleksi perusahaan menggunakan langkah penerimaan pendahuluan, wawancara seleksi, pemeriksaan referensi-referensi, wawancara dan keputusan langsung oleh bagian umum.

Abstract

The method used is explanatory research and associative. Study population so that the same number of samples, a total of 107 respondents. Measurement data using a Likert scale, the data is processed by using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, simultaneously (Test F) accept the hypothesis of the influence of variable compensation and leadership simultaneously towards employee motivation. Determinansi amounted for 34.0% (R2) can be explained by the model, with the remaining 66% are influenced by other factors outside the research model. Dominance partially on work motivation in a row is a variable compensation and a variable leadership. Furthermore, the effect of motivation on the performance of significant influence by determinansi by 10.8%

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of various doses of nitrogen fertilizer on the growth and yield of impatiens (Impatiens balsamina L.). The study was conducted in Bandorasa Village, Cilimus District, Kuningan Regency, using a randomized block design (RBD) with seven treatments of nitrogen fertilizer doses, ranging from 1 g to 4 g of urea per polybag. The parameters observed included root length, plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, net assimilation rate, plant growth rate, chlorophyll content, number of flowers, fresh flower weight, and anthocyanin and carotenoid content. The results showed that nitrogen fertilizer application had a significant effect on several parameters, particularly plant height, number and area of leaves, plant growth rate, and number and weight of flowers. The 2.5 g/polybag dose treatment yielded the best results for most parameters, while excessively high doses tended to reduce growth and flowering efficiency. This study concluded that applying nitrogen fertilizer at the appropriate dose is crucial for optimizing the growth and yield of Impatiens balsamina L.
