Abstract

Today's technological developments encourage many companies to try to make it easier for the needs and convenience of online transactions, one of which is introducing a website-based booking service system and spare parts store. However, there are still challenges in designing optimal user interfaces and user experiences to achieve the company's business goals. This study aims to apply the User Centered Design (UCD) method to the appearance of an online booking service system and website-based spare parts shop at CV Saluyu Mandiri Pratama. User Centered Design (UCD) is an approach that focuses on the user in the entire manufacturing process, starting from user understanding, requirements gathering, prototyping, to user evaluation. The research methodology includes the stages of analyzing user needs and user context, creating interface concepts, developing prototypes, and evaluating users. Analysis of user needs is carried out through interviews, observation, and literature studies to understand user needs and preferences. Prototype development is carried out using interface creation tools that allow users to visually interact with the system. The results of this study are applications that pay attention to user needs and preferences, and provide optimal user experience. The User Centered Design (UCD) method has proven to be effective in assisting companies in designing systems that are more relevant and satisfying to users.

Abstract

The proliferation of Internet and technology is spawning business opportunities. One is an android - based app that allows companies or individuals to purchase or sell products online only through smartphones. In this research, design for development of the sales system became an android based in oppa foods' store. The design method for system development is the mobile-d, which consists of the five phases of which is explore phase is tasked with planning and organizing, initialize phase is serves to prepare a list of the needs of the research process, productionize phase is charge to implement all functional needs based on the design already made, stabilize phase is in charge of writing documentation of the building process, test and fix phase is duty to test and to do repairs. The development of the ageing system at oppa foods' store by mobile-d and testing with black box results in a more structured system focused on ordering the product and payment process where the whole menu is functioning for its function.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is how to implement the Fuzzy Sugeno method to a fire-fighting robot prototype with all wheel drive system. Resculpts by transferring academic input to specific fields of knowledge, as many problems have become increasingly adaptable due to technology or the growth of AI, which is fast becoming the dominant productivity tool. Fuzzy method is a mathematical method used to overcome the problems of small uncertainties and imprecision. The first prototype of the fire-fighting robot which will be able to use all-wheel drive system is meant to mitigate the risk of large fire and to detect as soon as possible. Observational results verify that the Robot prototype follows its intended workflow as well as can complete its mission to both detect and eliminate fire hazards. The speed of the wheel is controlled on three levels slow (0 RPM), moderate (50 RPM), and fast (100 RPM) using Fuzzy Sugeno method. Also, in response time is set by using Fuzzy Sugeno method which is set to 1 second, 2 seconds, and 3 seconds

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem pakar berbasis web yang mampu mendeteksi kerusakan pada neraca digital menggunakan metode forward chaining di PT Sharma Indotama. Sistem ini dikembangkan untuk memfasilitasi teknisi dalam mendiagnosa masalah pada neraca digital dengan lebih cepat dan tepat. Melalui analisis data kerusakan sebelumnya dan konsultasi dengan pakar, sistem ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan berdasarkan gejala yang teridentifikasi. Metode forward chaining diterapkan untuk memproses aturan yang ada, dimulai dari fakta awal hingga mencapai kesimpulan akhir. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu memberikan diagnosa yang sesuai dengan kondisi aktual, serta mempercepat proses identifikasi kerusakan. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dalam perawatan neraca digital di perusahaan, mengurangi waktu tidak beroperasi, dan menekan biaya perbaikan. Kata Kunci: Sistem Pakar, Deteksi Kerusakan, Neraca Digital, Forward Chaining, Berbasis Web, PT Sharma Indotama Indonesia. This research aims to design a web-based expert system that is able to detect damage to digital balance sheets using the forward chaining method at PT Sharma Indotama. This system was developed to facilitate technicians in diagnosing problems with digital balances more quickly and precisely. Through analysis of previous damage data and consultation with experts, this system can provide recommendations for improvements based on identified symptoms. The forward chaining method is applied to process existing rules, starting from the initial facts until reaching the final conclusion. Test results show that this system is able to provide a diagnosis that is appropriate to actual conditions, as well as speeding up the damage identification process. The implementation of this system is expected to increase efficiency in maintaining digital balance sheets in companies, reduce downtime and reduce repair costs.
