Abstract

Introduction: Stress is a condition where the body's condition is disturbed due to psychological pressure. Usually stress is associated not with physical illness but more with mental illness. Work stress is a condition of tension that affects a person's emotional thinking process and condition. The result is that excessive stress can threaten a person's ability to deal with the environment and will ultimately interfere with the implementation of their duties. According to WHO (World Health Organization) in 2014 in many countries, 8% of work-related illnesses were depression. Research by the Labor Force Survey in 2014 found that there were 440,000 cases of stress due to work in England with an incidence rate of 1380 cases per 100,000 workers who experienced stress due to work. As much as 35% of work-related stress has fatal consequences and it is estimated that lost work days are 43%. Objectives: This research aims to determine the relationship between organizational, environmental, and individual factors with work stress among employees at PT Surgika Alkesindo. Methods: This research uses a cross-sectional design using primary data by distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study were employees at PT Surgika Alkesindo, this sample was taken randomly with a sample size of 133 employees. Results: The results of this research show organizational factors (P value=0.000; OR=23.2), environmental factors (Pvalue=0.000; OR=13.353), and individual factors (Pvalue=0.000). Conclusion: This research can conclude that organizational, environmental, and individual factors are significantly related to work stress in PT Surgika Alkesindo employees.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Menurut BPJS Ketenagakerjaan pada tahun 2020, jumlah kecelakaan kerja mencapai 153.044 kasus. Angka tersebut turun 1,46% dibandingkan tahun 2019 yaitu 155.327 kasus. Berdasarkan lokasi kejadian, kecelakaan kerja terbanyak sebanyak 104.823 kasus atau setara 68,9% terjadi di lingkungan kerja. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis risiko kerja dan upaya pengendalian bahaya pada personil golongan a di Paspampres tahun 2022. Metode: Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Instrumen penelitian yang dipakai berupa HIRARC. Informan penelitian berjumlah tiga orang yaitu penanggung jawab HSE, HR Manajer dan petugas lapangan. Adapun  instrumen pendukung berupa pedoman wawancara, dokumen terkait, telepon genggam (kamera dan perekam). Analisis data pada penelitian ini, meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil: Hasil identifikasi bahaya pelatihan pada personel sebagian besar 15 bahaya yang dapat menimbulkan korban jiwa, pengkajian risiko dalam pelatihan ditemukan 14 risiko dan pengendalian risiko yang telah dilakukan Paspampres yaitu dengan pemberian APD berupa sarung tangan rappelling dan tali cepat, tali karmantel, masker gas, full body harness, rompi anti peluru, helm mata statis, dan lain sebagainya. Kesimpulan: Sebagian besar bahaya dapat mengancam jiwa dimana sebanyak 14 risiko telah diidentifikasi, dan Paspampres telah mengendalikan risiko tersebut dengan memberikan peralatan perlindungan diri (APD).

Abstract

Introduction: According to BPJS Employment in 2020, the number of work accidents has reached 153,044 cases. This figure decreased by 1.46% compared to 2019, namely 155,327 cases. Objectives: To analyze occupational safety and health (K3) risks through the CARE program at PT Total Bangun Persada Tbk's Surabaya Trans Icon Project in 2022. Method: This research uses a qualitative approach. The researcher is the main instrument in this research, but to obtain the required data, he is assisted by instruments in the form of interview guides, related documents, cell phones, recording equipment, and HIRADC sheets.  There were three research informants.  Data analysis in this research includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Results: There were 59 hazard identifications from 20 sources of danger in the Trans Icon Surabaya project work of PT Total Bangun Persada Tbk, where the risk values ​​were obtained for the low-risk low-risk (11.9%), medium-risk category (15.3%), high-risk category ( 20.3%), and the extreme risk category (52.5%). Conclusion: the CARE program policy implemented at PT Total Bangun Persada Tbk aims to create a safe and healthy work environment as well as protect employees and maintain both physical and mental conditions so that employees can work safely and comfortably. Researchers provide recommendations for companies in planning for potential hazards and controlling the risk of work accidents to increase work productivity and worker welfare through the CARE program.

Abstract

Program pembinaan kemandirian yang sudah berjalan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan seluruh indonesia dengan memberikan pelatihan keterampilan kepada narapidana meskipun dengan adanya beberapa kendala yang dihadapi oleh beberapa Lembaga Pemasyarakatan yang meliputi : Program pembinaan belum sepenuhnya berjalan secara merata,  rendahnya kesadaran narapidana untuk mengikuti kegiatan,  ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana yang terbatas,  infrastruktur program keterampilan yang terbatas,  dan juga diluaran sana masih adanya bentuk penolakan atau stigmatisasi masyarakat terhadap mantan narapidana meskipun telah mempunyai keterampilan yang cakap.  Upaya yang akan terus dilakukan adalah dengan membangun kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak,  melaksanakan program yang terarah dan terukur,  dan tentunya pelatihan bagi petugas dalam pemberian pembinaan terhadap narapidana dalam menciptakan kecakapan berwirausaha. Selama ini masalah kewirausahaan di Lapas kurang mendapat perhatian yang serius baik dari pihak lembaga maupun dari pihak petugas. Maka dalam mengatasi masalah tersebut,  diperlukan adanya usaha dan upaya dari pihak lembaga dan juga pimpinan,  dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja petugas dalam perwujudan kewirausahaan di Lapas dengan cara mengadakan pelatihan khusus yang dijalankan di seluruh Lembaga Pemasyarakatan di seluruh Indonesia.Kata kunci : Narapidana,  Kemandirian,  Pembinaan,  Wirausaha
