Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan bekerjasama dengan SMP Van Lith sebagai mitra. Program pelatihan dasar desain grafis dilaksanakan karena masih banyak lulusan SMP Van Lith yang masih belum mengetahui secara jelas dasar desain grafis. Metode pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan pemberian materi serta dilanjutkan dengan evaluasi dari hasil peserta. Pelatihan ini dilakukan agar kemampuan siswa dapat secara langsung mengerti dasar desain grafis. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini sebagai bekal siswa siswa dikemudian hari. Pelaksanaan ini dilakukan secara daring karena bertepan dengan masa pandemi Covid 19.

Abstract

Pengolahan stok barang di Toko Dual Comm saat ini dalam pengolahan data barang masuk dan keluar meliputi barang pembelian atau penambahan stok barang dan juga untuk keluar sebagai penjualan. Agar proses pengolahan data barang masuk dan keluar dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien, maka sudah seharusnya untuk menggunakan aplikasi sistem informasi pengolahan data barang masuk dan keluar yang dapat menangani proses barang masuk dan keluar. Dengan dibentuknya suatu sistem dengan proses terkomputerisasi berbasis client server, maka diharapkan dapat mengatasi masalah-masalah yang telah terjadi.Dalam melakukan penelitian ini, metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakanadalah metode waterfall yang terdiri dari rekayasa sistem, analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian dan pemeliharaan. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan Bahasa pemograman Netbeans dan PhpMyAdmin. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem perangkat lunak yang berbasis client server untuk proses pengolahan data barang masuk dan keluar. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapkan untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat kinerja pihak Toko Dual Comm terutama dibagian accounting dalam proses barang masuk dan keluar.

Abstract

Digital marketing and financial recording play an important role in improving MSMEs. Many MSMEs have good quality products and services, but their businesses are not profitable. This is due to the lack of application of digital marketing and still doing traditional financial records in their business. One of the MSMEs that we observed, namely the Yen Yen Canteen, had this problem. Therefore, our group conducted a service by helping to create social media and teaching application-based financial recording. After we did this service, the Yen Yen Canteen had social media and its content and made financial records through the application.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is a customer's trust to buy a product or service from a certain brand that has gained customer loyalty. Customer loyalty is formed from the repeated use of certain brands which are introduced through various means such as the quality of well-known brands or promotions such as price discounts. This study aims to assess the influence of brand image and specific promotions provided by the online food delivery application feature GoFood on customer loyalty of Mixue consumers in Jakarta. The dependent variable used in this research is customer loyalty and there are two independent variables used, namely brand image and GoFood promotions. The research data was processed using SmartPLS version four software to test the validity and reliability by measuring the inner model and outer model. Purposive sampling technique was used to collect a sample of 100 questionnaire respondents collected through the Google form. The results showed that Mixue's customer loyalty was influenced by 52% by GoFood's brand image and promotion variables. Loyalitas pelanggan menjadi merupakan kepercayaan pelanggan untuk membeli suatu produk ataupun jasa dari merek tertentu yang telah mendapat loyalitas pelanggannya. Loyalitas pelanggan terbentuk dari penggunaan merek tertentu secara berulang yang diperkenalkan melalui berbagai cara seperti kualitas merek yang ternama maupun promosi seperti potongan harga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai pengaruh citra merek dan promosi secara spesifik promosi yang diberikan oleh fitur aplikasi antar pesan makanan online GoFood kepada loyalitas pelanggan konsumen Mixue di Jakarta. Variabel dependen yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah loyalitas pelanggan dan terdapat dua variabel independen yang digunakan yaitu citra merek dan promosi GoFood. Data penelitian diolah menggunakan software SmartPLS versi empat untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas melalui pengukuran inner model serta outer model. Teknik sampling purposif  digunakan untuk mengumpulkan sampel 100 responden kuesioner yang dikumpulkan melalui google form. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa loyalitas pelanggan Mixue dipengaruhi sebesar 52% oleh variabel citra merek dan promosi GoFood.

Abstract

This study investigates mud management in the West Banko area at PT Bukit Asam, focusing on predicting erosion rates, estimating mud volumes, and evaluating sediment pond (KPL) capacity. The methodology integrates field data collection (rainfall, runoff, and soil properties), the Universal Soil Loss Equation (USLE) approach—considering rainfall erosivity (R), soil erodibility (K), slope length and steepness (LS), and cover-management (C)—and sediment delivery ratio (SDR) analysis to estimate sediment yield. Results indicate that the predicted annual erosion rate reached 10,818,825.04 m³/year in Pit SJS, 3,190,396.61 m³/year in Pit E, and 1,642,899.98 m³/year in Pit 3 East. After applying SDR values, the corresponding estimated mud (sediment yield) volumes were 3,129,918.88 m³/year (Pit SJS), 971,015.11 m³/year (Pit E), and 500,266.05 m³/year (Pit 3 East). These findings highlight the significant sediment load generated by mining activities, requiring large-capacity sediment ponds to maintain sump functionality and prevent pump inefficiency. The scientific contribution of this study lies in providing a comprehensive quantitative framework for predicting erosion and sediment yield in dynamic open-pit mining environments. By combining hydrological, soil, and slope factors into an integrated mud management system, the research enhances environmental engineering practices by supporting optimized sump design, sediment pond planning, and sustainable water management strategies. Overall, effective mud management not only ensures operational efficiency and slope stability but also minimizes environmental risks, aligning coal mining operations with good mining practices and regulatory compliance.

Abstract

There are still many Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) that experience difficulties in developing their business due to lack of access to information and knowledge on how to manage their business properly. Some of the problems that are often encountered include losing proof of transactions, errors when calculating, errors in recording stock, and others. One way to manage finances and inventory well is to do bookkeeping. This research is a qualitative research with a Design Thinking approach. We will add new features to the existing business development information system. We will introduce an inventory management and financial management feature that will help SMEs manage their inventory, record expenses and income more easily and efficiently. By adding new features to the existing business development information system, researchers believe that the business development information system design project in SMEs can help SMEs manage their business better and more effectively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengembangan sumber daya manusia berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen dalam mencapai visi dan misi Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Mujahidin Tolitoli. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data primer dan sekunder dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan pengamatan langsung (Observasi) serta kuisioner dengan metode analisis data mengunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana, uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik tingkat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia maka semakin baik tingkat kinerja pada manusia itu sendiri terhadap Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi MujahidinTolitoli. Semakin baik nilai atau manfaat yang diperoleh dari pengembangan SDM, maka semakin baik tingkat kinerja terhadap Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi MujahidinTolitoli.

Abstract

COVID-19 pandemic has altered many fields, including trades. Related direct activities have currently shifted to online through e-commerce. One of those popular ones is Shopee. This study is conducted in order to seek the influence of the recommender system algorithm towards the pre-purchase decision of Indonesian Shopee users. Quantitative methods of research methodology are used to collect primary data through questionnaire distribution. Secondary data are compiled with qualitative methods through literature review based on various journal articles and books on information systems and consumer behavior. Results of the study implied that Shopee’s recommender system prompts its users to seek more information about products of their needs. Information gained by users will be used as their consideration material before committing the transaction. Such behavior is concluded as the pre-purchase decision. The algorithms in the recommender system are proven to positively influence the pre-purchase decision of Indonesian Shopee consumers.
