Abstract

Affiliate motive is a necessity that every individual needs. individuals need a needwhereby the need is one of them is the need to relate to others or the need to make friendshipswith others. Both women and men all need friends who can understand and understand it. Butnot all individuals can increase the need, because that need can only be increased by makingfriendship with others in which there is a sense of trust and empathy for each other. With theseelements the individual can feel that making friendships will feel beautiful when a sense oftrust and empathy become a support in making friendships. The purpose of this research is toknow the description of student affiliation motivation before and after being given groupguidance service and to know the difference of affiliated motivation before and after mengiitgroup guidance service. Motives are encouragement that causes individuals to be particular,whereas affiliated motivation is the motivation for forming and maintaining friendships withothers in which there is an element of trust, affection and empathy shown in a friendly manner.Group guidance is one counseling guidance service provided Counselors to some people ingroup situations (7-15 people) who discuss the actual general problem by utilizing groupdynamics. The type of research used is Quasi Eksperimen with research design using onegroup per-test and post-test design. This research uses purposive sampling technique onstudents who have low affiliation motivation. The method of data collection in this study is thescale of affiliated motivation. Test validity using Product Moment correlation formula rxy =0.422> rtabel = 0.325 and the reliability of the instrument using the formula Alpha r11 =0.928> rtabel = 0.325 it is concluded that the instances are reliable. Data analysis techniqueusing Wilcoxon test formula Zhitung = -3.298> Ztable = 0.21, it shows that student affiliationmotivation can be improved through group guidance service. From this research it can beconcluded that the image of motivation affiliated before being given group guidance servicesobtained 49.70% score with low category and after being given group guidance servicesobtained a score of 75.05% with high category. From these calculations means an increase inthe motivation of students affiliated IV Guidance and Counseling Study Program FKIP UnisriYear 2016/2017 between before and after the group guidance services provided.Keywords: Affiliated Motivation, Group Guidance.

Abstract

There are symptoms of children in Alif Tsalatsa Surakarta experienced communication apprehension from the counseling interview conducted by the author to some children in the boarding school is a number of children when chatting with friends, as if the conversation is cornered him and then away from the crowd and choose alone when his friend was just joking. In addition one of the children said that if communicating with his friend even if it was just a casual conversation he felt confused to position himself, if gathered together in a small group between lodgers look worried, depressed from the sweaty hands, and nervous looking confused in starting the conversation and was afraid the topic was unattractive. In addition, if there is a problem with his friend, the student does not dare to express his heart. He prefers silence because when spoken of he is afraid of tipping the problem and afraid if the child is abandoned his friends.The training of group guidance services is able to cope with communication apprehension (In Children In Alif Tsalatsa Surakarta). Method of Implementation in this community service activities is with the provision of services group guidance. by using the game in this activity is in every meeting will discuss the topic of the task of the theme of communication in the process of its activities inserted game put forward by Suwarjo and Eliasa are: a) chain word; b) Our Picture; c) Trips of the Three Disabled; d) Continue my story; e) Standing Together. Abstract

Family becomes the smallest social unit in a society. The socialization process was first carried outin the family. Educate children to get to know children and how to treat children according to theirneeds and development. By recognizing and understanding their children, parents as educators inthe family will be able to increase their potential as optimally as possible, especially in formingpositive behaviors. Behavior is any form of action taken or planned. While positive behavior is anaction that is in accordance with the character, culture, norms and noble values in the community.In order for children to grow and develop optimally, the family or parents need to increase theirrole. Along with the times and the assimilation of culture in the era of globalization of positivebehavior in children such as manners, tolerance, caring for others and respect for others isincreasingly lost. The effort that can be taken to develop positive behavior of children in the familyenvironment is through a behavioral approach.The target of service is the Beneficiary Family(KPM) of the Hope Family Program in Wonosegoro District. The purpose of this communityservice activity is to provide training methods in enhancing family roles to foster positive behaviorthrough a behavioral approach. The method used in this community service is the behaviorismapproach in increasing family roles to form positive behavior. In this behavior approach usesseveral techniques, namely modeling techniques, reinforcement techniques and Asertive trainingtechniques. The implementation of community service carried out with seminars and trainingthrough lectures, discussions and brainstorming, questions and answers, and direct practice. Theimplementation of the behavioral approach training as an effort to improve the family's role informing positive behavior was Carried out in four meetings. The expected result of communityservice is the realization of parents' understanding of the importance of the role of the family infostering positive behaviors of children that are applied in daily life through a behavioral approach.Keywords: Family Role, Positive Behavior, Behavior Approach

Abstract

Diera digital ini sangat mempengaruhi komunikasi anak dan orang tua, seseorang yang jauh menjadi dekat dan yang dekat terasa jauh karena adanya media sosial. Banyak sekali kesalahan komunikasi yang dilakukan orang tua terhadap anak-anaknya di rumah. Orang tua yang kurang bisa berkomunikasi dengan anaknya akan menimbulkan kerenggangan atau konflik hubungan, sebaliknya orang tua yang dapat menerima dan berkomunikasi secara efektif sebagaimana adanya akan membuat anak cenderung dapat tumbuh, berkembang, membuat perubahan-perubahan yang membangun, belajar memecahkan masalah-masalah, secara psikologis semakin sehat, semakin produktif, kreatif dan mampu mengaktualisasikan potensi sepenuhnya. Karena itu, orang tua perlu menumbuhkan sikap yang tepat dan mempelajari keterampilan komunikasi yang efektif untuk menguatkan hubungan antara orang tua dan anak. Orang tua harus mengambil inisiatif dengan mengikuti beberapa cara untuk membangun komunikasi yang efektif, salah satunya melalui pendekatan behavior teknik modeling. Sasaran pengabdian adalah Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) Program Keluarga Harapan di Kecamatan Wonosegoro. Tujuan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan metode pelatihan dalam membangun komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif antara orang tua dengan anak diera digital melalui teknik modeling. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah modeling sebagai pendekatan membangun komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif dalam keluarga. Dalam metode modeling ini menggunakan beberapa teknik khusus yaitu teknik Symbolic Model, Live Model dan Behavior Rehearsal.. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, dilaksanakan dengan seminar dan pelatihan melalui ceramah, diskusi dan ramu pendapat (brain storming), tanya jawab, serta praktik secara langsung. Pelaksanaan pelatihan teknik modeling sebagai upaya dalam membangun komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif orang tua dengan anak diera digital dilakukan sebanyak 4 kali pertemuan.  Hasil yang diharapkan dari pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah terwujud pemahaman orang tua tentang pentingnya membangun komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif antara orang tua dengan anak diera digital yang diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari melalui teknik modeling. Kata Kunci : Teknik Modeling, Komunikasi Interpersonal

Abstract

There are also other groups who cannot accept the existence of other friends.. Abstract

The main objective in this research is to increase the activity of semester IV students of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program of FKIP Unisri in 2018/2019 in the teaching and learning process through group guidance. The design used in this study was pre-experimental. The sample in this study was the fourth semester students of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program FKIP UNISRI in 2018/2019 who had low activity in the teaching and learning process. The data collection method in this study is the scale of student activity in the teaching and learning process. Validity test uses the correlation formula Product Moment rxy = 0.422> rtable = 0.325 and the reliability of the instrument uses the formula Alpha r11 = 0.928> rtable = 0.325 then it is concluded that the instrument is reliable. Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of "Analysis of the Trends in Students to Obtain Learning Motivation Through Individual Counseling Services for Class IX Students of SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta Academic Year 2020/2021." The subjects of this study were students of class IX with low learning motivation, parents and counseling teachers. The object of this research is to analyze the students' tendency to learn motivation through individual counseling by discussing it in a qualitative study. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interview and documentation methods. The observation method is used to obtain data sources from clients during the interview. While the interview method is used to obtain information from several sources related to the tendency of students to gain learning motivation through individual counseling. While the documentation method is used to obtain activity data during the research as well as supporting data in this study. The validity of the data in this study is the triangulation of sources, triangulation of techniques. Triangulation of sources is the collection of different data using the same technique. while the triangulation of techniques is data collection by researchers using different data collection techniques to obtain data from the same source. In this study, the data analysis model of Miles and Huberman used data analysis where data analysis was carried out when data collection took place, and after completing data collection within a certain period. If the answers to the results of the interview after being analyzed are not satisfactory, the researcher will continue the questions again, until a certain stage is obtained data that is considered credible. Based on the data analysis, the conclusion is that the counselee initially has low learning motivation, where the counselee often does not participate in online learning and does not collect assignments given by the teacher. After the researcher carried out individual counseling services, there were positive changes that occurred to the counselee, namely the counselee had started to actively participate in online learning and always collected assignments given by the teacher. Changes that occur in counselees due to individual counseling activities carried out by researchers can be concluded that the role of individual counseling can be used to overcome the problems of students who are less motivated to learn in taking online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Role of Individual Counseling Services with Role-Play Techniques to Overcome Social Deficits at Man 1 Surakarta in 2023/2024. This study is a qualitative descriptive study. In this study, the subject taken was one student with the initials X, namely by taking the object of one student who has a social deficit problem. Data collection techniques using interviews conducted with the guidance and counseling teacher, then observations conducted by researchers and guidance and counseling teachers and finally documentation. Based on data analysis, data was obtained from students with the initials X, students who have problems at school basically need guidance and counseling. Based on the results of the data that has been collected and carried out by researchers through observation, interviews. Then the analysis process was carried out between research information using field notes and documentation, then the researcher presented conclusions about individual counseling services with role play techniques in overcoming students who have social deficit problems. The implementation of individual counseling services is carried out if there are personal problems with students that may interfere with the effectiveness of students in learning or in socializing with their surroundings. Such as the learning process because he feels unable to express his opinion or often feels that what he does is always wrong or feels excessive shame. This is where individual counseling is used to find out what causes students to experience social deficit problems, by knowing the cause, the guidance and counseling teacher will try to help, build self-confidence, provide motivation, suggest activities that may be enjoyed and try in such a way to help students overcome social deficit problems in themselves.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to reduce the crisis of concern of class X-E4 students at MAN 1 Surakarta in the 2023/2024 academic year by providing group guidance services using the truth or dare game. This research is a descriptive qualitative study. This research was conducted at MAN 1 Surakarta. The subjects in this study were eight students from class X-E4. The data collection techniques used were data from observation, interviews and documentation. The interview technique is expected to obtain data in the form of direct statements from sources and participants. The observation technique is intended to obtain data that is in the nature of participant activities. The documentation technique is expected to obtain written data and photo data from the implementation of activities. The data analysis technique used is inductive with three paths, namely data reduction, data presentation, data verification. The results of this study explain how the role of group guidance with the truth or dare game as a means to reduce the crisis of concern of class X-E4 students at MAN 1 Surakarta in the 2023/2024 academic year. It can be seen from the provision of services to participants that it can have a good impact and participants gain an understanding of the importance of a caring attitude and reduce the crisis of concern that occurs in class X-E4. It is realized by the participants that the crisis of concern they experienced had a negative impact on their personality, making the participants aware of the importance of having a caring attitude towards each other.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of group counseling services with assertiveness training techniques in reducing people pleaser behavior in class XI D3 students of SMA Negeri Colomadu. People pleasers are individuals who tend to prioritize the needs of others above themselves, find it difficult to refuse requests, are afraid of being shunned, and often ignore personal happiness in order to gain acceptance and approval from others. The research method used was an experiment with a one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were 8 class XI D3 students selected by purposive sampling. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire that measured the level of people pleaser behavior of students before and after being given group guidance with assertiveness training techniques. The data obtained were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test, the sig. value was 0.012 <0.05, so H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. The results showed that there was a significant decrease in people pleaser behavior of students after participating in group counseling with assertiveness training techniques.
