Abstract

This research aims to determine if there is a correlation between fear of missing out (FOMO) and binge eating behavior among young teenagers in SMP Negeri 3 Tasikmadu Karanganyar 2023/2024. This research was done in SMP Negeri 3 Tasikmadu Karanganyar. The subjects of this research were 60 students of classes VIII E and VIII B. This research is a quantitative correlative research. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Observation, interviews and questionnaire methods are the main methods used to obtain data on the fear of missing out and phubbing behavior. Meanwhile, the documentation method is a method extra In addition, the analysis techniques used are the normality test and the correlation test of moments and raw digital products. Based on the results of the data analysis regarding the relationship between the fear of missing out (FOMO) and bullying behavior among the adolescent youth of grade VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Tasikmadu Karanganyar in 2023/2024, it can be conclude that the results of the data analysis shows that the data get a calculated r value of 0.394. Then, the calculated r-value was seen with the product moment table of r with N = 60 and a significant level of 5% and 1%, 0.254 and 0.330, respectively. It turned out that the results of the data analysis obtained a higher r number. table size r or 0.254<0.394>0.330. In this regard, the null hypothesis or (Ho) that "There is no relationship between the fear of missing out (FOMO) and offensive behavior among young teenagers in SMP Negeri 3 Tasikmadu Karanganyar 2023 / 2024" is rejected and not proven. and the working hypothesis (Ha) that “there is a correlation between the fear of missing out (FOMO) and demanding behavior in adolescent youth SMP Negeri 3 Tasikmadu Karanganyar. 2023/2024", was found to be true at the 1% or 5% level of significance.

Fitri Damayanti. THE ROLE OF INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING USING COGNITIVE BEHAVIOR THERAPY (CBT) APPROACH TO OVERCOME SOCIAL ANXIETY IN CLASS X STUDENTS OF SMA NEGERI COLOMADU ACADEMIC YEAR 2025/2026. This study aims to determine the role of individual counseling with the CBT approach in overcoming social anxiety in class X students of SMA Negeri Colomadu. This research used Guidance and Counseling Action Research (PTBK) conducted in three cycles using the Kemmis and McTaggart model. The subject was a class X-2 student (SAF) identified as having high social anxiety. CBT techniques applied were thought monitoring, cognitive restructuring, behavioral experiment, and behavioral reinforcement. Observation results showed a decrease from 80% (pre-cycle) to 45% (cycle III), a total reduction of 35%. The social anxiety scale decreased by 31%, from 81% (high) to 50% (low). Individual counseling with CBT effectively helps students identify and change negative thought patterns that trigger social anxiety and improves adaptive social behavior.

THE ROLE OF GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING TEACHERS IN REDUCING STUDENTS' PROCRASTINATION BEHAVIOR THROUGH INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING SERVICES BASED ON COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY (CBT) WITH GRADED TASK ASSIGNMENT TECHNIQUES IN COLOMADU STATE HIGH SCHOOL IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR OF 2025/2026. Thesis Surakarta: Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Slamet Riyadi University, Surakarta, 2026. The purpose of this study was to describe the role of Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers in reducing students' procrastination behavior through individual counseling services based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with graded task assignment techniques in Colomadu State High School in the 2026 Academic Year. This study was conducted at Colomadu State High School. The subjects in this study were BK teachers and students who experienced procrastination behavior. This study is a descriptive qualitative study conducted in four individual counseling meetings. Data collection techniques included interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis utilized data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, as well as data validity testing through theoretical and technical triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the role of guidance counselors through individual counseling services based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with graded task assignment techniques is effective in helping students reduce procrastination. This is demonstrated by positive changes in students, such as increased awareness of the impact of procrastination, the ability to identify and evaluate negative thoughts rationally, and the ability to complete tasks in stages and on time. Therefore, individual counseling services based on CBT with graded task assignment techniques can be an effective strategy in reducing procrastination in students.

Brevine Luckia Breezi THE ROLE OF MBTI PERSONALITY TYPES JUDGING (J) AND PERCEIVING (P) IN TIME MANAGEMENT FOR THESIS COMPLETION AMONG FINAL-YEAR GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING STUDENTS CLASS OF 2022 AT SLAMET RIYADI UNIVERSITY IN 2026 The purpose of this study was to determine the role of MBTI Personality Types Judging (J) and Perceiving (P) in Time Management for Thesis Completion among Final Year Guidance and Counseling Students Class of 2022 at Slamet Riyadi University in 2026. This research was conducted at Slamet Riyadi University. The subjects of this study were Guidance and Counseling students from the class of 2022/2023 who were in the process of completing their thesis. The research instruments used were observation guidelines, interviews, and documentation. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed through several stages, including summarizing, concluding, and verifying. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that students with the Judging (J) and Perceiving (P) MBTI types have different ways of managing time during the thesis completion period. The Judging (J) type strictly follows schedules and is structured, whereas the Perceiving (P) type relies more on mood and is flexible.
