Abstract

This study examines the strategies employed by Bank Sulselbar to manage non-performing loans (NPL) and their implications for the bank’s financial stability. Using a qualitative case study approach, in-depth interviews and conducted alongside internal document analysis. Findings reveal that a combination of preventive measures—such as strict credit appraisal and ongoing monitoring—and curative actions—including loan restructuring, intensive debtor communication, and collateral execution—have effectively contained NPLs below the central bank’s threshold of 5%. Despite external shocks from the COVID-19 pandemic and regional natural disasters, Bank Sulselbar maintained a Loan-to-Deposit Ratio (LDR) of 88% and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) above regulatory minima. However, rising NPLs in the agricultural and MSME segments necessitate portfolio diversification and enhanced stress testing to safeguard long-term liquidity and solvency. This research contributes to localized risk management literature and offers practical insights for regulators and regional banks.

Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results indicate that KSPPS Bakti Huria has implemented a PSAK Syariah-based accounting system supported by automated digital tools. The cooperative employs mudharabah, murabahah, ijarah, and wadiah contracts in its operations. Sharia compliance is maintained through the supervision of the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS), and financial reporting meets sharia accounting principles, although members' understanding of the reports remains limited. Abstract

This study focuses on the development and implementation of “Pasar Kita,” a web-based marketplace system designed to facilitate digital transactions for traditional market sellers and consumers. The system was developed using PHP as the backend programming language and MySQL as the database management system. The purpose of this project is to address the digital gap experienced by traditional market vendors who have limited access to modern e-commerce platforms. The research includes a needs analysis, system design using UML diagrams, implementation of main features such as registration, login, product management, transactions, checkout, and order tracking, followed by system testing. The results show that all major functions operate properly, including user authentication, product uploads, order processing, and payment simulations via transfer or cash-on-delivery (COD). System testing indicates that the platform meets usability, functional, and responsiveness criteria. The findings highlight the system’s capability to support local economic digitalization by providing an accessible and user-friendly marketplace for traditional market vendors and consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze purchasing patterns in online transactions using the Apriori algorithm to support sales strategy optimization. The research was conducted on transactional data from an online store selling household and daily-use products. The Apriori method was applied to identify associations between items based on minimum support and confidence thresholds. Four experimental scenarios were tested to compare the reliability of generated rules and determine the strongest item relationships. Data preprocessing included item grouping, transaction coding, and elimination of non-frequent items. The results show several strong association rules with lift ratio values above 1, indicating meaningful item relationships. The strongest rule identified was the association between forks and spoons, forming a highly relevant combination for product bundling strategies. The findings demonstrate that the Apriori algorithm can assist online stores in planning stock, designing product bundling, and improving marketing effectiveness. The research contributes practical insights for business decision-making and highlights the significance of data mining in e-commerce environments.

Abstract

Tracer studies are an important tool for universities to evaluate the achievement of graduate profiles, the relevance of the curriculum to the world of work, and the fulfillment of accreditation data requirements. At Nahdlatul Ulama University Lampung, the tracer study process was previously carried out manually and separately using Google Forms and spreadsheets, resulting in alumni data that was not centralized, prone to duplication, and difficult to analyze. This study aims to design, develop, and test the feasibility of an integrated web-based Tracer Study Information System at Nahdlatul Ulama University Lampung. The method used is software research and development with a Waterfall model, which includes needs analysis, design using UML, system implementation with PHP Native, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and testing using Black Box Testing and user feasibility tests. The developed system provides admin and alumni login features, CRUD-based alumni data management, online tracer study questionnaire forms, data visualization dashboards using graphs, and a tracer report module equipped with filters and data export in CSV format. The Black Box testing results showed that all functions were 100% valid according to the scenario, while the feasibility test resulted in a score of 85% with a category of “Very Feasible”. Thus, the tracer study information system built is declared capable of improving the effectiveness of alumni data collection and management and supporting accreditation and quality assurance needs at Nahdlatul Ulama University Lampung.
