Abstract

ABSTRACT Learning process, a material will be useful to understanding and give a treatment according to the characteristic of the students individually, solve the issue of low sel-actualization of the students, so that an elusive material can be explored with printed materials. The purpose of this research is to know a material which is use in a learning process at SMA Negeri 16 Surabaya in subject of vendor accounting services and reason of the teacher of using the material. And know the worthiness of the material. The types of this research is descriptive research kuantitative approach. Technique of collecting data in this research is using interview and distributing questionnairs feasbility study in material accounting services firm. The research result is showed that the material in accounting services firm XI grade students at SMA Negeri 16 Surabaya are using book and handout. The result of worthiness analysis of material get percentase score for book is get percantase score abtained 90,93%, and handout is get percentase score abstained 86,85%. Abstract

Oral hygiene in an effort to maintain oral health is very important, problems in oral health occur due to lack of awareness in performing oral hygiene. The mouth and teeth are one of the entrances of microorganisms such as fungi, bacteria and so on which can cause health problems. This community service activity aims to increase early childhood knowledge about the practice of maintaining oral health. The method of activity that the author uses is counseling and mentoring with lecture, discussion, and demonstration methods on how to brush teeth properly and correctly. This activity was attended by 25 participants. The results of the questionnaire showed that most of the participants had not implemented good oral hygiene behavior. Participants followed this counseling with enthusiasm and the evaluation results showed that all participants understood the behavior of maintaining oral hygiene, namely knowing how to brush their teeth and how to maintain cleanliness in brushing their teeth.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of brand image, product quality, lifestyle, and price perception on purchase decisions, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable among Starbucks consumers in Palangka Raya City. The variables studied include brand image, product quality, lifestyle, price perception, customer satisfaction, and purchase decision, to assess both the direct and indirect effects of the four independent variables on purchase decisions through customer satisfaction. This research employs a quantitative approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The population consists of all Starbucks consumers in Palangka Raya, with purposive sampling techniques and a total of 100 respondents. The results show that brand image, product quality, lifestyle, and price perception have a positive and significant effect on both customer satisfaction and purchase decisions. Moreover, customer satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between these four variables and purchase decisions. These findings indicate that efforts to enhance customer satisfaction can strengthen the impact of marketing elements on purchasing decisions among urban consumers.
