Abstract

Abstrac.To win this competition, companies must be able to pay attention to customers and the capabilities of their competitors so that they can coordinate with the company's resources. Product innovation, market orientation, and service quality are very important for improving marketing performance in achieving competitive advantage. The objectives of this study were: 1) To determine the effect of product innovation on the marketing performance of cake products at the Welldone Ambarawa Bakery, 2) To determine the effect of market orientation on the marketing performance of cakes at the Welldone Ambarawa Bakery, 3) To determine the effect of market orientation on marketing performance. cake at Welldone Ambarawa Bakery. In this study, the population is buyers from the Welldone Bakery in Ambarawa where the number of buyers cannot be known. The number of samples taken from this study were 78 buyers. The variables in this study are product innovation, market orientation, and service quality. Methods of collecting data using library research methods, documentation, questionnaires (the results of distributing questionnaires). Methods of analysis: Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test. Multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and determination test (R2). The results of the t test can be seen if the product innovation variable has no significant effect on marketing performance. Meanwhile, market orientation and service quality variables have a positive and significant impact on marketing performance. The results of the F test show that the variables of product innovation, market orientation, and service quality have a simultaneous effect on marketing performance. Based on the results of the determination test or R2 in this study, it was 0.387 or 38%. This shows that the percentage of independent influence (X1 = Product Innovation, X2 = Market Orientation and X3 = Service Quality) on the dependent variable (Y = Marketing Performance) is 38%. While the remaining 62% is explained by other variables not included in this study such as product quality, entrepreneurial orientation. Based on these results, it can be concluded that market orientation and service quality are factors that influence marketing performance at the Welldone Ambarawa Bakery. Suggestions obtained from this study are for shop owners to pay more attention to innovation, market orientation, and service quality to advance or increase the consumer appeal of the bakery. Abstrak. Untuk memenangkan kompetisi ini, perusahaan harus mampu memperhatikan pelanggan dan kemampuan pesaingnya sehingga dapat mengkoordinasikan dengan sumber daya yang dimiliki perusahaan. Inovasi produk, orientasi pasar, dan kualitas layanan merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi peningkatan kinerja pemasaran dalam mencapai keunggulan bersaing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap kinerja pemasaran produk kue di Toko Roti Welldone Ambarawa, 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja pemasaran kue di Toko Roti Welldone Ambarawa, 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja pemasaran kue di Toko Roti Welldone Ambarawa. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi yaitu pembeli dari Toko Roti Welldone di Ambarawa yang dimana jumlah pembeli tidak dapat diketahui. Jumlah Sampel yang diambil dari penelitian ini sejumlah 78 pembeli. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah inovasi produk, orientasi pasar, dan kualitas layanan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan , dokumentasi, angket (hasil penyebaran kuesioner). Metode analisis: Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas , Uji Asumsi Klasik. Analisis uji regresi linear berganda, Uji t, Uji F , dan Uji determinasi (R2 ). Hasil uji t dapat diketahui jika variabel inovasi produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Sedangkan variabel orientasi pasar dan kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Hasil uji F menunjukkan jika variabel inovasi produk, orientasi pasar, dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Berdasarkan hasil uji determinasi atau R2 pada penelitian ini adalah 0,387 atau 38%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa persentase pengaruh independen (X1= Inovasi Produk, X2= Orientasi Pasar dan X3= Kualitas Layanan ) terhadap varibel dependen (Y= Kinerja Pemasaran) sebesar 38%. Sedangkan sisanya adalah 62% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini semisal yaitu kualitas produk, orientasi kewirausahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa orientasi pasar dan kualitas layanan merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran di Toko Roti Welldone Ambarawa. Saran yang di peroleh dari penelitian ini yaitu supaya pemilik toko lebih memperhatikan tentang inovasi , orientasi pasar , dan kualitas layanan untuk kemajuan atau meningkatkan daya tarik konsumen toko roti tersebut.

Abstract

Kurangnya pemahaman investasi, takut akan sebuah risiko yang akan dihadapi, kurangnya Literasi investasi bagi mahasiswa, menjadi salah satu kendala terbesar mahasiswa dalam meningkatkan minat investasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi risiko, pemahaman investasi dan literasi investasi terhadap minat investasi mahasiswa pada pasar modal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa sekolah tinggi ilmu ekonomi semarang angkatan 2020-2022.Tekni sampling yag digunakan adalah slovin dengan sampel 80 mahasiswa. Analisi data dilakukan dengan uji asumsi klasik dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh, persepsi risiko dan pemahaman investasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat investasi, sedangkan literasi investasi berpengaru signifikan terhadap minat investasi mahasiswa pada pasar modal.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of CR (Current Ratio), DAR (Debt to Asset Ratio), TATO ( Total Asset Turnover) and NPM (Net Profit Margin) ratios on the growth of Remaining Business Results (RBR) at the Mitra Sejahtera Blora Sayings and Loans Cooperative (SLC) in 2016-2022. This research aims to test the effect CR, DAR, NPM, and ne profit margins on RBR at the cooperative since 2016. The results show that the current ratio has a significant effect on the overall growth of the remaining business results at the cooperative. The DAR ratio has an important effect on the overall growth of RBR. The current ratio, net profit margin, and total assets turnover have an important influence on growth. The NPM ratio has no significant influence on the total assetss turnover. The net profit margin in significant effect is obcerved in the remaining operating results. This means that the number of liabilities under one year or equal to one year is compared to total current assets. Increasing the remaining business results of a cooperative is very dependent on the activities it carries out. In 2022 the current ratio at the Mitra Sejahtera Blora Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP) will increase to 0.96%. In 2019 and 2020 the current ratio increased to 0.99%, and fell again in 2021 to 0.90%. The greater the remaining business results obtained indicate better financial performance, because the rate of return is greater. And in 2022 the dept to asset ratio at the Mitra Sejahtera Blora Savings and Loans Cooperative (SLC) will increase to 0.71%.

Abstract

Working capital represents the total current assets used to finance the company's daily operational activities. Lack of managerial attention to working capital management can lead to various issues such as uncollectible receivables, delays in supplier payments, and excessive inventory accumulation. This study aims to analyze the effect of receivables turnover, payables turnover, and inventory turnover on working capital at CV Sumber Jaya Makmur Purbalingga. The method used is descriptive quantitative, employing multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination using SPSS version 23. The data analyzed consists of financial reports over a 72-month period from January 2017 to December 2022. The results indicate that only receivables turnover has a significant effect on working capital (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05), while payables turnover and inventory turnover do not show a significant impact. The model demonstrates an estimation strength of 55.4%. These findings highlight the importance of receivables management in maintaining stable working capital. Future researchers are encouraged to consider additional variables such as liquidity ratios as alternative predictors of working capital.
