Abstract

Pertanggungjawaban pidana adalah suatu bentuk untuk menentukan seorang dapat dimintai pertanggungjawaban terhadap suatu tindak pidana yang telah dilakukan. Dalam aspek pelanggaran HAM berat, pelaku kejahatan kemanusiaan dapat dimintai pertanggungjawaban berdasarkan Undang-Undang No. 26 Tahun 2000 tentang Pengadilan Hak Asasi Manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif, dengan menggunakan data dokumentasi teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi kepustakaan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertanggungjawaban pidana terhadap pelaku kejahatan kemanusiaan di Aceh dapat melalui dua jalur yaitu litigasi (litigation) dan non-litigasi (non-litigation). Penyelesaian kasus kejahatan kemanusiaan di Aceh secara non-litigasi dilakukan dengan cara penyelesaian non-yudisial terhadap kasus kejahatan kemanusiaan dimasa lalu.

Abstract

Information crisis is an inevitable challenge in the context of local government such as Medan City Council. In an era of rapidly connected globalization, the ability to manage information crises is crucial to maintaining public trust and government stability. The public relations of the Medan City DPRD Secretariat plays an important role in handling the information crisis, with transparency and trust as key elements in building a strong relationship between the government and the community. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, document analysis, and direct observation. Data analysis highlighted key challenges faced by PR, such as message control, speed of response, and internal coordination. Nonetheless, the communication strategies implemented by the PR proved effective, including transparency, message consistency, and the use of diverse communication channels. Quick and effective responses to critical situations, driven by public trust, were key in managing the information crisis. In conclusion, it is important for Medan City Council to continuously improve transparency in the delivery of information to the public and build strong trust by responsively responding to critical situations that arise. By doing so, they can ensure effective information crisis management, maintain government stability, and strengthen the positive relationship between the government and the people in Medan City.

Abstract

Leadership is one of the main factors that influence employee motivation in an organization. This article aims to analyze the effect of leadership style on employee work motivation. This research uses the literature study method by reviewing various theories and previous research related to the relationship between leadership and motivation. The results of the study show that leadership has a significant positive impact on employee work motivation. Leadership style is able to inspire employees, encourage creativity, and increase the sense of individual responsibility for organizational goals. Therefore, leaders who are able to implement leadership styles tend to create a more productive and harmonious work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of inventory management and quality management on sales at PT Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in Medan City. In the competitive soft drink industry, maintaining business performance requires efficient inventory management and strict quality control. By using documents, interviews, and questionnaires based on the Slovin formula, this study collected data from 60 respondents. A quantitative research approach was applied through multiple linear regression analysis techniques which were utilized as data processing tools. The results reflect that quality management and inventory management both increase sales partially and significantly. The R² value obtained of 0.932 indicates that the two independent variables are able to explain 93.2% of the variation in sales. Thus, the integration of inventory and quality strategies plays an important role in increasing sales volume and effectiveness.
