Abstract

Data warehouse (Warehouse data) is expected to empower mining information to recognize the design in the information, for example when planning procedures that can build agreement and benefit the organization. which method used in Internetsearching research or are called search based strategies online (web), is an information retrieval system through web-based media such as the internet or other network media that provide online facilities. Objective This research is to make it easier for the officers of PT. Telkom Yogyakarta to collect information about accessible products or materials. Result of research the recording and search procedures used by warehouse staff were not effective because it is still being carried out physically, and when the stock taking is carried out, the material is available are often not the same as the results obtained. So with them use a data warehouse system to collect all data carefully and accurate.

Abstract

Leadership is one of the main factors that influence employee motivation in an organization. This article aims to analyze the effect of leadership style on employee work motivation. This research uses the literature study method by reviewing various theories and previous research related to the relationship between leadership and motivation. The results of the study show that leadership has a significant positive impact on employee work motivation. Leadership style is able to inspire employees, encourage creativity, and increase the sense of individual responsibility for organizational goals. Therefore, leaders who are able to implement leadership styles tend to create a more productive and harmonious work environment.

Abstract

Generation Z, known as digital natives, now dominates the student population and shows a growing interest in investments, especially Islamic stocks. However, the low level of financial literacy is still a major challenge. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy, Capital Market School (CMS) education, and lifestyle on interest in investing in Islamic stocks among UIN North Sumatra students. The quantitative method was used by distributing questionnaires to 91 students who are members of the KSPMS Golden UINSU Sharia Investment Gallery. The results showed that partial financial literacy and SPM education positively and significantly affect interest in investing. In contrast, lifestyle has a significant negative impact, indicating that a consumptive lifestyle reduces investment interest. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly affect interest in investing in Islamic stocks. This study concludes that students with good financial literacy, who have participated in capital market education, and have a frugal lifestyle tend to be more interested in investing. Future research should add variables such as religiosity, social influence, and use of fintech, as well as consider mixed methods or longitudinal studies to get more comprehensive results.Generasi Z yang dikenal sebagai digital natives kini mendominasi populasi mahasiswa dan menunjukkan ketertarikan yang meningkat terhadap investasi, khususnya saham syariah. Namun, rendahnya tingkat literasi keuangan masih menjadi tantangan utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan, edukasi Sekolah Pasar Modal (SPM), dan gaya hidup terhadap minat berinvestasi saham syariah pada mahasiswa UIN Sumatera Utara. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 91 mahasiswa anggota Galeri Investasi Syariah KSPMS Golden UINSU. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial literasi keuangan dan edukasi SPM memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berinvestasi, sementara gaya hidup menunjukkan pengaruh negatif dan signifikan, mengindikasikan bahwa gaya hidup konsumtif menurunkan minat investasi. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berinvestasi saham syariah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa mahasiswa dengan literasi keuangan yang baik, telah mengikuti edukasi pasar modal, serta memiliki gaya hidup hemat cenderung lebih berminat untuk berinvestasi. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk menambahkan variabel seperti religiusitas, pengaruh sosial, dan penggunaan fintech, serta mempertimbangkan metode campuran atau studi longitudinal guna mendapatkan hasil yang lebih komprehensif.
