Abstract

Abstrak : Perkembangan sosial merupakan proses belajar anak dalam menyesuaikan diri dengan norma, moral dan tradisi dalam sebuah kelompok. Perkembangan sosial menjadi salah satu hal penting bagi proses pertumbuhan anak. Oleh karena itu, pengetahuan ibu diperlukan sebagai dorongan untuk menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri anak, sehingga anak akan lebih mandiri dan proses personal sosialnya menjadi baik. Tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan ibu tentang stimulasi perkembangan dengan perkembangan personal sosial pada anak. Desain penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian Analitik Korelasional dengan pendekatan crosssectional. Jumlah sampel 41 responden pada ibu yang memiliki anak usia 4-6 tahun yang dipilih dengan teknik Purposive sampling dimana pengambilan sampel sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner pengetahuan ibu tentang stimulasi dengan skala ordinal dan observasi untuk perkembangan personal sosial pada anak dengan skala ordinal. Metode analisa data yang digunakan yaitu Spearmen Rank. Hasil Penelitian dari 41 responden prosentase terbesar pengetahuan ibu tentang pemberian stimulasi perkembangan adalah baik sekali 36,59%. Sebagian besar perkembangan personal social anak sesuai 60,98%. Hasil analisis dengan uji Spearman Rank didapatkan hasil uji signifikan (ρ) 0,000, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (r2)=0,653 dengan tingkat hubungannya sangat kuat dan positif berarti apabila pengetahuan stimulasi ibu semakin baik maka perkembangan personal sosial anaknya semakin baik. Kesimpulan dan saran diharapkan petugas kesehatan dapat bekerja sama dengan ibu untuk memantau perkembangan anak sehingga perkembangan anak dapat berjalan seimbang. Abstract : Social development is the child's learning process in adjusting to norms, morals and traditions in a group. Social development is one of the important things for the child's growth process. Therefore, the mother's knowledge is needed as an encouragement to foster a child's confidence, so that the child will be more independent and his personal social processes become good. The purpose of tis research is recognizing the relationship between mother's knowledge about stimulation and social personal development in children.The research design used cross sectional design by using the Correlation study. The research samples were 41 respondents in mothers who have children aged 4-6 years. It used Purposive sampling, in which the sample taking are concern to the inclusion criteria. The data collecting technique was questionnaire to mother’s knowledge (scale ordinal) and observasi to social personal development (scale ordinal). The data analysys method was spearmen rank.esearch Results of 41 respondents the largest percentage of knowledge about the provision of stimulation of maternal development is very good 36.59%. Most of the children's personal social development according to 60.98%. The results of the analysis with the Spearman Rank Test obtained a significant test result (ρ) 0,000, with the value of correlation coefficient (r2) = 0.653 with a very strong and positive relationship level means that if the mother's stimulation knowledge is getting better the better the child's personal social development.Conclusions and Recommendations It is expected that health workers can work together with mothers to monitor children's development so that the child's development can be balanced.

Abstract

Abstrak Pendahuluan: Kecemasan ibu bersalin pada proses persalinan akan berpengaruh terhadap lamanya durasi persalinan. Angka kecemasan pada ibu hamil dalam menghadapi persalinan masih cukup tinggi sekitar 30% ibu hamil mengalami kecemasan menghadapi persalinan. Kecemasan menghadapi persalinan umumnya dialami ibu hamil menjelang persalinan adalah suatu hal yang fisiologis, tetapi jika tidak teratasi akan berdampak pada proses persalinan. Tujuan literature review ini adalah untuk mengetahui Kecemasan selama  Persalinan Lama (Prolong) Kala 1 Fase Aktif.  Metodologi: Literatur review ini menggunakan metodologi berdasarkan sistematika dan pedoman review. Hasil: Kecemasan dengan terjadinya persalinan lama (Prolong) pada ibu bersalin kala 1 fase aktif, mayoritas penelitian menyatakan bahwa ibu bersalin mengalami kecemasan dalam mengalami kecemasan.  Diskusi: Berdasarkan hasil literature review tersebut, bidan hendaknya lebih memperhatikan kondisi psikologis ibu yang mengalami kecemasan dalam menghadapi persalinan agar faktor psikologi persalinan dapat mempengaruhi kemajuan dilatasi serviks agar segera terjadi pembukaan lengkap sehingga dapat mencegah kejadian persalinan lama kala I fase Aktif Kata kunci : kecemasan, persalinan lama,  kala 1 fase aktif AbstractIntroduction: Labor is a process of opening and thinning the cervix and the fetusdescends into the birth canal. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship oflevel of anxiety with the occurrence of prolonged labor (prolongation) at the time ofdelivery active phase 1 Method: The design of this study was cross sectional research. Accidental sampling technique with aIntroduction: A mother's anxiety during the birthing process will influence the length of labor. The level of anxiety among pregnant women regarding childbirth is still quite high, around 30% of pregnant women experience anxiety regarding childbirth. Anxiety about childbirth is generally experienced by pregnant women before delivery is a physiological thing, but if it is not resolved it will have an impact on the birth process. The purpose of this literature review is to determine Anxiety during Prolonged Labor in the 1st Stage of the Active Phase. Methodology: This literature review uses a methodology based on systematics and review guidelines. Results: Anxiety about the occurrence of long labor (Prolong) in mothers giving birth during the 1st active phase, the majority of research states that mothers in labor experience anxiety when experiencing anxiety. Discussion: Based on the results of the literature review, midwives should pay more attention to the psychological condition of mothers who experience anxiety in facing labor so that the psychological factors of labor can influence the progress of cervical dilatation so that complete opening occurs immediately so that it can prevent long labor during the first active phase.
