Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Environment and Individual Characteristics of Employee Performance (case at Hotel RatuMayang Garden Pekanbaru). Work Environment as variable (X1) Individual Characteristics as variable (X2) and Performance as (Y).The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative by using SPSS 20 program. The sample used is 92 employees consisting of 10 departments. To determine the sample using census research method.Technique of collecting data through questionnaire.The results of analysis using multiple linear regression, t test, and test f. It can be seen that work environment variables significantly influence employee performance, characteristic have an effect on signifikan to employee performance, and work environment and characteristic of individual have significant effect to employee performance.Keywords: Work Environment, Individual Characteristics, Performance

Abstract

The problem in the research is the indiscipline becomes the factor of decreasing the work performance of employees, where there are still many less appreciate the time such as coming late to the company in accordance with the provisions of the discipline of working time set by the company, late return to work during the day after the end of the break, and employees who goes home before office ends. As a result, the execution of activities may be less productive or become impeded by the time that was previously wasted. Other conditions, found work environment, such as cafeteria facilities that are less comfortable, so some employees choose to enjoy lunch outside the company area. The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Karet Andalas Agrolestari.The method in this research is quantitative descriptive, by using SPSS program to analyze the influence of every work environment variable and work discipline on job performence. In the sampling method used census, which is as much as 40 respondents or all employees at the office of PT. Karet Andalas Agrolestari with data collection techniques through questionnaires. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of managerial oversight and incentives on employee performance partially and simultaneously. This study uses questionnaires as a means of collecting data distributed to 56 respondents on employees Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru. Data from the questionnaire was then processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 17.0 by performing validity test, reliability test, simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis (R²) and hypothesis test with t test (partial) and F ( Simultaneous).The results showed that the results of the first hypothesis testing of managerial supervision on employee performance is t arithmetic (5,588)> t table (2,004), meaning that manager control variables significantly influence employee performance. Both provision incentives on employee performance is t arithmetic (6.081)> t table (2,004), meaning that incentives have a significant effect on employee performance. Result of F test count (23,417)> F table (3,17), meaning supervisor manager and incentive giving simultant have significant effect to employee performance.Keywords: Manager Control, Incentives, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of career development and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru. Career development as a variable (X1), organizational climate (X2) and job satisfaction (Y). The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative by using program of SPSS 16, where sample used is employees of Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru with respondent counted 56 people. To determine the number of samples used slovin formula, and t sampling technique by sampling and data collection techniques through questionnaires. The results of analysis using validity test, reliability test, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test and f test. So it can be concluded that career development has a significant effect on employee work satisfaction Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru. Climate organization significant effect on employee work satisfaction Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru. Abstract

This research is to detecting the effect of Career Development And Organizational Commitment To Employees Statisfaction Common Parts In The PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru.This research used questionnaire with measurement scale that is Likert scale which analyzed by validity test, reliability test, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis of determination, t test, and f test with the help of using SPSS software ver. 17 for windows. The number population from this research 94 persons with 48 employees which consists of employee leadership and executive employee on PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru as the sample, which calculated by Slovin formula.From the results of tests performed indicate that the career development an organizational commitment has positive and significant impact on employees statisfaction general affair in the PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru. Which is the determination coefficient values shown that the variable of career development and organizational commitment constribute to variable of employees statisfaction by 49.5% while the remaining 50.5% is influenced by other variables outside the model.Keywords : career development, organizational commitment, employees statisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of incentive and work environment on the spirit of work partially and simultaneously. The research method used is descriptive quantitative analysis obtained from the results of questionnaires distributed to 84 respondents to employees of PT UTD Creation Packaging Solutions Batam. Types and data sources using primary data and secondary data, measurement collection techniques using the likert scale. From data analysis that includes validity tests, realibility tests, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis, and significance tests with t (partial) tests, and F (simultaneous) tests. The results of this study showed that the effect of providing incentive on employee spirit of work that is t count (4,262) > t table (1.66320), meaning that the incentive had a significant effect on employee spirit of work. Second, the effect of work environment on employee spirit of work that is t count (4,970) > t table (1.66320), meaning that work environment has significant effect on employee spirit of work. The results of the F test, effect of incentive and work environment on the spirit of work is F count (57,423) > F table (3,11), means that incentive and work environment simultaneously has significant effect on employee spirit of work. Keywords: Incentive Providing, Work Environment, Work Spirit

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of implementation of work procedures and supervision of the foreman on the performance of employees of production at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei-Buatan. Working procedure as independent variable (X1), Overseer supervision as independent variable (X2). While employee performance as a dependent variable (Y). Method in this research is descriptive and quantitative by using program of SPSS 16, where the sample used is employee of production that is 63 person conducted by census and technique of collecting data through questioner. The results of analysis using the validity test, reliability test, test determination, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test and F test. So it can be concluded that the implementation of work procedures significantly affect the performance of employees of production at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei-Buatan, supervision of the foreman has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the production of PT. Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior is not only do the principal work, but also jobs that are outside the main job. Organizational Citizenship Behavior can be influenced by organizational culture and organizational commitment. This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior nurse the hospital Lancang Kuning Pekanbaru.The method used in this research is descriptive and analytical techniques used are quantitative analysis. The sampling technique used is the census method with a population equal to the number of respondents that amounted to 86 respondents. The data measured with Likert scale. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relations between transformational leadership andnurses’ organizational behavior citizenship (Studies on nurses of RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru).This research method is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 17 program, wherein the samples used are nurses of RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru with respondents as many 76 people. For a sampling technique researchers used census method. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of quality of work life and work motivation to job satisfaction nurse RSUD Petala Bumi Riau Province. The method of this research is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 21 program, where the sample used is non-civil servants with respondents 48 people. For sampling technique used census method. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, observations and interviews. The result of analysis using validity test, reliability test, test of determination, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test and F test so that it can be seen that the variable of quality of work life have a significant effect on nurse job satisfaction, that work motivation significantly influence job satisfaction nurse, and have a significant effect between quality of work life and work motivation to nurse job satisfaction.
