Abstract

ABSTRACT The teacher is one of the most important actors and is the spearhead of education. Teachers are required to provide services according to standards, so that they are expected to produce more qualified human resources. The design in this study uses a quantitative approach with the Causality method. The population used is all teachers of MA Muhammadiyah 1 Pakis Duren Banyuwangi with a total of 33 respondents, using total sampling. Based on the results of statistical test analysis using several tests, such as the F test, the results showed that the F value was 6.442 with a significance level of 0.002 or less than 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that Organizational Culture, Work Motivation and Work Commitment simultaneously affect the performance of MA Muhammadiyah 1 Pakis Duren teachers. Individually, the effect of Organizational Culture, Work Motivation and Work Commitment variables was measured using the t-test with the results that there were: 1) Not significant between the Organizational Culture variables on the Teacher Performance variable, 2) The significant between the Work Motivation variable on the Teacher Performance variable was 0.573, and 3) There is no significant difference between the Performance Commitment variable and the Teacher Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of fashion influencers and E-Commerce on purchase intention through brand attitude in Putri Agata fashion products in Bima. The research employs a quantitative approach with data processed using SPSS and collected through questionnaires and interviews. Validity tests, reliability tests, F-tests, T-tests, determination tests, and path analysis were utilized to analyze the data. The results show that: (1) Fashion influencers significantly influence brand attitude; (2) E-Commerce significantly influences brand attitude; (3) Brand attitude significantly influences consumers' purchase intention; (4) Fashion influencers directly have a significant impact on consumers' purchase intention; (5) E-Commerce also directly has a significant impact on consumers' purchase intention; (6) The indirect influence of fashion influencers on purchase intention through brand attitude demonstrates a smaller contribution compared to its direct effect; (7) The indirect influence of E-Commerce on purchase intention through brand attitude is also smaller than its direct effect. The analysis confirms that the direct influence of fashion influencers and E-Commerce on purchase intention is more dominant than the indirect pathways through brand attitude. These findings suggest that interventions focusing directly on fashion influencers and E-Commerce variables can have a more effective impact on enhancing consumers' purchase intention.

Abstract

Basic education serves as a crucial foundation in shaping an individual's mindset and character. The demographic bonus in Indonesia presents an opportunity for schools to compete as the preferred choice for parents and students. The rapid development of technology and easy access to learning resources encourage schools to reassess their position in the eyes of parents. The phenomenon of school selection has become increasingly complex, influenced by perceptions of educational quality, educational costs, and the school's image within the community. This study aims to analyze the influence of Educational Quality and Educational Costs on School Selection Decisions, with School Image as a mediating variable. This research employs a quantitative method with primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 532 parents of students at SD Citra Bangsa School. Using the Slovin formula, a sample of 229 respondents was obtained. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the Smart PLS 3.0 application. The results show that Educational Quality has a positive and significant effect on School Image and School Selection Decisions. Additionally, Educational Costs have a positive and significant effect on School Image and School Selection Decisions. School Image also has a positive and significant influence on School Selection Decisions. Furthermore, both Educational Quality and Educational Costs have a positive and significant impact on School Selection Decisions through School Image as a mediating variable. These findings highlight the importance of educational quality and educational costs in influencing parents' decisions when choosing schools for their children.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of work climate and work stress on teacher performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The research was conducted at the Strada Budi Luhur School Complex, Bekasi, involving 106 respondents as the population. A quantitative research method was applied, using data analysis with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via the SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that the work climate has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and teacher performance. Work stress has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction but does not significantly influence teacher performance. Job satisfaction also shows no significant effect on teacher performance. Furthermore, the indirect effect test results reveal that the work climate does not influence teacher performance through job satisfaction. Similarly, work stress does not have an indirect effect on teacher performance through job satisfaction. The implications of this study suggest that in the context of value-based educational institutions such as Strada, teacher performance is more influenced by organizational commitment and core values than by job satisfaction levels. This study recommends that schools continue to create a conducive work environment and support teacher welfare while upholding organizational values Keyword: work climate, job satisfaction, teacher performance, work stress.
