Abstract

ABSTRACT The teacher is one of the most important actors and is the spearhead of education. Teachers are required to provide services according to standards, so that they are expected to produce more qualified human resources. The design in this study uses a quantitative approach with the Causality method. The population used is all teachers of MA Muhammadiyah 1 Pakis Duren Banyuwangi with a total of 33 respondents, using total sampling. Based on the results of statistical test analysis using several tests, such as the F test, the results showed that the F value was 6.442 with a significance level of 0.002 or less than 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that Organizational Culture, Work Motivation and Work Commitment simultaneously affect the performance of MA Muhammadiyah 1 Pakis Duren teachers. Individually, the effect of Organizational Culture, Work Motivation and Work Commitment variables was measured using the t-test with the results that there were: 1) Not significant between the Organizational Culture variables on the Teacher Performance variable, 2) The significant between the Work Motivation variable on the Teacher Performance variable was 0.573, and 3) There is no significant difference between the Performance Commitment variable and the Teacher Performance.

Abstract

Businesses need to endure the economic downturn because of the COVID-19 pandemic's effects. The organization must continue to operate through its personnel. When the corona virus is a threat, workers must continue to be motivated to put in more effort. In order to further boost employee engagement, the company's leadership was also put to the test in terms of their ability to influence the workforce. This kind of research uses a survey approach and is quantitative in nature. This study was carried out at the Malang Covid Referral Hospital. Using proportionate stratified random sampling, 100 respondents made up the research sample. The findings indicate that: 1) motivation directly affects employee engagement; 2) motivation directly affects employee performance; 3) leadership directly affects employee engagement; 4) leadership directly affects employee performance; 5) employee engagement directly affects employee performance; 6) motivation directly affects employee performance through employee engagement as an intervening variable; and 7) leadership directly affects employee performance through employee engagement as an intervening variable.Keywords: Employee Engagement, Leadership, Motivation, Performance.

Abstract

Untuk membekali siswa dengan pengetahuan yang dapat mereka manfaatkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari adalah tujuan guru. Guru harus berusaha keras untuk mencapai tujuan ini. Hal yang sama juga terjadi di SMPN 6 Singosari, sekolah yang baru dibuka pada tahun 2017 setelah baru didirikan pada tahun 2012. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMPN 6 Singosari serta pengaruh kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel perantara. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam proses penelitian. Jumlah guru SMPN 6 Singosari yang berjumlah tidak kurang dari 34 orang guru dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Sebagai teknik statistik, analisis jalur digunakan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, yang selanjutnya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru melalui kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja juga memiliki dampak yang besar terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

HINO Service on Site merupakan salah satu layanan after sales yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan HINO dengan menyediakan layanan perawatan dan perbaikan secara langsung terhadap unit HINO milik pelanggan di lokasi pelanggan. Salah satu kunci utama baiknya performa unit adalah dengan maksimalnya kinerja karyawan HINO yang bekerja onsite service di area Lahat mining dan hauling. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja, kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, kompensasi terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja, motivasi terhadap kinerja, motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah metode sensus, jumlah karyawan yang bekerja di area Lahat mining dan hauling saat ini sejumlah 41 responden. Metode analisa menggunakanan analisis jalur dengan SMART PLS. Hasilnya menunjukkan 1) kompensasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja, 2) kompensasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, 3) kompensasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui variabel kepuasan kerja, 4) motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja, 5) motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, 6) motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui variabel kepuasan kerja, dan 7) kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research is to describe the effect of headmaster’s leadership style on teacher’s satisfaction and on teacher’s performance, the effect of school culture on teacher’s satisfaction and on teacher’s performance, the effect of teacher competence on teacher’s satisfaction and on teacher’s performance, the effect of teacher’s satisfaction on teacher’s performance. And also the indirect effect is the effect of headmaster’s leadership style on teacher’s performance through teacher’s satisfaction, the effect of school culture on teacher’s performance through teacher’s satisfaction, and the effect of teacher performance on teacher’s performance through teacher’s satisfaction. The samples are teachers from eleven Private Islamic Junior High School in Malang City. Analysis method is descriptive analysis and Statistic analysis is Partial Least Square technique analysis which using smartPLS 3.0 programme.The result of this research is headmaster’s leadership style influence on teacher’s satisfaction, headmaster’s leadership style do not influence on teacher’s performance, school culture do not influence on teacher’s satisfaction, school culture influence on teacher’s performance, teacher competence influence on teacher’s satisfaction, teacher competence influence on teacher’s performance, teacher’s satisfaction do not influence on teacher’s performance. Teacher’s satisfaction is not be mediate the effect between headmaster’s leadership style, school culture, and teacher competence on teacher’s performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Relationship Marketing, customer satisfaction and promotions on customer loyalty at PT BPRS Mitra Harmoni Malang City. The population in this research were customers of PT BPRS Mitra Harmoni Malang City, with a research sample of 100 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with SPSS for Windows 26.0 statistical analysis. The research results show that relationship marketing, customer satisfaction and promotions have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The research results show that relationship marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. BPRS Mitra Harmoni Malang City, satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty to PT. BPRS Mitra Harmoni Malang City, promotions have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty at PT. BPRS Mitra Harmoni Malang City, and relationship marketing, satisfaction, promotions, influence PT customer loyalty BPRS Mitra Harmoni Malang City.

Abstract

Kesamben Village, Ngajum District, Malang Regency faces serious problems in waste management that have an impact on the environment and public health. This community service program aims to introduce "Smart Trash Bin" technology as an innovative solution in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of waste management in the village. This technology uses automatic sensors that allow people to dispose of garbage without touching the trash can, making it more hygienic and comfortable. Early results show high enthusiasm from the public for this technology, which can be seen from active participation in socialization, training, and question and answer sessions. The application of this technology has also succeeded in improving environmental cleanliness and reducing health risks. However, some challenges such as high implementation costs and difficulties in technology adaptation still need to be overcome through adequate financial support and ongoing training. With collaboration between the government, local communities, and related parties, this program has great potential to become a model in the application of smart technology for sustainable waste management in other regions.

Abstract

Higher education is required to produce graduates with superior research competence to face challenges in the academic and professional world. This study aims to explore innovative teaching strategies in improving the research competence of private university students in the Research Methods course. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design in several private universities in Indonesia. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews with lecturers and students, classroom observations, and analysis of relevant academic documents. The data were analyzed using a thematic approach to identify the patterns and effectiveness of the teaching strategies applied. The results showed that the implementation of project-based learning strategies, flipped classroom, and the use of digital technology such as data analysis software significantly improved students' research competencies. Students showed improvement in their understanding of research methodology, data analysis skills, and skills in preparing and presenting research reports. This study involved 71 students at one of the PTS that was the subject of the research. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of adapting more interactive and technology-based teaching strategies to support students' research competencies.

Abstract

Bisnis ritel atau eceran di Indonesia mengalami perkembangan yang cukup pesat dengan banyak didirikannya toko-toko. Manajemen perusahaan didorong untuk lebih akurat dalam menentukan strategi bisnisnya, tidak hanya itu saja menejemen perusahaan diharapkan dapat memperkokoh serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan, kualitas produk, dan experiential marketing terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, serta membuktikan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan merupakan variabel intervening yang mampu memediasi pengaruh kualitas layanan, kualitas produk, dan experiential marketing. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan Toko Amanah Bangil yang jumlah pastinya tidak diketahui. Adapun sampel sebanyak 102 responden dipilih melalui teknik urposive sampling. Data dikoleksi melalui survei kuisioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: kualitas layanan, kualitas produk, dan experiential marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan tidak terbukti berperan sebagai variabel intervening yang mampu memediasi hubungan kualitas layanan, kualitas produk, dan experiential marketing.

Abstract

Bisnis minimarket saat ini semakin berkembang, yang berarti persaingan antar bisnis tersebut semakin ketat. Sehingga diperlukan usaha untuk perusahaan agar tingkat kepuasan pelanggan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan yang kemudian dapat berlanjut ke loyalitas pelanggan. Posisi Top Brand minimarket tidak terlepas dari loyalitas pelanggan. Loyalitas pelanggan diduga dipengaruhi oleh tampilan produk dan suasana toko melalui kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh display product dan store atmosphere terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, pengaruh display product, store atmosphere, dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, pengaruh display product dan store atmosphere terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan. di Indomaret 2 di Sukorejo Pasuruan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan gerai Indomaret 2 Sukorejo Pasuruan yang belum diketahui secara pasti. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa: display product dan store atmosphere berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, display product tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, store atmosphere dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, display product berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan store atmosphere tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan pada Indomaret 2 Sukorejo Pasuruan.
