Abstract

Indonesia Smart Card is a cash assistance from the government given to students whose parents are less able to finance their education. As a continuation and expansion of the objectives of the Poor Student Assistance (BSM) program. KIP has the goal of increasing access for children aged 6 (six) to 21 (twenty one years). In Primary School 091329 in the recipient of the Smart Indonesia Card faces many problems As students who are entitled to receive assistance actually do not receive. because of that there were protests and demonstrations caused by Kartu Indonesia Pintar which were not on target. The criteria for Indonesian card recipients are smart social protection card holders, parents' income, no vehicles, no dependents, orphans. In its implementation, it certainly has obstacles in deciding who students get the smart Indonesian card. To solve the problem, a weighted Sum Model (WSM) decision support system can overcome this problem. By applying the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) which is relatively easy and fast, it is believed to be able to get the best results. This research can provide information to the school in the recipient of the Indonesia Smart Card (KIP) for the following year. Keywords: SPK, Weighted Sum Model (WSM), Receiver of Smart Indonesia Cards

Abstract

Fertilizer is an ingredient that contains one or more nutrients or nutrients for plants to support the growth and development of plants. Oil palm plantations produce large profits so that many forests and old plantations are converted into oil palm plantations. To produce the best palm oil production, it is recommended that fertilizers have the quality and quantity precisely and quickly so that the target in the development of oil palm can be achieved maximally in its growth process. Many methods can be used to solve problems in the scientific field, one of the methods SPK. Researchers used the MAUT (Multy-Attribute Utility Theory) method in solving the problem of selecting the best fertilizer on oil palm plants based on several criteria that were set. Visual Basic 2010 application is the software used in this study. It is hoped that this research can recommend the best fertilizer used on plantations to maintain the quality of oil palm plants.Keywords : SPK, MAUT, Visual Basic 2010, MADM, Microsoft Access

Abstract

Diarrhea is a condition in which a person defecates in a runny or liquid form and occurs repeatedly. Diarrhea can cause the loss of large amounts of water and substances needed by the body. Diarrhea is one of the health problems in developing countries, especially in Indonesia both in urban and rural areas. Diarrhea morbidity rates around 200-400 occurrences among 1000 residents each year. Thus in Indonesia there can be around 60 million incidents each year, most (70-80%) of these sufferers are children under five years (BALITA). Some patients (1- 2%) will fall into dehydration and if not immediately helped 50-60% of them can die. This group experiences more than one incidence of diarrhea every year. K-Medoids Algorithm Clustering is one of the algorithms used for to group data.Keywords: Data Mining, K-Medoids, Clustering, Diarrhea
