Abstract

Keroncong, Pop, Dangdut, and Hip Pop. Music is basically to entertain and express themselves from feelings of sadness or happiness. Along with the increasing popularity of music, a lot of music lessons were made especially in Pematangsiantar. This makes consumers confused and needs information to decide which music lessons are suitable for their needs. So the author uses a Decision Support System with the Multi-Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method to facilitate decision making. MFEP is a method with emphasis on various factors and criteria that perform the calculation of weighting system where the calculation will be valuable for each factor that affects the decision making of data data to be processed. The MFEP method is also called a scaled score that requires a comparative norm to be interpreted qualitatively and this makes the advantages of the MFEP method. The previous criteria were Criteria Place C1 (C1), Music Facilities Criteria (C2), Price Criteria (C3), Criteria Schedule / time guidance (C4), Employee Service Criteria (C5). By using 4 Alternative Place of Music Les existed memematangsiantar include: Legato Art Center, Era Music Siantar, Grace Music Studio, C and C Music Education. Results of recommendation of Decision Support System in Recommending Place Les Music dipematangsiantar using method MFEP (Multifactor Evaluation Process). Which we write with first rank that is Legato Art Center .  It is expected that this research can help the consumer to get the right recommendation in choosing the place of music lesson in accordance with the cost of music lesson and music quality.Keywords: Decision Support System, Multi-Factor Evaluation Process, ranking, Music

Abstract

Perancangan Sistem Informasi Penjualan Alat Dan Barang Olahraga Pada Toko Ratu Sport Pematangsiantar”. Sistem ini dibuat untuk mengolah data, Pembeli, Karyawan, penjualan, Barang. Sistem ini dibuat menggunakan software Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 dan database SQL Server 2000. Perancangan Sistem Informasi Penjualan ini dibangunn menggunakan metode analisis yaitu mengolah data dengan menggunakan Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relatinship Diagram, dan FlowChart. Metode perancangan proses yang berfokus pada pengembangan model ini dapat menyelesaikan masalah redudansi data, kelambatan pencarian data, dan masalah pengolahan data.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini, penulis mengusulkan metode quantum untuk menggantikan perhitungan klasik pada algoritma Best First Search, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan algoritma BFS dalam mencari solusi terbaik, dengan membuatnya bekerja lebih cepat. Penulis menggantikan setiap informasi yang disimpan dalam bit ke dalam bentuk qubit. Penulis telah melakukan percobaan terhadap 23 solusi dengan 3 qubit. Setelah menerapkan pendekatan qubit ini pada perhitungan BFS klasik maka diperoleh hasil akhir berupa perolehan solusi terbaik dengan percepatan yang signifikan. Dimana perhitungan BFS Klasik melakukan 8 kali perhitungan sementara BFS Quantum melakukannya hanya dengan 1 kali perhitungan saja.

Abstract

Paper ini membahas tentang tinjauan perkembangan komputer pada masa ini yang menuju pada komputer kuantum. Teori informasi dan teori kuantum adalah di antara revolusi konseptual yang paling signifikan abad ke‐20. Pemahaman akan teori‐teori ini menyebabkan kemajuan besar teknologi abad ini. Pada abad ke‐21 ini, kita berharap dapat melihat teori‐teori ini bersatu untuk membentuk sebuah kekuatan yang lebih kuat untuk kemajuan: teori kuantum informasi. Dua gagasan abad ke‐20 yang paling kuat, mekanika kuantum dan ilmu komputer, bersatu ke dalam kumpulan pengetahuan (body of knowledge) yang lebih kuat, melahirkan teknologi dan aplikasi baru dalam berbagai industri yang luas.

Abstract

Prediction is a process for estimating how many needs in the future. This study aims to predict the amount of coal exports according to the country the main goal in driving the pace of economic growth. The role of the agricultural sector in the national economy is very important and strategic. Coal is one of the fossil fuels. The general definition is a sedimentary rock that can burn, formed from organic deposits, mainly the remains of plants and formed through the process of pembatubaraan. The main elements consist of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. Domestic production makes the government continue to implement coal export policies according to the state's main goal in driving the pace of economic growth in Indonesia. By using Artificial Neural Networks and backpropagation algorithms, architectural models will be sought to predict the amount of coal exports according to the state's main goal in driving the pace of economic growth to determine steps to assist the government in exporting coal based on the main destination country. This study uses 12 input variables with 1 target. Using 4 architectural models to test the data to be used for prediction, namely models 12-8-1, 12-16-1, 12-32-1 and 12-64-1. The best architectural model results obtained are 12-16-1 architectural models with 100% truth accuracy, the number of epoch 2602 and MSE is 0.0032. By using this model, predictions of coal exports are in accordance with the main destination countries with 100% accuracy.Keywords: Coal, Exports, predictions, backpropagation, Artificial Neural Networks Prediksi adalah proses untuk memperkirakan berapa banyak kebutuhan di masa depan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi jumlah ekspor batubara menurut negara tujuan utama dalam mendorong laju pertumbuhan ekonomi. Peran sektor pertanian dalam ekonomi nasional sangat penting dan strategis. Batubara adalah salah satu bahan bakar fosil. Definisi umum adalah batuan sedimen yang dapat terbakar, terbentuk dari endapan organik, terutama sisa-sisa tanaman dan terbentuk melalui proses pembatubaraan. Unsur utama terdiri dari karbon, hidrogen, dan oksigen. Produksi dalam negeri membuat pemerintah terus menerapkan kebijakan ekspor batubara sesuai dengan tujuan utama negara dalam mendorong laju pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan Jaringan Saraf Tiruan dan algoritma backpropagation, model arsitektur akan dicari untuk memprediksi jumlah ekspor batubara sesuai dengan tujuan utama negara dalam mendorong laju pertumbuhan ekonomi untuk menentukan langkah-langkah untuk membantu pemerintah dalam mengekspor batubara berdasarkan negara tujuan utama . Penelitian ini menggunakan 12 variabel input dengan 1 target. Menggunakan 4 model arsitektur untuk menguji data yang akan digunakan untuk prediksi, yaitu model 12-8-1, 12-16-1, 12-32-1 dan 12-64-1. Hasil model arsitektur terbaik yang diperoleh adalah model arsitektur 12-16-1 dengan akurasi 100%, jumlah zaman 2602 dan MSE adalah 0,0032. Dengan menggunakan model ini, prediksi ekspor batubara sesuai dengan negara tujuan utama dengan akurasi 100%.Kata kunci: Batubara, Ekspor, prediksi, backpropagation, Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan

Abstract

Population data is information about the existence of someone in a country. The data can be accepted as validity through management in one of the government agencies. The issue of security and confidentiality of the data is something that is very important because it concerns the identity of a person, in order to avoid theft and manipulation of data it is necessary to apply a data security system. Cryptography is the study of mathematical techniques related to aspects of data and information security such as data validity, integrity, and data authentication. The Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) is one method used in data / information safeguards. The implementation of the AES algorithm in securing population data of the Population and Civil Registration Service shows that the method can produce messages that cannot be read or understood by humans (encryption) and produce the same message as the initial plaintext that was imputed (decryption)

Abstract

Home improvement assistance is a government program for disadvantaged people. Home improvement assistance program is one of the government's efforts as a form of concern related to the condition of the homes of underprivileged communities. Therefore the purpose of this study is to determine the recipient of housing improvement assistance in the West Siantar Subdistrict as a reference material for the Office of Spatial Planning and Settlements (Tarukim) of Pematangsiantar city in providing housing repair assistance to be on target. The DSS method used in this study is the Elimination Et Choix Traduisant La Realita (ELECTRE) method. The alternative data samples used were 5, which were obtained from the Pematangsiantar Tarukim Office. This study also uses 5 criteria, including: roof material conditions, floor conditions, wall conditions, Work and Bathroom ownership. Based on calculations, Alternative 2 (A002) on behalf of Mr. Wariman was chosen as the best. Therefore, Mr. Wariman's family home is a community that is entitled to receive housing repair assistance in the West Siantar sub-district

Abstract

Almond milk is a plant-based milk drink made from almonds. Almond juice has a paler color and a thicker texture than regular milk. As for the benefits of almond milk in the world of health, namely to increase breast milk production, prevent high blood pressure, strengthen immunity, protect bone health, maintain baby's heart health, prevent free radicals, facilitate digestion, make skin bright after childbirth. Data mining is part of the Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) process stage. Therefore, the authors provide a classification solution in Data Mining is done using the Algorithm C4.5. With the Algorithm C4.5 you will get a Decision Tree that is easy to understand and easy to understand. Thus, it can help the owner determine the almond milk production plan that is most in demand and without worrying about excess goods or shortages of ingredients.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the number of people who are smoking the age of 15 years by applying Data Mining. The application uses the K-means algorithm where the data entered is the percentage of smoking. Using this method the data obtained can be grouped into 2 klasters. This research uses secondary data that is obtained from intermediate media that is recorded on the site of the Central Statistics website with the URL address https://www.bps.go.id/. The results gained in this study are grouping the number of smoking percentages that are grouped by as many as 2 klasters is klaster 1 (highest klaster) to get results 22 provinces and klaster 2 (lowest klaster) get 12 provinces.
