Abstract

Social distancing is a policy taken as a form of minimizing and suppressing the spread of Covid-19 which is increasing from time to time. The purpose of this study was to describe people's perceptions and experiences about social distancing during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach which was presented in a descriptive form. The location of this research was in Central Java Province. The method of data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews. The results showed that the respondents knew about social distancing well. Some respondents have applied social distancing in their daily lives. Information obtained on the behavior of sorting and choosing social distancing when in certain conditions and situations. Social distancing is applied when in public places and when meeting with strangers while when meeting with the closest people, social distancing is rarely applied. There was an attitude that appears when respondents meet perpetrators of social distancing policy violators, including letting them know, reprimand, advise, and set a good example. Most of the respondents have good knowledge of social distancing. The implementation of social distancing has been carried out in their daily lives, although it has not been comprehensive.

Abstract

Abstrak Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Ketenagakerjaan mencatat, tahun 2020 terjadi 177.000 kasus kecelakaan kerja. Sepanjang Januari hingga September 2021, terdapat 82.000 kasus. Kasus kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi di perusahaan pada bulan Januari hingga Agustus 2022 sebanyak 7 kasus, 2 kasus yang terjadi pada 2022 disebabkan karena karyawan kurang fokus saat bekerja dan penggunaan APD yang tidak lengkap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi, persepsi manfaat, dan persepsi hambatan dengan praktik penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang dilaksanakan pada bulan september 2022. Analisis univariat disajikan dalam tabel distribusi frekuensi dan analisis bivariat untuk meyelidiki hubungan yang terjadi antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat dengan menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil uji chi square motivasi dengan praktik penggunaan APD (p <0,001), persepsi manfaat dengan praktik penggunaan APD (p= 0,035), persepsi hambatan dengan praktik penggunaan APD (p= 0,007). Kesimpulannya adalah ada hubungan antara motivasi, persepsi manfaat dan persepsi hambatan dengan praktik penggunaan APD. Kata kunci: Motivasi, persepsi, praktik, alat pelindung diri. Abstract The Employment Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS) noted that in 2020 there were 177,000 work accident cases. From January to September 2021, there were 82,000 cases. Cases of work accidents that occurred at company in January to August 2022 there were 7 cases, 2 cases that occurred in 2022 were caused by employees not being focused at work and using incomplete PPE. The purpose of this study to determine the association between motivation, perceived benefits, and perceived barriers to the practice of using Personal Protective Equipment. The type of research used was an analytic observational study with a cross-sectional which was carried out in September 2022. Univariate is presented in the frequency distribution table and bivariate analysis to investigate the relationship that occurs between the independent variables and the dependent variable using the chi square. The results of the chi square test were motivation with the practice of using PPE (p <0,001), perceived benefits with the practice of using PPE (p= 0.035), perceived barriers with the practice of using PPE (p= 0.007). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between motivation, perceived benefits and perceived barriers to the practice of using PPE. Abstract

Human Immunodeficiency Virus/Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome or commonly known as HIV/AIDS is a disease that is still a problem in many countries, including Indonesia. HIV AIDS cases in Indonesia continue to increase from year to year. HIV cases in Indonesia reached its peak in 2019, which was 50,282 cases. This study aimed to determine the effect of social determinants of health according to healthy people on the incidence of HIV/AIDS in Indonesia. The study design in this study uses a literature review to examine knowledge, ideas, or findings in academic-oriented literature. The type of data used is secondary data, namely data from journal articles, and literature reviews about HIV/AIDS. This research was conducted in November 2021. Based on the analysis of the articles collected, according to healthy people, there are several variables that influence the incidence of HIV/AIDS in Indonesia. In Economic Factors there are variables of employment and poverty that affect, on the determinants of education there are variables of early childhood education and development, enrollment in higher education, secondary school education, and literacy. Meanwhile, on the determinants of neighbors and the environment there are variables of crime and violence as well as variables of environmental conditions, and on the determinants of health and health services there are variables of access to health services that affect the incidence of HIV/AIDS.
