Abstract

The hall is a place used to hold events with a large space. Hall reservations are made by contacting the manager directly or coming directly to the hall building. This research aims to build a hall reservation management system and make it easier for tenants to make reservations online. The research was conducted using descriptive statistical methods with the Rational Unified Process (RUP) as a system development framework. White box and black box testing are alpha system testing. ISO 9241-11 standard and heuristic evaluation as system beta testing. White box testing begins with creating a flow graph, calculating cyclomatic complexity, and determining independent paths. While the black box starts by determining the test case and expected results, the actual results will be obtained. The results of measuring the usability level with ISO 9241-11 obtained an effectiveness level value of 100%, an efficiency level value of 100% with a total time of about 594 seconds, and a user satisfaction level value of 73 with a good category, grade B scale, acceptable description and passive NPS. The results of the heuristic evaluation obtained that there are still problems with the system, and each problem has a different problem severity rating.

Abstract

The hospital is the only one who handles the patients. Professional and qualified doctors can improve the quality of health services in a health institution. The problem is the existence of subjective assessments between doctors assessed with the appraiser, so that doctors who really deserve the predicate as the best doctor is often not chosen as the best doctor And the absence of information systems that can be used to determine the performance of each physician. The purpose of this research is to create a decision support system for the best performance determination doctor at the Berkah Jaya Medika Indramayu Clinic. The methods used in this acceptance decision support system use the method of Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP) and Technique for others reference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS). The results of this research is a Web application support system that is based on the decision to provide results in the form of each physician

Abstract

The development of IoT-based smoke detectors using NodeMcu ESP8266 and smoke sensors has achieved satisfactory results. This tool has succeeded in providing an effective solution as a responsive early detection of fire. The implementation of remote monitoring through the website allows access to smoke detection information from far-flung locations, providing flexibility and affordability in security surveillance. NodeMcu ESP8266 as an IoT platform proved to be the right choice, bringing the ease of connectivity of tools with the internet. The device's quick response to the presence of smoke at various sensor distances confirms its reliability in detecting potential fires. The success of this research highlights the great potential of IoT technology in improving the level of security, especially in detecting fire threats efficiently. With tested and responsive tools, further implementation and development of functionality can be explored. Overall, the development of smoke detectors promises to make a positive contribution to the understanding and application of IoT technology in the context of public security and safety. Keywords: IoT-Based Smoke Detectors, NodeMcu ESP8266, Remote Monitoring, Fire Early Warning Systems, Sensor Technology. ABSTRAKPengembangan alat pendeteksi asap berbasis IoT menggunakan NodeMcu ESP8266 dan sensor asap telah mencapai hasil yang memuaskan. Alat ini berhasil memberikan solusi efektif sebagai pendeteksi dini kebakaran yang responsif. Implementasi monitoring jarak jauh melalui website memungkinkan akses informasi deteksi asap dari lokasi yang berjauhan, memberikan fleksibilitas dan keterjangkauan dalam pengawasan keamanan. NodeMcu ESP8266 sebagai platform IoT terbukti menjadi pilihan yang tepat, menghadirkan kemudahan konektivitas alat dengan internet. Respons cepat alat terhadap keberadaan asap pada berbagai jarak sensor menegaskan kehandalannya dalam mendeteksi potensi kebakaran. Kesuksesan penelitian ini menyoroti potensi besar teknologi IoT dalam meningkatkan tingkat keamanan, khususnya dalam mendeteksi ancaman kebakaran secara efisien. Dengan alat yang teruji dan responsif, implementasi lebih lanjut dan pengembangan fungsionalitas dapat diexplorasi. Secara keseluruhan, pengembangan alat pendeteksi asap ini menjanjikan kontribusi positif terhadap pemahaman dan penerapan teknologi IoT dalam konteks keamanan dan keselamatan masyarakat.
