Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become an essential element in attracting prospective employees in the modern era. This study aims to understand how CSR practices influence the decisions of job candidates in selecting an organization as a place of work. The results show that strong CSR programs can significantly contribute to enhancing the organization's reputation, especially in the eyes of individuals whose values align with the company's social vision. CSR is seen not only as a marketing tool but also as a tangible expression of the organization's commitment to social and environmental sustainability. These findings suggest that prospective employees are more attracted to companies that demonstrate consistent and relevant social responsibility. Therefore, this study offers valuable insights for organizations in designing effective CSR strategies to strengthen their appeal in the labor market. With the increasing awareness of the importance of sustainability, CSR can serve as a strategic tool to attract top talent while building stronger relationships with potential employees. This research uses a literature study method by analyzing various relevant scholarly references to explore the role of CSR as an organizational attraction and the company's reputation in the eyes of prospective employees. The findings indicate that good CSR policies can enhance the company's image as an ethical, attractive, and sustainability-oriented organization. Abstract

The issue of mental disorders in Indonesia continues to rise, with more than 19 million people experiencing emotional mental disorders. Yayasan Jamrud Biru in Bekasi plays a significant role in providing rehabilitation services for People with Mental Disorders (ODGJ); however, the foundation's performance is influenced by internal and external factors. This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and work discipline on the performance of the foundation's employees in delivering optimal services. Using a qualitative approach and case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document studies, then analyzed using NVivo software. The results show that competence and work discipline have a significant relationship with performance. The foundation's performance is supported by a reciprocal relationship between competence and the rehabilitation process, resource support, ongoing evaluation, and collaboration with other institutions. However, financial resource limitations and lack of family support pose challenges that must be addressed to improve the quality of rehabilitation services.

Abstract

The Effect of Job Stress and Organizational Culture on Employee abilty at the PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya (Perseroda). This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of job stress and the effect of organizational culture on the at the Gowa Regency Regional Financial Management PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya (Perseroda). Data collection used primary data obtained from questionnaires and documentation from 50 respondents, employees of the Regional Financial PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya (Perseroda.This sample is a saturated sample which makes the total population the total sample size. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability, and classical assumptions in the form of normality, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity assumptions have also been tested. . The sampling technique used in this research is Nonrandom Sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression and based on the results of the analysis it is concluded that there is a partial positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee performance with a tcount of 2.724 and a ttable of 1.993 or 2.724 > 1.993 and a significance of 0.008 < 0.05. There is a partial positive and significant influence of work stress on employee performance with a tcount of 8.140 and a ttable of 1.993 or 8.140 > 1.993 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline and work stress simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Nitto Materials Indonesia, this is shown by the F test which can get an F value of 79.761 with a significance of 0.000 or 79.761 > 3.12, a significant 0.000 < 0.05. The magnitude of the influence of discipline and work stress can be seen by the coefficient of determination. The customized R square value obtained is 0.680.

Abstract

Many companies are trying to improve the quality of their activities to maintain their competitiveness in the market and attract the attention of consumers. Company success can only be achieved with effective management. Therefore, it is necessary to choose the right strategic actions to maintain dominance and position in the market. This research analyzes the influence of capital structure, company size and company risk on company costs at PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya (Perseroda). Quantitative methods have been used with 50 respondents using a Likert scale (1-5) and methods. The research results show that the three financial indicators have different influences on company value. In particular, the results of this study show that all independent variables in this study have a significant effect on company value simultaneously. Capital structure has a small positive influence on company value, while company size has a large positive influence on company value and company risk has a small positive influence on company value. Companies need to pay attention to capital structure, company size and company risk.

Abstract

This research is about organizational climate, supervision, and competence claims that can improve employee performance at the Pondok Cina Subdistrict Office, Depok City. The goal of this research is to analyze and evaluate how much influence organizational, supervision, and competence claims have on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. Population and sample of this study were 50 workers. The independent variables in this research are Organizational Climate (X1), Supervision (X2), and Competence (X3) while the dependent variable is Employee Performance (Y). Data analysis in this study used SPSS Version 25. Based on this research, the t test of the influence of Organizational Climate (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) has a magnitude of 0.251 or 25.1%. Then the influence of Supervision (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) with the magnitude of the influence being 0.224 or 22.4%. Furthermore, the influence of Employee Competency (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) with the magnitude of the influence is 0.285 or 28.5%. Meanwhile, Organizational Climate (X1), Supervision (X2), and Competency (X3) simultaneously on Employee Performance (Y) is 0.414 or 41.4%.
