Abstract

This article discusses performance management in sharia banks related to human resources. The method used is descriptive in providing a comprehensive explanation based on factual data. Performance management in sharia banks should be applied based on the characteristics of human resources by sharia. The characteristics of the human resources required by sharia banks are different from conventional banks. Human resources in sharia banks should have different performance indicators to conventional banks. Performance indicators serve as a guide in the process of implementing sustainability performance as an effort of sharia banking in the banking industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

This article discusses the development of competence in achieving organizational goals. This research discusses how the competence development of human resources in achieving the organizations motto, that is Career Ready Proffesional in Tanri Abeng University. This research objective is to analyze the organizations role in developing the human resource competencies in achieving organizational goals. The method used is descriptive. This research compared the theories related to the topic of research with applications that have been carried out and reinforced by previous studies. The results showed that development of human resource competencies needs to be done in achieving organizational goals. Organizational development and change must be done simultaneously and measured the results within a certain time. Both processes require competencies that are required by all members of the organization. Increased competence can be done by providing the process of knowledge transfer between members of the organization. The key of success is the commitment and communication.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on company profitability. The dependent variable are Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE). The independent variable are Good Corporate Governance (GCG) represented by the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, and the Audit Committee. This study uses secondary data from audited financial statements of Real Estate and Property companies in 2013-2017. The analytical tool used in this study uses panel data regression. Based on the results of the study it is known that the Board of Directors and Audit Committee variables have a significant positive effect on ROA and ROE. The Board of Commissioners variable has no influence and negative relationship to ROA and ROE.

Abstract

This research analyzes about the influence of financial performance ratio to profitability of Rural Bank of Sharia in Indonesia. Financial performance ratio variables are proxied by the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), and Operating Income Operating Expenses (BOPO). Profitability ratio is proxied with Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity). The method used is Lin-Log Logarithm Transformation on Multiple Regression model. The results explain that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) ratio has no effect and the direction of negative moving relation to ROA and ROE. Non Performing Financing (NPF) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) ratios have a negative moving influence and direction towards ROA and ROE. Operating Expense and Operating Revenue Ratios have a significant influence. Direction of negative moving relation to Return on Assets (ROA) and positive to Return on Equity (ROE). This study found that the profitability of Sharia Rural Banks in Indonesia (BPRS) is influenced by the level of problem financing, proper allocation of financing, and the balance of operational efficiency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Financial Performance Ratio on the value of non-financial BUMN companies that are publicly listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used are financial statements for 5 years starting from January 2012 to December 2016. This research is included in the association research which is to find out the effect of the independent variables on firm value. This research based on the results of testing the hypothesis partially on the T-Test, shows that Return On Assets (ROA) and Earning Per Share (EPS), affect the value of the company, while the Debt to equity ratio (DER) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) do not affect the value of the company. The results of the research in testing the hypothesis simultaneously on the F-Test show that the independent variables influence the value of the company.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence consumer satisfaction on Go-Pay as a mobile payment application. The population of this research was all Gojek application users who use Go-Pay as mobile payment in South Jakarta. This research used primary data sourced from the questionnaire distributed to 150 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that four independent variables, i.e., price, trust, lifestyle, and benefit have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction of Go-Pay application. However, convenience has no significant influence on consumer satisfaction of Go-Pay. Keywords: consumer satisfaction, Go-pay, lifestyle

Abstract

This study analyzes the canvas business model application for the needs of Loud Wise's marketing strategy. The research problem found that Loud Wise must maintain the existence of products with intense business competition. The canvas business model element, combined with the marketing mix mapping, was able to map the problem and recommended marketing strategies according to product needs. The recommendations given are increasing product promotion and giving new prices to consumers. The recommendation process through marketing analysis was using the SWOT Analysis approach. Companies must prioritize handmade-based production and increase product promotion to consumers. The use of social media must be used massively so that the increase in market growth is in line with the company's business targets.

Abstract

Research aims: This research aims to have a better understanding of relationship between EO and firm performance, a critical review of multidimensional approach to EO-firm performance is conducted in this paper.Design/Methodology/Approach: This is a qualitative research method which follow rigor of literature review and matrix review process from the selected papers. This paper aims to synthesize, evaluate the review, and then represent the dimension of EO on firm performance from multidimensional approach.Research findings: This study advances integrative framework to represent EO dimensions which explicates some pathways for entrepreneurs to implement EO on their business organization, else, in order to elevate sustainable growth. Also, this study concludes the most effective EO recipes for firm performance.Theoretical contribution/ Originality: This study does not only discuss the importance of EO in firm performance but also describe on how firms able to attain best performance in uncertain condition. The author stated innovativeness and competitive aggressiveness as the best EO recipes for enhancing firm performance.Practitioner/Policy implication: This study gives beneficial information to entrepreneurs about EO dimensions for enhancing firm performance.Research limitation/Implication: The study is limited to ten selected papers that confirms the application of EO dimensions on firm performance. Future research should explore more factors that explain EO-Firm relationship

Abstract

Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dalam rangka memberikan berbagi pengetahuan tentang perencanaan karir dan suksesi bagi dunia bisnis. Acara dilaksanakan dalam bentuk webinar yang dilaksanakan oleh SDM Cendekia. Peserta berjumlah 50 orang yang dihadiri oleh pelaku bisnis baik dari sektor swasta dan UMKM. Materi yang diberikan berupa konseptual dan praktik untuk membuat system karir yang sesuai dengan proses bisnis perusahaan. Perencanaan karir dan suksesi harus dibuat untuk keberlanjutan organisasi. Semangat perubahan dan kontribusi produktivitas menjadi pondasi awal yang harus diberikan kepada pelaku bisnis. Evaluasi webinar diilustrasikan dalam bentuk grafik sesuai dengan komponen pertanyaan yang diberikan kepada peserta pelatihan. Perencanaan karir dan suksesi harus dibuat sedini mungkin untuk melakukan regenerasi kepemimpinan dan meretensi karyawan terbaik dalam jangka panjang. Hasil dari pelatihan ini diberikan dalam bentuk kuesioner online kepada peserta. Semua materi yang disampaikan oleh narasumber sesuai dengan topik webinar. Peserta mendapatkan perspektik baru terkait fungsi strategis dari sebuah perencanaan karir dan suksesi bagi karyawan. Akhir dari acara memberikan tanya jawab dan diskusi disertai konsultasi kepada pelaku bisnis tentang perencanaan karir dan suksesi untuk kebutuhan bisnis serta pengembangan sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyzed employee engagement and job satisfaction with workforce agility through talent management as a mediating variable. The object of research was carried out at one of the public transportation companies. The number of respondents was 100 people. This research is purposive because it is following the research needs. The analysis tool uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. It aims to analyze specifically the variables and indicators that affect workforce agility. The results showed that employee engagement and job satisfaction had a positive effect on workforce agility. The role of talent management as a mediating variable affects workforce agility. Organizations must maximize the role of talent management to prepare employee competencies according to business challenges. The implementation of employee engagement and job satisfaction will make employees more agile, responsive, and have high initiatives to generate business innovation. Job satisfaction is very much needed in maintaining performance stability. The business process is very dependent on how the role and involvement of employees in executing the business plan. The four variables explain that workforce agility makes employee responsiveness higher in advancing the company's business. Therefore, organizations must be responsive and adaptive in empowering human resources optimally
