This study aims to determine the optimal quantity of wheat flour as raw material purchased and the total amount of Inventory Costs of wheat flour at Perusahaan Mie Tenaga Muda by comparing two methods at once, namely by using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method and the Just In Time method (JIT). The type of research method used is a descriptive study with quantitative approach. The source of data in this study is a primary data, which obtained directly from interviews and documents from the company. The data analysis used in this study is using EOQ and JIT methods. The results of this study prove that by applying the JIT method there is a greater difference in savings compared to the EOQ method. In a comparison of these two methods, the results show that the JIT method has greater amount in saving of Inventory Costs for 5 years in 2015 - 2019, respectively Rp. 2,311,558.9; Rp. 2,491,383.59; Rp. 2,669,765.48; Rp. 3,040,025.75; Rp. 3,612,489.78. Based on the results of study, it is advisable for Perusahaan Mie Tenaga Muda to apply the JIT method in order to minimize the inventory costs.Keywords: Raw Material Inventory, Total Inventory Cost, Economic Order Quantity, Just In Time.

The Central Statistics Agency of Riau Province is one of the representativeinstitutions of the Central Statistics Agency in the regions which has the maintask of providing basic statistical data in accordance with the provisions ofapplicable laws and regulations. This research was conducted at the CentralBureau of Statistics Jalan Patimurra No. 12 Pekanbaru, Riau. The purpose of thisstudy was to determine the effect of competence, work discipline and training onemployee performance. This type of research is quantitative. The population inthis study were 82 employees of the Central Statistics Agency of Riau province.The sample in this study was the entire population, amounting to 82 people. Thesampling method used in this study is non-probability sampling. This study usesmultiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23. The results of this studyindicate that competence has a positive and significant effect on performance,work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance, and thetraining variable has a positive and significant effect on performance. Meanwhile,simultaneously the variables of competence, work discipline and training have apositive and significant effect on employee performance. The company is a management function and a collection of people involved in anactivity to achieve a predetermined goal. In practice, companies need resources tocarry out business activities. One of the resources needed to manage the businessactivities of a company is human resources (HR). Human resources have a veryimportant role because without this element the company will not be able to achievethe goals that have been set. Work productivity will be very important in improvingcompany performance, this is because work productivity is a measure of the qualityand quantity of a workforce in a unit of time to achieve results. or work performanceeffectively and efficiently with the resources used. This study aims to see anddetermine the direct effect of 5S implementation on work productivity. Thepopulation in this study were all employees at PT. Ekaputra Prada Indonesia inPekanbaru totaling 45 people, using Multiple Linear Regression. In this study, thesampling method used the Census Technique, which is a sampling technique inwhich the entire population is selected to be a member of the sample so that thesample becomes 45 respondents. The results in this study Seiri, Seiton, Seiso,Seiketsu and Shitsuke have a significant effect on Work Productivity. With themaintenance of space and better organization of the workplace, it will be able toincrease company profits and also enable companies to show potential strengthsand abilities so that the implementation of 5S will provide an increase in workproductivity.
