Abstract

The start of national financial development gives the government a centre on taking care of the economy similarly in both country and urban regions. In developing countries, there are many problems that are often found, one of which is inequality in the distribution of income with rural and urban income for each person. The approach utilized in this inquiry is subjective with a descriptive analysis. The examination method utilized could be a writing look and case examination related to the substance of breaking even with the dissemination of national wage calculate the Gini ratio for each region and then involves calculating the amount required to calculate the Gini coefficient, which involves the cumulative proportion of the population and the proportion of income received by that group and the green economy concept. This consideration demonstrates seven vital steps in a green economy utilizing macro-regional financial markers, specifically veritable to observing national wage dissemination. Abstract

The role of the government as a public servant has been enshrined in Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 2014 Tentang Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) in chapter 10, which states that ASN function as public servants. The essence of the sound of this chapter interprets the state civil apparatus as a position occupied to carry out duties and functions as a public service whose benefits can be felt directly by the community. The relationship obtained from the concept of new public management, which adopts the role of private sector services into Government Agencies with improving the quality of public services, describes a core problem that is essential to be discussed in the current era of uncertainty. This paper aims to obtain an overview of the implementation of New Public Management in all Government Agencies by considering the characteristics of each Government Agency at the Central and Regional levels to increase Bureaucratic Reforms oriented to the Public Service sector. This study uses a qualitative approach through descriptive analysis methods based on literature studies obtained and then used as material for analysis in designing the implementation of new public management in improving bureaucratic reform in the public service sector. The results of this study show that there are six aspects of implementing new public management to improve public service reform, including making service contracts, developing customer satisfaction surveys, optimizing the implementation of E-government in public service management, implementing service quality management systems, performance-based remuneration systems, and establish public-private partnerships.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan pengujian secara sistematis Pengaruh Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Keinginan Berpindah karyawan PT Panin Bank Tbk di Jakarta. Sampel yang digunakan adalah karyawan PT. Panin Bank Tbk yang ada di Jakarta dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 80 orang. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini menguji 4 variabel yaitu Kompensasi (X1), Lingkungan Kerja (X2), dan Kepuasan Kerja (X3) sebagai variabel bebas dan Keinginan Berpindah (Y) sebagai variabel terikat. Pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh dengan koefisien regresi sebesar -0,300 (negatif dan signifikan) terhadap keinginan berpindah. Lingkungan kerja juga berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar -0.214 terhadap keinginan berpindah. Selanjutnya, kepuasan kerja juga mempunyai pengaruh negatif secara signifikan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar -0.188 terhadap keinginan berpindah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain strategic steps for business actors in limiting the sale of unit-linked products based on the latest regulations through the factor analysis method. The methodology used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The literacy sources used come from primary data, namely literature reviews, mass media and applicable laws and regulations as well as secondary data on the Statement Of Financial Position from the Financial Services Authority to be further studied in measuring the parameters of the analysis of policy recommendations needed next. The results of the study show that the high level of risk in marketing unit-linked products with the PAYDI system is still limited by the placement of investment funds that are medium risk, insurance sector business actors can provide recommendations on the placement of funds made by customers based on the quality of the investment manager's portfolio and investment categories that are not based on high risk. Fixed unit link products provide an appropriate margin for business actors through periodic top up administration fees. The element of protection from cash value remains the basis of the priority of this unit link marketing.
