Abstract

This research was conducted on graduates of Serelo Lahat University post-covid'19 from 2020 to 2022. The aim was to determine the Influence of Locus of Control and Parental Support individually on the Quality of Serelo Lahat University graduates, and to determine the Influence of Locus of Control and Parental Support together on the Quality of Serelo Lahat University graduates. The research design employed was Associative/Quantitative. From the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that the Locus of Control variable (X₁) had a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a positive and significant influence on Graduate Quality. However, the Parental Support variable (X₂) had a non-significant value of 0.845 > 0.05, indicating no positive and significant influence on Graduate Quality. Furthermore, the results of hypothesis testing showed that both Locus of Control (X₁) and Parental Support (X₂) together had a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that they jointly significantly influence Graduate Quality (Y).

Abstract

The purposeof this research is to know the influence of working rotation and motivation to employee performance in Division of SBU Perkapalan PT Pusri Palembang. The respondents are the whole permanent employee which is 75 people. The whole populations are used as sample with census technique. Data collection tool used by questioner and analysis method used is double linear regression with the help program SPSS 17.0.According double linear regression test obtained Y= 0,746 +0,639X1+0,348X2can be explained that working rotation and motivation have positive coefficient and significant to employee performance. From determination coefficient test obtained Rsquare (R2) value 0,993 (99,3%) which means the influence of working rotation and motivation to the employee performance are very closely.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how the influence of job promotions on work motivation, how the influence of mutations on work motivation, and how the influence of job promotions and mutations on employee motivation in HR Division of PT Sriwidjaja Palembang Fertilizer. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires online to employees in HR Division of PT Sriwidjaja Palembang Fertilizer. The questionnaire contains of 45 (fourty five) statements, where each variable consists of 15 (fifteen) statements. The number of samples in this study were 50 respondents. The data used primary and secondary data. After the data obtained, an analysis was carried out using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The analytical tool used SPSS version 23. The results of this research were the promotion has a significant effect on employee motivation. This was illustrated by the rejection of H1 and the acceptance of Ho and a significant value of X1 of 0.014 <0.05, which meant that promotion of position (X1) significantly influenced work motivation (Y). In addition, the results also obtained that mutations has a significant effect on employee work motivation. This was illustrated by rejecting Ho1 and accepting Ho, and a significant X2 value of 0,000 <0.05 meant that mutation (X2) significantly influenced work motivation (Y). The test results showed that the t-count value for mutation variable (X2) was 4.725, while the value of t table with a significant level of 0.05 (5%), and df = n-k- 1 = 50-2-1 = 47 is 2.011. As for simultaneously, promotion (X1) and mutation (X2) significantly influenced work motivation (Y). This could be seen from the results of the F test, which known that a significant value of 0,000, which meant sig. F (0,000) <0.05. This showed that the independent variable has a strong influence on the dependent variable. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination, 0.591 meant that 59.1% of the Promotion variable of Position and Mutation (the independent variable) could be explained by the variable of work motivation (the dependent variable), while the remaining 40.9% was influenced by other factors not included in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of leadership style on employee morale, the influence of the work environment on employee morale, and the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee morale of PT. Sri Aneka Karyatama Palembang. The research sample is all permanent employees of PT. Sri Aneka Karyatama Palembang. The variables of this study are leadership style (X₁ ), work environment (X₂ ), and employee morale (Y). The data used are primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques are questionnaires and documents. The data is analyzed using quantitative analysis and the analysis tool uses SPSS Version 16. The results shows that leadership style variables (X₁ ) and work environment (X₂ ) significantly affected work morale (Y). The magnitude of the effect of independent variables with the dependent variable in this study is indicated by the value of R Square of 45% and Adj. R Square by 41%. Other influences beyond the variables studied or called error (e) are of 55%. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant and positive influence between leadership style and work environment on employee morale at PT. Sri Aneka Karyatama Palembang.

Abstract

Industri pertambangan sangat bergantung pada keandalan alat berat. Permasalahan utama di XXX Group adalah tingginya unplanned downtime akibat strategi perawatan reaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengintegrasikan predictive maintenance menggunakan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) untuk memprediksi kerusakan dan merencanakan peremajaan alat berat. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode Agile dengan enam variabel prediktor: jam operasi, tahun alat, frekuensi perbaikan, jenis kerusakan, kondisi lingkungan, dan status akhir tahun. Hasil pengujian dengan parameter K=5 dan jarak Euclidean menunjukkan sistem mampu mengklasifikasikan kelayakan alat secara akurat. Pada studi kasus unit EXC-026, sistem mendeteksi anomali (3 parameter Kritis, 2 Waspada) dan merekomendasikan "Perlu Peremajaan" dengan probabilitas kerusakan 100% berdasarkan 5 tetangga terdekat. Implementasi ini mentransformasi perawatan di XXX Group menjadi proaktif, meminimalisir biaya tak terduga, dan memberikan landasan presisi untuk keputusan peremajaan aset.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of competence and job placement on employee performance at PTPN VII Tran Senabing Lahat. In the era of globalization and digital transformation, human resources (HR) that are competent and placed in the right position determine the effectiveness and productivity of the organization. This study uses an associative quantitative approach with a population of 69 respondents taken using the census method. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, interviews, and observations, then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 23.0. The results showed that partially competence has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.002. Job placement also has a significant effect partially with a significance value of 0.005. Simultaneously, competence and job placement have a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.388 indicates that 38.8% of variations in employee performance can be explained by competence and job placement.

Abstract

Perkembangan Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya pada proses pembelajaran di era pembelajaran digital yang sangat dekat dengan teknologi digital. Kondisi tersebut menuntut guru untuk mampu beradaptasi dengan penggunaan AI agar proses pembelajaran tetap efektif dan relevan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan adaptasi AI terhadap efektivitas mengajar guru di SMA Negeri 2 Lahat. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 48 guru yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai guru aktif, pernah menggunakan media digital, mengenal AI, dan bersedia mengisi kuesioner. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert 1–5, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan adaptasi AI berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas mengajar guru dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,614. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan adaptasi AI memberikan kontribusi sebesar 61,4% terhadap peningkatan efektivitas mengajar guru. Pelatihan adaptasi AI membantu guru meningkatkan kemampuan dalam menyusun materi pembelajaran, memanfaatkan media digital secara interaktif, serta menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih adaptif sesuai karakteristik siswa di era digital. Dengan demikian, pelatihan adaptasi AI menjadi salah satu strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran pada era perkembangan teknologi pendidikan saat ini
