Abstract

Problems encountered with regard to customer satisfaction on Quuen Star Waterpark is the reduction in visits level over the last 3 years. pricing, is one factor that has been attempted by the company but have not been able to contribute a maximum of customer satisfaction . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of pricing of customer satisfaction on Queen Star Waterpark.The research aims to analyze how the influence of price toward customer satisfaction. Sampling method uses Accidental Sampling Method. Sample of trhe research is 96 Queen star’s customer and then an analysis is performed toward the obtained data by using data analysis quantitatively and qualitatively. Quantitatively analysis includes: validity and realibility test, simple regression analysis and hypothesis test through t, and determination coefficient analysis (R). Qualitative analysis is an interpretation of the obtained data within research andthe result of data processing has been implemented by providing information andexplanation. Data has complied validity, realibility, so that those are resulting regression equation as follows:Y = 4,983+ 0,407 XWhere, Customer Satisfaction (Y), Price variable (X). Hyphothesis test uses t test demonstrates that the three of examined independent variables is proved significantly have a partially effect on dependent variable of Customer Satisfaction. The grade of R Square is 0,177 demonstrates that 17,7% percent of Customer Satisfaction variable can be explained by the three of independent variables within regression equation. While, the remainder is 82,3 percent is explained by other variables outside of those variable other used in the research.Keywords: Price, customer satisfaction

Abstract

AbstractPhytoperiphyton is sessile microscopic organisms that attach on the substrates.          A research aims to determine the type and abundance of phytoperiphyton on plastic substrate has been conducted on July-August 2019. There were three sampling stations, namely S1 (inlet area), S2 (middle of the lake), and S3 (the ends of lake). In each station, there were 2 sampling sites, in the surface (20 cm depth) and in the middle of water column (120 cm depth). The number of plastic substrates (8 x 3 cm2) in each station was 24 pieces.Samplingswere conducted once/week for a three weeks period. The phytoperiphytonwas sampledby brushing8 substrates/ sampling. Water quality parameters measured were temperature, transparency, depth, pH, dissolved oxygen, free carbon dioxide, nitrate and phosphate. Results shown that there were 29 types of phytoperiphyton and they were belonged to 4 classes, Bacillariophyceae (14 species), Chlorophyceae (11 species), Cyanophyceae              (3 species) and Chrysophyceae (1 species). The abundance of phytoperiphyton in the plastic substrates placed in the S1 was 42,000 cells/cm2, in S2 was 29,285cells/cm2 and in S3 was34,195cells/cm2. The water quality parameters were as follows: temperature 29-300C, pH 5, transparency 64.1-71 cm, depth 2.46 – 3.33 m, dissolved oxygen 3.67– 4.90 mg/L, free carbon dioxide 3.45-8.11 mg/L, nitrate 0.026-0.047 mg/L and phosphate 0.035-0.058 mg/L.Water quality data indicate that the water of the PutusLakeis suitable to support the life of phytoperiphyton.Keywords :  Oxbow Lake,Sessile Organism,Bacillariophyceae, Chrysophyceae

Abstract

Pengabdian ini di latar belakangi oleh rendahnya minat belajar dan kesadaran pendidikan di Kp. Tegal Sereh RT.09, RW.03, Desa Caringin Kecamatan Gegerbitung Kabupaten Sukabumi. Berdasarkan pada latar belakang tersebut, pelaksanaan program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan minat belajar pada anak-anak usia Sekolah Dasar pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Kp. Tegal Sereh. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan membentuk Rumah Batutulis sebagai pusat sumber belajar bagi anak-anak. Rumah Batutulis ini berisi tentang belajar membaca, belajar menulis serta berhitung. Hal ini dilakukan karena masih terdapat anak-anak yang malas dalam belajar, sulit membaca, sulit mengenal huruf dan angka, serta kemampuan menulis yang rendah. Hasil pengabdian menunjukan bahwa dengan adanya Rumah Batutulis ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya pendidikan bagi anak-anak, menumbuhkan motivasi anak dalam belajar dan menggapai cita-cita serta meningkatkan minat membaca, berhitung dan menulis pada anak-anak, sertamenghasilkan perubahan yang positif bagi motorik anak-anak, serta mampu meningkatkan minat belajar pada anak-anak. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan program Rumah Batutulis ini, untuk tetap dilaksanakan dan ditingkatkan demi dampak positif yang berkelanjutan di Kp. Tegal Sereh.
