Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh pembelajaran di Sekolah Menengah Pertama dengan menggunakan bantuan Information and Communication Technology (ICT) dan non-ICT terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika siswa. Meta analisis adalah metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Instrumen penelitian berupa data-data yang terdapat dalam artikel penelitian yang terkumpul di Google Scholar selama lima tahun terakhir (2018-2022) di Indonesia. Artikel jurnal diambil dari Google Scholar secara Purposive berdasarkan kesesuaian dengan tema penelitian dan instrumen penelitian berupa pedoman observasi dengan rincian sumber data. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tahapan penetapan tema, pemilihan dan pengumpulan artikel yang sesuai tema, pendataan hasil penelitian dari artikel, terakhir menghitung effect size data hasil penelitian dari setiap artikel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh pembelajaran di Sekolah Menengah Pertama  dengan menggunakan ICT terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika siswa yaitu dengan nilai effect size pada pengaruh pembalajaran di Sekolah Menengah Pertama dengan menggunakan bantuan ICT lebih baik daripada menggunakan bantuan non-ICT . Nilai effect size yang diperoleh adalah  = 0.7478 yang berarti ICT memberikan pengaruh lebih tinggi untuk pemahaman konsep matematika siswa dibandingkan non-ICT.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh penggunaan media desmos graphing calculator dalam pembelajaran fungsi linier dan kuadrat terhadap kemampuan representasi matematis mahasiswa teknik sipil. Metode yang digunakan  kuantitatif dengan jenis quasi eksperimen. Desain dalam penelitian ini nonequivalent control group design. Sedangkan populasinya  seluruh mahasiswa Program Studi Teknik Sipil Universitas Sanggabuana Bandung, dengan mengambil sampel 60 mahasiswa semester 2. Sampel tersebut kemudian dijadikan 2 kelas, yaitu kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji t independent. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan kemampuan representasi matematis mahasiswa yang pembelajarannya dengan memanfaatkan media desmos graphing calculator dibandingkan dengan mahasiswa yang pembelajarannya tidak menggunakan media desmos graphing calculator.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the application of problem-based learning models on students' mathematical problem-solving abilities based on the research results. The method used is a meta-analysis by analyzing the research results in articles published nationally relating to applying problem-based learning models to increase students' problem-solving skills at the high school level. The samples analyzed were thirteen articles from nationally published journals published in the 2015-2020 range at the junior and senior high school levels, which discussed increasing students' mathematical problem-solving abilities. The instrument is a coding sheet or coding data that filters data and journal information. Based on the overall effect size analysis results, it is obtained that the average effect size value is in a large category. The findings from the analysis also prove that the problem-based learning model for mathematical problem-solving abilities is influential and effective in terms of educational level, subject matter and learning media used. The result shows that in this study, the problem-based learning model is more effectively used in improving mathematical problem-solving skills than conventional learning models.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Di Gugus 1 Waru Kecamatan Waru Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara. Pengumpulan data penelitian kuantitatif ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Google form dan disebar kepada 50 Pegawai sebagai responden. Pemrosesan data menggunakan menggunakan program SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka disimpulakan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi berpengaruh berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekolah Dasar di Gugus 1 Waru Kecamatan Waru Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine students’ learning barriers in understanding integral concepts through their thinking processes with the perspective of APOS theory (Action, Process, Object-Scheme). This research applied qualitative research with a case study method. The samples of this research were 19 civil engineering students who had contracted calculus courses and who had been given a written test. The results of the written test were divided into three different categories – they are comprehension ability is high (score ), medium (60  Score <  ) and low (score < 60). Deep   interviews were conducted with three representative students who took the written test and met the criteria    for each group. The results of the interviews showed that students in the high category still had conceptual ontogenic learning obstacle despite passing the APOS path. Students in the moderate category be able to reach the encapsulation stage but they had not been able to de-encapsulate it to the process. They had conceptual and epistemological ontogenical learning obstacles. Whereas the low category students had the tendency to only reach the action stage and had difficulty in doing initial de-encapsulation due to lack of learning experience in the prerequisite materials. The learning obstacles they experienced were psychological and conceptual-ontogenical learning obstacles. Aggregately, the students tended to experience conceptual ontogenic learning obstacle. The result of this study is expected to be used as a basis for designing a hypothetical learning trajectory in future research.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of Interactional Element and Audience Characteristic on Purchase Intention within the context of Shopee Live, while also examining the mediating roles of Perceived Influencer and Consumer attitude. A quantitative approach was employed through a survey conducted among active Shopee Live users in Indonesia. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The findings indicate that Interactional Element has a positive and significant effect on both Perceived Influencer and Purchase Intention. Audience Characteristic significantly influences both Consumer Attitude and Purchase Intention. Additionally, both Perceived Influencer and Consumer Attitude have positive effects on Purchase Intention. Mediation analysis confirms that Perceived Influencer and Consumer Attitude mediate the relationship between Interactional Element and Audience Characteristic with Purchase Intention, respectively. This study contributes theoretically to the understanding of digital interaction and audience alignment in shaping consumer behavior in live commerce. Practically, the results offer insights for developing more interactive and personalized digital marketing strategies for e-commerce businesses.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui learning obstacle mahasiswa calon guru dalam pembelajaran integral tentu. Pentingnya integral dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan menuntut pemahaman yang lebih mendalam dari para guru agar materi ini dapat diajarkan secara efektif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan studi kasus yang difokuskan pada 10 mahasiswa calon guru Matematika di Universitas swasta di bandung, Indonesia, yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Mahasiswa diberikan soal TKR (tes kemampuan responden) sebagai tes kemampuan awal dalam pemahaman konsep integral tentu. Selanjutnya, menggunakan analisis APOS (Aksi, proses, objek dan skema) melalui wawancara In-depth interview diperoleh indikasi learning obstacle dari mahasiswa. Hasil yang diperoleh, siswa mengalami hambatan belajar didaktis, hambatan belajar ontogenik konseptual khususnya materi aljabar sebagai prasyarat pembelajaran integral yang belum dipahami dengan baik dan psikologi dimana siswa mengalami hambatan belajar karena kurangnya rasa percaya diri dalam menyelesaikan masalah perhitungan integral tentu. Learning obstacle yang ditemukan dapat dijadikan dasar dalam membuat desain pembelajaran yang epistemic. This research aims to determine the learning obstacles of prospective teacher students in integral learning of course. The importance of integrals in improving educational quality requires teachers to have a deeper understanding of this topic to teach it effectively. This research is a qualitative research with a case study focused on 10 prospective Mathematics teacher students at a private university in Bandung, Indonesia, who were selected using purposive sampling. Students are given TKR (respondent ability test) questions as an initial ability test in understanding integral concepts of course. Furthermore, using APOS analysis (Action, process, object and scheme) through in-depth interviews, indications of learning obstacles were obtained from students. The results obtained showed that students experienced didactic learning obstacles, conceptual ontogenic learning obstacles, especially algebraic material as a prerequisite for integral learning that has not been well understood, and psychology where students experienced learning obstacles due to a lack of self-confidence in solving definite integral calculation problems. The learning obstacles found can be used as a basis for creating epistemic learning designs

Abstract

In the direction of changes in extensive and standardized sustainability reporting, companies are expected to establish disciplined and credible sustainability reporting and disclosure programs using recognized frameworks such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainability Accounting Standard Board (SASB), CDP, or DJSI. The future of sustainability reporting will involve transparent, clear and detailed reporting on sustainability issues, with a focus on strategy, implementation and performance measurement. The movement towards broader and more standardized sustainability reporting is driven by the need for transparent and meaningful ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) disclosures that drive value for stakeholders and public companies. The research method used in this study is literature examination, which involves collecting literature relevant to the topic, selecting the most related literature, organizing the literature based on topics, concepts, or themes, critical analysis and evaluation, and compiling the results by showing relationships and patterns. emerge from every literature. The results of this study can be used to assist companies in developing effective and credible sustainability reporting and disclosure programs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between social media marketing, attitude, subjective norm, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, behavior intention, and purchase behavior using a correlational approach. The sample population consists of Tiktok and Shoppe application users selected by purposive sampling method. The sample consists of generation Z who have seen live Shoppe and Tiktok, with domicile in Bandung. The Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach to Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used to analyze the collected data. The results showed that social media marketing has a significant positive influence on attitude, subjective norm, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness. Attitude, subjective norm, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness also have a significant positive influence on behavior intention. In the end, behavior intention has a significant positive influence on purchase behavior. In conclusion, social media marketing plays an important role in shaping attitudes, subjective norms, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness that will affect behavior intention and purchase behavior. Companies must take advantage of features available on social media, such as live Shoppe and Tiktok, and provide relevant and interesting content for consumers. In addition, companies must also pay attention to consumer preferences and needs in promoting products or services promoted through social media
