Abstract

Batik Malangan craftsmen SMEs need a presence in the world of business development. The main problems faced by batik SMEs are 1) lack of good management which covers Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling (POAC) as the focus of management implementation within the context of developing Batik Malangan products, 2) lack of entrepreneurial funds, 3) lack of Batik Malangan socialization (marketing), owing to the lack of web and social media presence 4) Not having financial reports, especially reports within the framework of Triple Bottom Lines (Sustainability Report). The possible solutions are in the form of assistance in the preparation of management procedure systems and the establishment of a marketplace specializing in batik products of Malang. The methods used are in the form of mentoring and training on the use of the procedure system, and the application of a web-based marketplace. The results of this community service, with the existence of Batman Ribone standard operating procedure (SOP), which contains a production planning SOP, SME owners have become increasingly aware of the importance of production planning. The existence of this web-based marketplace increased the number of customers by up to 20% and has made it easier for them to access Batik Malangan products.

Abstract

PPSQ Asy-Syadzili as one of the big boarding schools with a total of more than 1,000 students has extraordinary resources if used properly. So far, many resources have not been utilized optimally or are still managed by outsiders. Therefore, this service activity aims to help students take advantage of the internal and external resources and market share of the cottage and make it a place for direct learning how to be a polite and successful entrepreneurship. The concrete steps to be taken are to encourage students to have an entrepreneurial spirit. The business idea taken is a food and beverage business which is the basic needs of the students themselves. Because the activity was carried out during the pandemic, the training was carried out online by uploading tutorial videos on YouTube. The evaluation results after the training showed that participants had a high level of satisfaction, great benefits and the ability of participants to continue the results of the training in starting a business and teaching these skills to other residents. Participants give suggestions so that they can get other training in the future.

Abstract

Yayasan Al Husna merupakan salah satu lembaga atau organisasi sosial dan keagamaan di Kota Malang yang mengayomi anak-anak yatim piatu dan anak-anak yang memiliki kesulitan ekonomi dari berbagai jenjang usia. Para anak asuh yang berada di jenjang Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) dituntut untuk dapat mandiri setelah lulus sekolah. Beberapa pendekatan telah dilakukan terhadap mereka, di antaranya adalah memberikan pelatihan tentang pencarian beasiswa bagi mereka yang hendak melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi dan pelatihan kewirausahaan untuk dapat meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengembangan ide dalam membangun usaha. Tim pelaksana PPM melihat bahwa masih ada satu pilihan yang dapat dilakukan oleh para anak asuh ini selepas lulus sekolah, yaitu mencari pekerjaan. Walaupun pilihan ini mungkin akan menjadi pilihan terakhir yang diambil oleh mereka, namun proses untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan pertama bukanlah hal yang mudah. Oleh sebab itu, tim pelaksana PPM memiliki tujuan untuk membantu para anak asuh ini mempersiapkan diri dalam memperoleh pekerjaan mereka. Tim pelaksana PPM berbagi segala informasi mengenai dunia kerja saat ini, menjelaskan bagaimana caranya mendapatkan informasi lowongan pekerjaan melalui website, dan melakukan simulasi wawancara kerja dengan peserta pelatihan. Hasil dari pelaksanaan PPM ini adalah para peserta pelatihan merasa puas dan mengaku bahwa pengetahuan mereka tentang dunia kerja menjadi bertambah.

Abstract

In the implementation of the teaching and learning process, educators have a number of alternative methods for knowledge transfer. Selected media and methods are used as tools for educators to be able to convey the material correctly, which is coherent, easy to understand, and also clearly conveyed. This study aims to design and conceptualize online learning to support lectures with a project approach. The Blended Method using the Learning Management System (LMS) developed by the State Polytechnic of Malang (Polinema) is integrated with the Project Based Learning (PjBL) approach which is relevant because it take advantage of the online teaching system for students who have native digital skills. Because it is based on digital applications, LMS also makes it easier for students to access all learning content from anywhere and anytime. The Blended Method of LMS and PjBL combines learning methods of exploration, interpretation, and synthesis to produce a product that strives to meet adaptive characteristics with the times. Through qualitative research methods, it is hoped that the results of this study can describe the implementation of the LMS and PjBL blended methods that meet the characteristics of self-contained, stand alone, self-instructional where students can study comprehensive learning resources independently, both with and without lecturer guidance. In addition, user-friendliness is one of the important characteristics that must be met so that learning media must be easy to understand, use, and use as widely as possible. This model does not only focus on value as the end result, but emphasizes how a team can solve the problem and finally produce a product. This approach allows students to gain invaluable experience by actively participating in working on their projects.

Abstract

The Pelangi Nusantara (PELANUSA) social entrepreneur community is a fairly large MSME community with the number of groups reaching 21 groups spread across Java to East Nusa Tenggara. So far, the PELANUSA community has grown tremendously with sales reach both domestically and abroad. However, there are several things that the community wants to continue to develop, one of which is digitalization in the financial sector. Therefore, this service activity aims to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs, especially members of the PELANUSA community, through the use of an Android-based bookkeeping application, namely BukuWarung. Concrete steps that will be taken are introducing simple financial bookkeeping, introducing the BukuWarung, teaching and training members to do bookkeeping through the BukuWarung. The results of the evaluation after the training showed that the training materials were considered to provide solutions to the problems being faced, experienced an increase in independence or skills, and felt satisfaction with the PPM activities that had been carried out.

Abstract

The Community Service Team (PKM) of the Malang State Polytechnic (Polinema) carried out activities on July 3-4, 2024 at Pulotondo Village, Ngunut District, Tulungagung Regency. This was done to assist the Village-Owned Enterprise or often referred to as Bumdes Pulotondo Mulyo in Pulotondo Village, Ngunut District - Tulungagung Regency in compiling its organizational structure. The existence of Pulotondo village through Bumdes Pulotondo Mulyo must receive serious attention. Bumdes is expected to be able to manage assets, service providers, and other businesses to improve the welfare of its people according to Permendesa No. 4 of 2015. All capital for Bumdes Pulotondo Mulyo is obtained through direct participation from separated Village assets. This PKM activity is carried out in several stages, namely during pre-activity, activity implementation and post-activity. Based on the results of the pre-activity, the potential superior businesses owned by Bumdes are catering businesses, livestock/fishery feed distributors, and have a household waste business management plan. Therefore, the design of the Bumdes Management structure must be appropriate. To achieve organizational goals, Bumdes management really needs the support of management functions. The organizational structure of Bumdes Pulotondo Mulyo is not yet effective and stable. The initial steps that have been taken are to prepare the organizational structure and educate the job descriptions of all Bumdes managers. This activity received a positive perception from the Bumdes Pulotondo Mulyo Management. According to Bumdes, the PKM activity is very useful and opens up new insights that are ready to be applied to the Bumdes organization. It is hoped that this assistance can continue to be focused on strengthening the community's economy, increasing information, knowledge and skills, which must be carried out in multiple aspects, both from the aspects of society, social, culture, village government policies and marketing potential for Bumdes Pulotondo Mulyo.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of internal control elements to cash receipts and disbursements at Perumda Tugu Aneka Usaha Malang City. The effectiveness of the internal control system implementation is assessed based on the guidelines of Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 60 of 2008 concerning the Government internal control system which consists of five indicators of SPIP elements. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research using data collection methods in the form of interviews and documentation. Primary data sources were obtained through interviews with research informants, while secondary data were obtained from documents related to the research topic. The results showed that Perumda Tugu Aneka Usaha Malang City has implemented an internal control system over cash receipts and disbursements effectively in accordance with the components contained in PP RI Number 60 of 2008, but in its implementation it was still found that several divisions were handled out by 1 (one) person, which means that there are positions that are carried out by 1 person or called concurrent positions. Authorization has also not been carried out effectively because the Cash Expenditure Treasurer Section still violates the company's SOP rules by issuing money first without waiting for the Payment Request Letter. The results in this study are expected to help company management to immediately complete the company's organizational structure and be more assertive in providing direction to each position function so that it can carry out its authorization in accordance with procedures.

Abstract

This research aims to prepare financial statements based on the Accurate Online application and measure financial performance based on financial ratio standards set by the Regulation of the Minister of State for Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Number 06/Per/M.KUKM/V/2006 at CV Bagus Agriseta Mandiri. This research uses applied methods, namely the preparation of Accurate Online-based financial statements at CV Bagus Agriseta Mandiri and measuring financial performance. The results of the study prove that financial performance based on MSME financial ratio standards shows very good criteria from various components, but the preparation of financial reports is still manual using Microsoft Excel. Companies need to compile financial reports and record transactions using Accurate Online, in order to increase efficiency when recording transactions and financial reporting that are processed automatically.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat adanya kemungkinan terjadinya flypaper effect terhadap Belanja Daerah pada Kabupaten Trenggalek, serta mengetahui Kinerja Keuangan dari Pemerintah Kabupaten Trenggalek dengan analisis rasio kemandirian, rasio efektivitas, rasio keserasian, dan derajat desetralisasi fiskal. Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Data menggunakan data sekunder berupa data runtun waktu (time series) yaitu Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Trenggalek periode tahun 2017-2021 yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis proporsi, statistik deskriptif - Cosstab dan analisis rasio keuangan.. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa selama periode 5 (lima) tahun 2017-2021 hanya memberikan kontribusi selama tahun 2017-2020 sedangkan tahun 2021 presentase konstribusi PAD dan Dau berada dibawah presentase kontribusi rata-rata. Penelitian ini tidak menemukan adanya Flypaper Effec pada pemerintah kabupaten Trenggalek. Analisis Kinerja keuangan Kabupaten Trenggalek dalam kategori masih belum optimal, meskipun dalam pengelolaan Pendapatan Asli Daerah sudah efektif dan efisien, akan tetapi tingkat kemandirian daerah masih rendah. Hal dibuktikan dengan lebih besarnya bantuan dana dari pusat dan provinsi dibandingkan dengan pendapatan asli daerah Kabupaten Trenggalek sendiri. Penggunaan dana juga masih belum berimbang karena sebagian besar dana digunakan untuk belanja operasi daripada belanja modal.
