Abstract

The investment socialization carried out at the Economic Building located at Jalan Muhammadiyah, Lueng Bata District, Banda Aceh City aims to provide knowledge and insight regarding investment. This activity was carried out by the Lecturer Team of the Entrepreneurship Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Muhammadiyah University of Aceh. Training participants demonstrated significant improvements in knowledge and regarding investments. The survey results showed that 80% of participants were interested in starting to invest in both Islamic and conventional shares, which could increase participants' income and increase their insight and utilize opportunities and time more efficiently. The expected output from this community service activity is increasing the insight and knowledge of generation Z, especially teenagers aged <30 years, to avoid fraudulent investments and be able to choose more appropriate investments. Apart from that, this activity aims to encourage them to develop the knowledge gained from academics, the results of this activity will be published in a journal.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to broaden the knowledge about religious tourism in Banda Aceh with the Kelantan Community. communities related to the development of tourist villages, and increase public awareness of the importance of managing tourist villages. The outputs obtained from this community service activity include (1) participants can increase their knowledge and insight about tourism in Banda Aceh City, the importance of managing religious-based tourism in Banda Aceh City from various tourist attractions that are spread out. (2) From the results of the socialization, the Kelantan community will later be able to understand and increase their knowledge about religious tourism in Banda Aceh and about the purpose of the socialization to introduce religious-based tourism in Banda Aceh City and which has tourist attractions and this socialization ended with a question and answer session, several questions were obtained from participants and the community including: (a) What is the role of religious tourism destinations in promoting Islamic culture in Banda Aceh? (b) What are the challenges faced by local business actors in supporting religious tourism? And what is the strategy in managing tourism to be known more widely?Keywords: Religious Tourism, Tourism.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan, motif berprestasi dan kemandirian pribadi terhadap perilaku usaha pedagang roti bakar di kota Banda Aceh. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 73 orang dari seluruh total populasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dan di analisa secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Analisis data untuk melihat pengaruh variabel terikat dengan variabel bebas menggunakan analisis persamaan regresi berganda. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji statistik t-test, dengan bantuan program komputer program SPSS V.20 For Windows, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel x terhadap y. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa hubungan antara faktor pengetahuan kewirausahaan,motif berprestasi dan kemandirian pribadi (X1-X3) dengan perilaku kewirausahaan pedagang roti bakar (Y) dapat diketahui dari harga koefesien korelasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh koefesien korelasi atau R sebesar 0,793. Keberartian dari koefesien korelasi tersebut dapat diuji dengan menggunakan uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t ketiga variabel independent berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kewirausahaan pedagang roti bakar yaitu variabel pengetahuan kewirausahaan (X1) (t = 2,189), motif berprestasi (X2) (t = 2,516) dan kemandirian pribadi (X3) (t = 2,738) dimana nilai thitung dari masing-masing variabel tersebut tersebut lebih besar dari ttabel (1,994).
