Abstract

Structural Equations Modeling (SEM) is a multivariate methods applied to show simultaneous relationship between indicator variables observed directly with latent variables which cannot be observed directly. SEM is a method combining technique or ideas of regression analysis, path analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis. This research axaminies the application of SEM in education that involve continous variables and ordinal variables/category , in this study applied to the two groups in the form of a group of state school students and groups of students from private schools. From the results obtained that socioeconomic factors have a positive impact on student achievement both group 1 and group 2, But this effect is relatively higher in students from state schools compared to students from private schools.Key words: SEM, Varian Covariance Matrices.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of this research is to investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of Adobe Flash-base learning material in Trading Company Accounting to improve the learning achievement of the students of State Vocational High School 1 of Surakarta. This research used the research and development (R&D) method. It employed the procedure of R & D claimed Borg and Gall modified into eight phases, namely: (1) preliminarily research and data collection, (2) planning, (3) development of initial product format, (4) design validation, (5) initial experiment, (6) product revision, (7) field experiment, (8) final product revision. The learning material was validated by three experts, and then it was experimented to 30 students in Grade XI Accounting 2 of State Vocational High School 1 of Surakarta as the experimental class. The research also involved 32 students in Grade XI Accounting 1 of the school as the control class. The data of research during the development were analyzed by using qualitative model of analysis claimed Miles and Huberman; the feasibility of the developed learning material was analyzed by using the score of criteria; and the learning achievement was analyzed by using the t test. The results of research are as follows. Firstly, the developed Adobe Flash-based learning material belongs to the very good category if viewed from the aspects of content feasibility, language, presentation, and graph. Secondly, the developed Adobe Flash-based learning material is effective to improve the learning achievement of the students of State Vocational High School 1 of Surakarta as indicated by the result of the t test = 0.000 which was smaller than 0.05, meaning that there was a significant difference in the average score between the experimental class and the control class. The experimental class has a higher average score improvement than the control class; the average score of the former increased as many as 31.6 points from 59.07 to 90.67, whereas the that of the latter increased as many as 13.66 points from 60.28 to 73.94.Keywords: learning material, Adobe Flash, Adobe Flash-based learning material, learning achievement      ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dan keefektifan bahan ajar berbasis Adobe Flash pada pembelajaran Akuntansi Perusahaan Dagang dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa XI Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D). Penelitian pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis Adobe Flash ini menggunakan prosedur Borg dan Gall yang dimodifikasi menjadi delapan langkah yaitu: 1) penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi awal, 2) perencanaan, 3) pengembangan format produk awal, 4) validasi desain, 5) uji coba awal, 6) revisi produk, 7) uji coba lapangan, dan 8) revisi produk akhir. Bahan ajar divalidasi oleh tiga ahli, selanjutnya diujicobakan kepada 30 siswa kelas XI Akuntansi 2 SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan melibatkan 32 siswa kelas XI Akuntansi 1 SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta sebagai kelas kontrol. Analisis data yang digunakan selama pengembangan adalah analisis kualitatif dengan model Miles dan Huberman, analisis kelayakan bahan ajar berdasarkan skor kriteria, dan analisis prestasi belajar melalui t-test. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut. Pertama, bahan ajar berbasis Adobe Flash termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik ditinjau dari aspek kelayakan isi, kebahasaan, sajian, dan kegrafikaan. Kedua, bahan ajar berbasis Adobe Flash pada pembelajaran Akuntansi Perusahaan Dagang efektif meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta. Analisis independent sample t-test menunjukkan perolehan signifikansi 0,000 atau kurang dari 0,05 memiliki makna terdapat perbedaan nilai rata-rata antara kelas eksperimen dan kontrol secara signifikan. Peningkatan nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol. Nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen meningkat 31,6 point dari 59,07 menjadi 90,67, sedangkan nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol hanya meningkat 13,66 point dari 60,28 menjadi 73,94.Kata Kunci : bahan ajar, Adobe Flash, bahan ajar berbasis Adobe Flash, prestasi belajar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, signifikansi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, signifikansi pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang dimediasi kepuasan, pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan yang dimoderasi perceived value. Obyek penelitian adalah konsumen Dapur Sambal Solo Adapun, waktu pelaksanaan penelitian bulan Juni 2014. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, adapun kriteria sampel adalah pelanggan minimal telah 2 kali melakukan pembelian Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Sebelum pengumpulan data, instrumen akan diuji dengan uji validitas dan Uji Reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik.Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji pengaruh langsung , pengaruh Tidak langsung dan uji Selisih Mutlak. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh kesimpulan: 1) Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan karena p value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05; 2) Perceived value memoderasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan karena p value sebesar 0,010 < 0,05; 3) Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan karena p value sebesar 0,002 <0,05; 4) Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan karena p value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05; dan kepuasan pelanggan memediasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, karena hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan koefisien pengaruh tidak langsung (0,573) > koefisien pengaruh langsung (0,275). Sehingga semua hipotesis terbukti.Kata kunci: kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan pelanggan, loyalitas pelanggan, perceived value

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar akuntansi peserta didik  Kelas XI IPS 4 SMA X melalui penerapan model pembelajaran direct instruction dengan media peta konsep.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik Kelas XI IPS 4 SMA X yang berjumlah 39 peserta didik yang terdiri dari 23 perempuan dan 16 laki-laki. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian tindakan ini adalah data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik dan pendidik mata pelajaran akuntansi Kelas XI IPS 4 SMA X. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Validitas data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah triangulasi sumber dan metode. Validitas tes menggunakan validitas isi. Analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif komparatif. Analisis data kualitatif menggunakan reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Prosedur penelitian meliputi tahap: (1) tahap pengenalan masalah, (2) tahap persiapan tindakan, (3) tahap penyusunan rencana tindakan, (4) tahap implementasi tindakan, (5) observasi dan interprestasi, (6) refleksi, (7) penyusunan laporan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran direct instruction dengan media peta konsep dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan pencapaian hasil belajar peserta didik. Pada pra tindakan persentase peserta didik yang memenuhi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) sebesar 28% (11 peserta didik) dan peserta didik yang belum memenuhi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) sebesar 72% (28 peserta didik) dengan nilai rata-rata kelas adalah 64,97. Pada siklus I persentase peserta didik yang memenuhi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) meningkat menjadi 73% (29 peserta didik) dan peserta didik yang belum memenuhi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) sebesar 27 % (10 peserta didik) dengan nilai rata-rata kelas adalah 80,84. Pada siklus II persentase peserta didik yang memenuhi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) meningkat menjadi 100% (39 peserta didik) dengan nilai rata-rata kelas adalah 89,84.Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran direct instruction dengan media peta konsep dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar akuntansi peserta didik Kelas XI IPS 4SMA XKata kunci: model pembelajaran direct instruction, peta konsep, prestasi belajar. ABSTRACTThe objective of this research is to improve the learning achievement in Accounting of the students in Grade XI of Social Science Program 4 of Senior Secondary School X through the application of the Direct Instruction learning model with the concept mapping media.This research used the classroom action research. The subjects of the research were the students as many as 39, 23 females and 16 males, in Grade XI of Social Science Program 4 of Senior Secondary School X. The data of the research consisted of the qualitative and quantitative ones. The sources of the data were the accounting teachers and the aforementioned students. The data were gathered through observation, in-depth interview, test, and documentation. They were validated by using data source triangulation and data gathering method triangulation. The quantitative data were analyzed by using the descriptive comparative statistical analysis, whereas the qualitative ones were analyzed by using the interactive model of analysis comprising three components, namely: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The procedures of the research consisted of seven phases, namely: (1) problem introduction, (2) action preparation, (3) action plan arrangement, (4) action implementation, (5) observation and interpretation, (6) reflection, and (7) report arrangement.      The result of the research shows that the application of the direct instruction learning model with the concept mapping media can improve the learning achievement in Accounting as proven by the improved achievement of their learning result. Prior to the treatment, the number of students who fulfilled the minimal completeness criteria is 11 students (28%), and that of students who did fulfill the minimal completeness criteria is 28 students (72%) with the class average score of 64.97. In Cycle I, following the treatment the number of the students who fulfilled the minimal completeness criteria becomes 29 students (73%), and that of students who did not fulfill the minimal completeness criteria becomes 10 students (27%) with the class average score of 80.84. In Cycle II, the number of students who fulfilled the minimal completeness criteria is 39 students (100%) with class average score of 89.84.Based on the result of the research, a conclusion is drawn that the application of the direct instruction learning model with the concept mapping media can improve the learning achievement in Accounting of the students in Grade XI of Social Science Program 4 of Senior Secondary School X.Keywords: Direct instruction learning model, concept mapping, and learning achievement.

Abstract

Ilmu etika berbicara masalah nilai atau penilaian, dalam hal iniyang dinilai adalah tingkah laku orang. Masalah etika sangat tergantungkebiasaan, adat istiadat dan kebudayaan suku bangsa setempat(Machfoedz, 2008). Masyarakat adalah sekumpulan manusia yang salingbergaul atau dengan istilah lain saling berinteraksi.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitiandeksriptif kuantitatif untuk menilai persepsi masyarakat terhadap etikapergaulan mahasiswa kos. Sampel yang digunakanm 102 warga DukuhKruwed Selokerto.Analisis data menggunakan uji distribusi frekuensi.Hasil penelitian diperoleh Gambaran etika pergaulan mahasiswakos laki-laki STIKES Muhammadiyah Gombong dalam perspektifmasyarakat dukuh Kruwed yaitu 75,43 % cukup baik, 28,43 % baik dan15,69 % kurang baik. Gambaran etika pergaulan mahasiswa kosperempuan STIKES Muhammadiyah Gombong dalam perspektifmasyarakat dukuh Kruwed yaitu 68,63 % cukup baik, 17,65 % baik dan13,37 % kurang baik.Kata kunci: Etika, Remaja, pergaulan

Abstract

A post operation will cause pain and anxiety. It needs a talented independent nurse action to overcome those condition. In taking care the patient, nurse must focus in the correlation of the decresing of pain and anxiety. The objective of this research is to find out in the correlation between pain and anxiety level in post sectio caesarea patient in PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong hospital. This is a descriptive correlation research with cross sectional approach. The population were all of post sectio caesarea patients in Rahmah Ward of PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital. There were 30 respondents taken as the research samples. The variables were pain level as the independent variable and anxiety level of post sectio caesarea patients as the dependent variable. The research used pain scala analog and questioner about anxiety level with HRS-A (Hamilton Rate Scale for Anxiety) that adopted from Nursalam (2003) as the instruments. The result of the research shows that there is a correlation between pain level and anxiety level coefficient = 0.381 with probabailitys value sig 0.038<0.05. It can be concluded  that there is correlation between pain and anxiety level in post sectio caesarea patients in PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital. Abstract

Personal protective equipment(PPE)is very important for nurses whoarealways in contactwith the patient.Oneofthe equipments is a glove.Theuse of glovesisto protect the hands and contactwith blood,allkindsof body fluids,secretions, non-intact skin,mucous membranes and contaminated objects.Thenurse's knowledge is the basicfoundation of attitudesandbehaviors in PPEusage especially sterilegloves for infusion installationThe aim of  this study is to determine the correlation between nurses’ knowledgeabout the prevention of infection with the complianceofusing sterile gloves when applying infusion on class iii ward of SarasHusadaHospital Purworejo.Thisis a descriptiveobservational correlationresearchusing crosssectionalapproach.Thepopulations in this studywere all nurses intheclass III inpatientward Saras HusadaGeneralHospital totaling 34 peopleand 31 of them weretaken as the samples. Questionnaires were used togain data about knowledge about preventionof infection.  Observationsheetswere used to gain data about the sterile gloves usage.Dataanalysis used ChiSquare testOf 77.4%of the respondents had good category of knowledgeaboutinfectionprevention. 80.6% of therespondents complied to use sterile gloves when applying infusion.  Thus mean that there is a correlation betweennurses’ knowledge about the prevention ofinfection with the complianceofusing sterile gloves when applying infusion on class Hospital. Keywords: Knowledge,InfectionPrevention,Compliance in steril using gloves
