Abstract

Penelitian ini tentang Analisis Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, bertujuan untuk bagaimana Analisis Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Pada Kantor Badan Kesatuan Bangsa Dan Politik Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif. Selanjutnya, terdapat 5 (lima) informan dalam penelitian ini yakni terdiri dari sekretariat, Bidang politik dalam negeri, Bidang Ideologi wesbang dan karakter bangsa, kassubag umum, kassubag keuangan. Dilihat dari 5 fokus penelitian yang digunakan masih terdapat indikator mengenai, mutasi yang jarang dilakukan dikarenakan mutasi di kantor kesbangpol sampai saat ini belum ada, karena kebutuhan pegawai yang diperlukan masih mencukupi dan memadai, namun pendidikan dan pelatihan, promosi, pengembangan karir dan disiplin, dapat mengambil kesimpulan bahwa Kantor Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Provinsi Kalimantan Timur sudah menerapkan SDM pada kantornya ini sudah berjalan baik. Selanjutnya dari 4 fokus tersebut menunjukkan di nilai yang baik dilihat dari pendidikan dan pelatihan sudah dikatakan baik untuk kesbangpol, selanjutnya  promosi juga dapat dikatakan baik karena para pegawai sudah mendapatkan pendidikan dan pelatihan yang telah diikuti, pada pengembangan karir dapat dikatakan baik karena sudah terpenuhi yang ingin dicapai dan disiplin sudah dikatakan baik sesuai dengan aturan yang ada.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to conduct initial identification of mathematical problems in the context of local culture proposed by students. A total of 17 prospective elementary school teacher from a private university in Makassar were the subjects of this study. Students were asked to pose mathematical problems about the Greatest Common Factor (GCF) of two natural numbers and include the local cultural context. The results showed that of the 17 mathematical problems, 15 problems classified as solvable and two problems classified as unsolvable. Mathematical problems could not be solved because there was less information in the problems or there was conflicting information. The local cultural context used in the mathematical problems was dominated by the Bugis-Makassar ethnic group. Of the 17 mathematical problems posed, 16 problems were classified as real problems and one problem was classified as a pseudo problem. The problem was classified as pseudo problem because it contained contexts that were not relevant to the actual situation.

Abstract

This study intends to determine whether there is a difference in the creative thinking and mathematical collaboration abilities of students with the problem-based learning model and discovery learning model by learning media. The type of research used is quasi-experimental, a nonequivalent control group design. The research sample was 58 students from two elementary schools using the cluster random sampling technique. The data collection technique was carried out using a test and observation sheet, which were analyzed descriptively. The findings of the study indicated that (1) there is a difference in the creative thinking abilities of fourth-grade elementary school students between students taught the problem-based learning model and the discovery learning model. This finding is based on the results of the Paired-Sample T-Test analysis, which obtained a Sig value of 0.028 < 0.05. (2) There is a difference in the ability of fourth-grade elementary school students to collaborate in mathematics between students taught by the problem-based learning model and the discovery learning model. This is based on the results of the Paired-Sample T-Test analysis, which obtained a Sig value of 0.001 < 0.05. (3) For fourth-grade students, problem-based learning has a greater impact on their creative thinking and collaboration abilities compared to the discovery learning model. This is based on the results of the MANOVA analysis, which obtained a significant value of creative thinking ability showing 0.040 < 0.05 and a significant value of collaboration ability showing 0.001 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This study raises the problem of calculation and comparison of Income Tax based on Law No. 36 of 2008 and Law No. 7 of 2021. The purpose of this study is to determine the calculations and comparisons made based on Law No. 36 of 2008 and Law No. 7 of 2021. The research method used in data collection is through library research and documentation. The analysis tool used in this study is to use the PPh Article 21 calculation format based on the Minister of Finance Regulation No. 101 / PMK.010 / 2016. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. KCP Sultan Alauddin with a sample size of 11 people. The results of the study on the calculation and comparison of Article 21 Income Tax based on Law No. 36 of 2008 and Law No. 7 of 2021 are that the tax burden that must be paid is lower with Law No. 7 of 2021 compared to the previous Article 21 Income Tax Law.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tindak tutur ekspresif dalam film Miracle in Cell No. 7. Analisis deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian kualitatif ini. Kalimat-kalimat yang termasuk dalam tindak tutur ekspresif yang digunakan oleh tokoh Dodo Rozak merupakan data penelitian ini. Film Miracle in Cell No. 7 yang dirilis di Indonesia pada tahun 2022 menjadi sumber data penelitian ini. Menyimak bebas adalah metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Empat tahap terdiri dari model analisis data interaktif, yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, displai data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tindak tutur ekspresif yang ditunjukkan oleh para tokoh dalam film Dodo Rozak meliputi tindak tutur langsung tidak literal, tindak tutur tidak langsung tidak literal, dan tindak tutur langsung literal. Menyatakan sikap dan menyampaikan permintaan maaf, rasa terima kasih, atau simpati merupakan contoh tindak tutur langsung literal. Selain itu, menyampaikan sikap dan menunjukkan simpati termasuk dalam tindak tutur tidak langsung literal. Permintaan maaf, simpati, dan menyampaikan sikap, harapan, dan tantangan adalah contoh tindak tutur langsung literal. Sebaliknya, sapaan dan sikap merupakan tindak tutur tidak langsung tidak literal. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan untuk penelitian-penelitian selanjutnya mengenai kegiatan bertutur ekspresif.
