Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui potensi fintech syariah di desa terhadap pengembangan pelaku UMKM di Desa Tajurhalang Kabupaten Bogor. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian di di Desa Tajurhalang yang berada di Kecamatan Cijeruk, Kabupaten Bogor, Provinsi Jawa Barat Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Fintech syariah berperan terhadap pengembangan UMKM melalui kemudahan akses permodalan yang membantu pelaku usaha dalam mengembangkan usaha. Sehingga dengan adanya pembiayaan fintech syariah, pelaku usaha dapat berinovasi dalam mengembangkan produk dan dan ikut andil dalam membantu pemerintah dalam menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat sekitar. Dengan sistem pembiayaan fintech syariah mampu memberi manfaat bagi pelaku UMKM dengan pengajuan pembiayaan bisa diakses secara online, sehingga memberikan kemudahan akses dan efisiensi waktu. Kelebihan lain yang diberikan oleh fintech syariah adalah nisbah bagi hasil yang disepakati bersama. Penggunaan fintech memberi manfaat terhadap pengembangan kluster UMKM. Hal demikian didukung oleh fitur fintech syariah yang dapat diakses melalui aplikasi, dengan pilihan akad yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelaku UMKM. Selain itu, kehadiran fintech syariah memberi dampak lain pada kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat, yaitu membantu masyarakat terhindar dari Bank Titil (rentenir). Biaya administrasi di fintech syariah terbilang masih sangat tinggi menyebabkan beberapa UMKM merasa keberatan, sehingga pinjaman yang diperoleh akan dipotong untuk biaya administrasi. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan nominal pengajuan pembiayaan yang dilakukan UMKM tidak didapatkan penuh karena harus dipotong biaya administrasi langsung oleh pihak fintech syariah.Kata kunci: Fintech Syariah, UMKM, Sosial Ekonomi Masyarakat

Abstract

Background: Factors related to the implementation of medical waste management at General Hospital (RSU) are Hospital Policy, Human Resources (HR), Funds, Technical Guidelines, Facilities, and Infrastructure. Among these five factors, human resources and infrastructure are the most important factors to achieve hospital waste management objectives. Reliable human resources are needed and the infrastructure used must comply the requirements in the Decree of the Minister of Health  the Republic of Indonesia No. 1204/Menkes/SK/X/ 2004. The research aims to determine the relationship between hospital policies and the handling of medical waste at Teuku Umar Hospital. Method: Type of analytical survey research with a Cross Sectional approach. The research sample was 30 employees of the sanitation section of Teuku Umar Hospital, Calang Aceh Jaya Regency. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and data analysis using the chi square test. Results: The research results showed a relationship between hospital policies (p-value=0.001), human resources (HR) (p-value=0.001), infrastructure (p-value=0.001), funds (p-value=0.001), technical guidelines (p-value=0.001), and the handling of medical waste (p-value=0.001) at the Teuku Umar Hospital, Calang Aceh Jaya Regency. Recommendation: It is hoped that hospitals will improve the quality of human resources in the medical  waste handling department, therefore the medical waste can be handled properly.
